House vacation rentals in British Virgin Islands

We had an incredible experience! The pictures do not do this place justice. It is absolutely the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Jerome and his recommendations are top notch and Tortola is a wonderful place to visit I highly recommend it. Thank you very much Jerome and Mary we will be back!

Patrick couldn’t have been any better. He met us the ferry and took us directly to his home. He helped us with a day trip snorkeling that was a blast! Overall I cannot think of one thing that could have been better! Thanks so much!!

This villa is amazing! The views are absolutely stunning!!! Anthony is a great host and answered our questions very quickly! The only downside is the lack of AC in the main house (the two bedrooms have AC). To get good airflow you must open all the sliding glass windows, which invites all bugs that fly into the home. The bugs did not bother us, they usually die in 1-2 days when trapped inside. There are bug nets in each bedroom, so if it was a cool night you could sleep with the doors open and use the bug net. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, dishes and silverware. There are several great restaurants with in 5-15 minutes drive. Getting to Roadtown for shopping is about 30 mins away. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the island!!!

We stayed at Lin and Barney's home for a 10-day birthday trip for my Mom with a party of five, and it was everything we dreamed about! The location is beautiful. The home is high enough to enjoy the view of Brewers Bay and Jost Van Dyke but still close enough to walk to the beach (if you don't mind the hike back!). Everything that you need is provided, including hairdryers, cooking utensils, and even the ingredients to make the home's signature drink, the Sundowner! There were plenty of linens and towels, and it was fantastic that snorkel gear and other fun beach items were also available, which we didn't have to bring ourselves. One of our favorite parts of the home was the history provided in the information book. It's clear that there was a lot of love poured into this special place. Tip: If you are sensitive to noise, bring earplugs! It rained a lot during the evening hours, and like most homes in Tortola, the metal roof was a bit loud. 10/10, we look forward to visiting again!

Ajit was very nice and generous with his communication. We had some problems with connections and confusion finding our way there from St. Thomas and Ajit was in communication with me the whole time, trying to help me figure out my way. We arrived to meet the wonderful Sonny, one of our highlights was meeting him and getting to know him a little. The views, sunsets, moon-rise, pool, sea, friendly rooster, snorkeling on the beach just below the property, amenities, everything was great. I did not realize the property is shared so closely with two other units, but we were lucky to not have a another guest below us, and never saw the other people in the detached unit below as theirs was more private and they had their own pool. Definitely recommend staying in the pool past 3:00 to avoid the no-see-ums! A highlight of our trip was going to The Baths. A must! Walked up the hill to the Sugarcane restaurant three times! Loved the view from Hog Heaven. The locals were so nice! Thank you!

Villa Amani was perfect and Michelle was exceptionally helpful with anything we needed. She met us at the airport and brought us to the house, went over all of the accommodations in the house, recommended restaurants and grocery stores, and even provided a couple Crash Pads (Splat Mats as she called them, which is now how we refer to them). The house has a pool, BBQ, full kitchen, and tons of room to lounge. It’s walking distance to the Baths Beaches and very close (short drive) to Coco Maya (our favorite restaurant in town). Highly recommended! Thanks again Michelle!!!

So glad we booked this unit! Amazing views from the bedroom balcony and patio! Unit is superbly appointed, cozy, and spacious. Close proximity to the beach and restaurants. Caroline was an excellent host, the unit was setup for our arrival which included small details like having the A/C turned on and providing bottles of water, and fresh fruit. Would highly recommended!

Jon and his team were incredibly supportive in helping us prepare in advance for our trip and our extended 3 generation family set up at the house, as well as any questions and requests during our stay. The house and setup were perfect for us, and our 12-day stay absolutely blissful. We enjoyed walks to the beach as much as leisurely floats in the infinity pool. If you leave with anything, it will be the distant calming sound of surf and the 180 views. We can’t wait to go back.

Gorgeous views, and Meade was a wonderful host! Booking a rental car through him was super seamless as well - highly recommend both!

We loved staying at Flambouyant house in Guavaberry! Awesome ladies running the place - very informative and helpful! Beautiful private beach and awesome location.

House is in a great location with amazing views. Area is free of congestion and feels secluded despite its proximity to town - that said, be prepared to be roused early as there are not drapes in the bedrooms and if the sun doesn’t wake you early the bleating goats and crowing roosters will! Lots of bugs and lizard creatures will pay you visits so just be prepared for that. The sleeping rooms are separate from the main living area and each is accessed from outside - this created a small problem for us as our kids didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in their own room so my husband and I had to split up to stay with them. Perfect house for adult getaway or a family with older kids. When the pocket doors are all open in the evening with the breeze rolling through and the incredible ocean views it is magical!

Tory was great he checked in to make sure all was well and if we needed anything. The WiFi and selections of movies made it very comforting, just like being at home. The bed linens were crisp and clean and the entire place was immaculate. We truly did enjoy the peaceful locations right next to some local restaurants and supermarket. Our morning coffee had the best view from either floor. Tory offered free shuttle to and from the ferry along with access to the pool and private little beach area. Their place is perfect for a family conveniently located close to the West End.

Unfortunately we could not stay in this place that we rented. The day before our arrival Anthony notified us that there was a plumbing issue and offered us another house. The substitute house was wonderful but not walking distance to anything. He honored the pricing, there was nothing much we could do. We wish we had been able to stay in the house we rented. We would have been to be able to walk down to the beach each day and not have to drive to restaurants at night. it was a good visit to Tortola.

The property and house was spotless and matched the pictures very well. The location was perfect with a couple nice restaurants across the road. The views from the house and balconies were awesome. Very steep road with switchbacks to get to the property, but worth it. Would highly recommend Anthony's Long Bay property and would stay there again.
