Super quiet place, ideal for resting and disconnecting. The house is very comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities. We hope to be able to return.

Very relaxing to sit around the pool, or to have a friendly game at the pool table. The kitchen was well equipped and the living room very comfortable. It was about a ten minute walk to the main commercial area, then another few minutes to the historic district.

We had a wonderful time!!! The house has everything you need and is very comfortable, it was very clean and tidy. It has a double bed in one of the rooms and in the other it has a bunk bed with a sailor (3 beds), and in the living room it has a sailor armchair bed too (2 beds). It has a beautiful garden in front, well-kept and enjoyable. Very good location, it is 2 blocks from the beach which is like a paradise among the trees, a store just around the corner, 2 blocks away there is also a park with games for children and a tennis court, soccer. The area is super quiet and safe, beautiful houses and gardens, the resort is very wooded and picturesque, good for resting and clearing your mind. Thank you for everything Federico and Laura!! We'll be back!!

Beautiful family residence. The house is just as you can see in the pictures. Impeccable care in every detail, the cleanliness of the house, the pool and the surroundings. Marina's service is exceptional. A very proactive and decisive host! Definitely a place to go back.

Our experience was exelente for the home and the hosts. The house does not have luxuries but has everything you need and everything works well. It is steps from the rambla and the beach, in an excellent location since everything is close, plaza, transport, warehouse, rotiseria, ice cream, cakes fritas. The exteriors of the house are very enjoyable: at the front good shade and a spectacular lawn with rustic garden furniture and Paraguayan hammock, in the background beautiful place to eat under a parral with table and barbecue. The street is paved and has good shade, very little busy. the super quiet environment, the neighbors do not listen, only the song of the birds and the whisper of the river and the wind. The beds we used ( we were only 3 people) were very good, the living room is spacious and the shower pressure is very good. It has a covered place for the car. For the winter it has a wood stove and another indoor grill in the kitchen. We recommend it for both summer and winter
