Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Bristol County

A lovely, comfortable house full of cheerful details. Quiet, and close to the start of the Cliff Walk, Eastons Beach, shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well appointed and uncluttered—a great place to gather. Would gladly stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in Newport. The house was in a very quiet neighborhood with no traffic. An easy drive to downtown and the mansions ,as well as Middletown. Both have a variety of restaurants and shopping. Very neat and clean, the bathrooms and kitchen were impeccable. It is a split level, so if stairs are an issue you would want to take this into consideration.

Paula’s place was lovely. The home was even better than the description on the site. It was very comfortable and was sparkling clean. The location was perfect to spend some time relaxing as well as exploring places like Newport and Providence. Paula was a great communicator. We hope to come back again in the future!

Wonderful host! A beautiful space that’s perfect for families, you’ll feel right at home here. I can’t say enough about how wonderful A was as a host, I mixed up our dates and she swooped in like an angel to work it all out. Would definitely recommend her place to anyone visiting the area. On top of all that the backyard is really spectacular.

I had a fantastic stay at Suzy’s Airbnb! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Suzy was an incredibly gracious and responsive host, making sure we were well taken care of. The location was perfect, and we felt right at home. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return in the future!

This is a beautiful home in a stunning area of the country. Lily was quick to communicate with us and very responsive. Additionally, the home has excellent labeling on everything which I appreciated so much (no stumbling around in the kitchen!) and very clear instructions about everything about the house. This was also a very well equipped rental (kitchen basics etc)--which makes a huge difference in terms of comfort and ease.

This was our second time staying at Frankie’s place and would jump at the chance to stay again for our next visit. The place was very clean and great location. Frankie is a great host! Book with confidence.

This house is up there among our best Airbnb stays. It was roomy, clean, and comfortable. Perfect for our large family convening for a family wedding. Za was friendly and responsive, sent clear instructions for getting in, leaving, etc. It's a very nice, modern house with everything you need in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. The furniture and beds were comfortable. You can't really get anywhere without a car, but we expected that, and it's a short drive to groceries, restaurants, the waterside, etc.

Andrew was an excellent host and this was the perfect place for a family. We have been coming to Newport for years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommend!

This apartment is a gem! Tom and Cindi have thought of all the details: plenty of extra pillows and blankets, nightlights readily available for us to plug in or not as/where needed, good blackout curtains in the bedroom, granola bars and some kitchen basics like butter and cream, an electric kettle as well as a coffee maker, and a wide variety of extra toiletries in case guests have forgotten anything. Tom greeted us in person when we arrived and made us feel welcome and at home. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. While it’s not walkable to downtown, it’s a fun neighborhood to walk around, near the bay. We’d stay here again if we visit this area again!

Great stay! Had everything we needed, a really spacious backyard, just a walk to the beach, and a short drive or Uber to downtown Newport. Hosts were also very responsive!

This was a cozy AirBnb, centrally located and walkable to many stores, restaurants, and Charter Bookstore. The studio was very clean, had all needed amenities & was nicely stocked with drinks & some snacks. As a lone female traveler, I felt safe. David was helpful and responsive to my questions. He provided recommendations for local restaurants and sites. Self check in & out was a breeze.

We had a very comfortable relaxed stay! The space was clean and well equipped. The beds were soooo comfortable as was all the living room furniture! Craig was very responsive and accommodating to our schedule. We lived the location and made two visits to the close by Big Red slide and walked the beach! So close! I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return.

We flew into town for our son’s OCS graduation. We spent our first night at a Hilton and did not like the amenities. I was able to book this condo at about 2am and the host, Mathew had the place ready to go by noon. This condo was spotless, clean and felt like home. Our host was attentive and created a comfortable atmosphere. We loved this area, as the neighborhood is a typical east coastal community. We had plenty of street parking and a cool little coffee shop about 100 ft from the condo. There are a ton of shops and restaurants within walking distance if you don’t feel like driving. I highly recommend this condo for anyone staying in the Newport area. Mathew thank you for everything. Jay

I’ve stayed in this home several times. The home is beautiful with a nautical theme throughout. Norm is always friendly, proactive, and responsive. It’s very quiet in a gorgeous New England setting. It’s like a second home when I’m in Little Compton.

What a fantastic place to stay for anything on the South Coast. New Bedford is a great town for theater and food and fun, and the spot made getting around the coast so easy. The studio is amazing— newly renovated, spotlessly furnished, absolutely gorgeous. Heads up: no microwave, but if you know your way around a kitchen or a take-out menu, you’ll be fine. Stacie was fantastic— always responded quickly and helpfully. I’ll go back again and again.
