Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Bristol County

The house was wonderful! We gathered for a 2-night stay before Christmas. The house easily slept 11 people. The kitchen was the most well-equipped kitchen any of us had seen. Everything we needed was there! The open living space was perfect for our group - we could all gather in the living room and we were able to seat everyone at the dining room table! Nancy was responsive to my texts and emails. Overall a great experience!

We absolutely loved our stay! The Airbnb was clean which is extremely important to me. We were walking distance to great restaurants and a short drive to downtown Newport. They were responsive hosts and had everything you need when staying somewhere (a steamer, blowdryer, dish soap, extra towels, etc). The Airbnb was extremely spacious and the beds were comfortable. There were two bathrooms and plenty of mirrors throughout the house which made it easy for all the girls to get ready at the same time. The outdoor amenities were so nice every night. Their instructions were clear of everything we needed and easy to find things in the house (trash bags, tissues, etc) . An amazing low stress weekend. Very highly recommend staying here.

We stayed here as the home base for our annual holiday trip to Newport. Herb was so kind, friendly and a great communicator. We loved the 1900’s feel of the hardwood floors, claw foot tub and rooms, and it had everything we needed. The backyard is a lovely oasis, with a willow tree overlooking the koi pond and curious and sweet fish. We could walk about a Mike to get to coffee and parts of Town. It was such a lovely stay and we would definitely recommend and return 🙌🏻

This was the perfect place for three friends who write and workshop together online to gather in person. The main room of the house is filled with light and what I didn't realize from the listing is the beautiful view from the living/dining room down to the river. The kitchen is well supplied and every room was very clean and uncluttered. The three bedrooms on the first floor are all very nice, with good beds and pillows (one is slightly larger with a king-sized bed), so we were able to decide on our rooms painlessly and none of us had to settle for an inferior room. The large dining table was perfect for spreading out our work as well as for dining, and one of us enjoyed having the furnished basement as her private work space. When we had a problem with hearing a beeping noise, which we initially thought might be a smoke detector battery that needed replacing, Bob was very responsive and helpful in figuring out the cause of the beeping from a motion detector. We plan to come again.

We truly enjoyed staying at this property. It was beautifully decorated, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to have a pleasant stay. Moreover, the communication with the host was great as well. Thank you for hosting us.

Great location with all great restaurants and shops within steps of the house. Easy 10 min walk to Bowen's wharf, and also a delightful 25 min walk to the Mansions and Cliff Walk. House was very well equipped. Only slight issue was the only bathroom upstairs has a slanted ceiling above the sink, so a bit hard to navigate during our stay... Newport was beyond our expectations and this house made our visit even more perfect!

Lauren and Mike’s home did not disappoint. The rooms were thoughtfully appointed with beautiful furnishings, bedrooms with gorgeous linens, the kitchen a chef’s dream. It was the perfect place to unwind with loved ones. The nearby town has wonderful shoppes and the location is near many charming coastal sites. Would love to go back in the warmer weather to enjoy the beaches.

We had a great stay in Portsmouth. Go to 15Point restaurant (about a mile away). So yummy. The house was clean, nicely decorated and had good amenities ...and there was a Keurig. The host was awesome too!

Cathleen made our one night stay easy and comfortable. The place was easy to find and nice and warm when we arrived. Streaming services on TV and lots of linens and cooking equipment as promised.

Our stay at Jay’s place was fantastic for a weekend getaway in Newport. The location is unbeatable. Comfortable accommodations and walkable to everything. Would 100% recommend this stay!

I can see why Marianne is a super host! Her place is exactly how she describes but cozier. She had everything we needed to feel right at home and even stocked the kitchen with some thoughtful items like milk, oj and cereal. The apartment was much more spacious than we expected and even had an extra half bath which was very convenient. There were plenty of comfortable places to sit and lots of space to unpack. We love the location because it was as easy to get to Newport as it was to Portsmouth. There's a well renowned French bakery about a quarter of a mile away and the local’s favorite coffee shop is less than half a mile away. The apartment felt very private but Marianne was always available if we had a question. Best of both worlds!

We loved our stay and the next time we visit, we won't want to stay anywhere else! Lovely place! Lots of space, comfie beds, nice location. The hosts are wonderful and will make sure you have everything you need. 🥰

Nice place to stay. Easy to find and was quiet and had all the essentials.

The listing was perfect for our family of two adults and two kids. Everything was exactly as listed. It IS on a busy street, but we couldn't hear any outside noises even with window cracked open at night. Bathrooms were stocked with hotel-esque amenities, kitchen had everything needed (pot holders would be only added benefit) with some additional things that were nice to see!, tv in living room, vacuum in closet, extra pillows and blankets of needed. Location was a perfect distance from Newport and Providence areas. Was right near everything we wanted. There is even a small playground walking distance away. Would return in a heart beat! It is on the second floor of a three story building with people commonly above and below. This didn't bother us one bit.

Jeff's place is the perfect place to stay in Newport, everything you need to see and do is within walking distance. The place itself is very comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need, the beds are super comfortable, and the living room area is cozy and a nice place to relax and watch a game, show or movie. And the front bar area is a pretty cool place to people watch, and hang out. I would definitely stay Jeff's place again when in Newport again.

Great location, walkable to restaurants, bars and Bellevue Ave. the apartment was super cozy and great for two couples or a family.

We loved staying here! We wanted a nice place to relax but in town and we definitely got our money's worth!! We also loved that we could bring our pup and Trip and Christina not only made us feel great about having a dog in their space, but sent us specific places and things to do in the area with him. They accommodated our early checkin and the place was stocked with anything we could possibly need! Would definitely stay here again

As always had a wonderful stay at Danny's. The place is located in a quiet neighborhood and the location is amazing-close to eveverything, Providence is a quick 10 min drive. Host is very responsive. Place is comfortable and clean. Highly recommend a stay here.

I had a fantastic stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The view from the balcony over looking the harbor was great. Perfect location; with in walking distance from many great restaurants and shops downtown. Cork, the restaurant downstairs is fantastic. Great food and Cocktails, live music and wonderful staff. Jennifer was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!
