Casa Juani, beautiful and rustic, 1.5 km from the beach

Beautiful house with a very nice floor plan, a room in a very quiet place one and a half km from the beach , walking 17 minutes from the famous Zicatela beach, they will leave upon arrival the original INE or ID or show a photo will last you their stay that will be returned when leaving. it will be rented at least two nights, and on bridges three nights four full days and on Christmas and New Year at least 4 nights and 5 days. we do not have a TV, oven, or washing machine 900 meters from the main road

A cozy bungalow a 2 min. walk from all the shops restaurants cafes & bars on the world class surfing beach, Playa Zicatela/the Mex. Pipe. The bungalows are located in the lush tropical gardens on the grounds of Instituto de Lenguajes Puerto Escondido/Puertoschool where you can study Spanish, learn to salsa dance, take a cooking class, a tour or a surf lesson with us. From the school there are great views of the surf, the beach & sunsets & there is public transportation just outside the gates.

The bathroom features a wooden vanity with a sink and storage underneath. A mirror is mounted above the sink, with a small decorative vase and toiletries on the countertop. A towel is hung nearby, and a toilet is positioned to the side against the textured gray walls.

We are located on the main street of Punta Zicatela, just a few steps from the beach and different restaurants, bars and shops. It is a comfortable and spacious place, it has a double bed and a single bed, closet , small living room, private bathroom,fan, kitchenette, refrigerator, coffee maker and kitchen utensils. Our place is a cool place and full of vegetation and animals of the region which helps our guests to disconnect from the world and enjoy their vacation.

Annabelle was a super host, very welcoming , very warm. The place is in a great location, literally a 4-minute walk from the beach. The bungalows are very cozy, well decorated and the pool is perfect...the kitchen is also well equipped with all the essentials to make food. I highly recommend it and look forward to coming back soon.

Bea was a great host and was always very responsive both ahead of my stay as well once I arrived when I had the odd question. On my last day - Bea even proactively reached out to me to offer a late check-out as the room was not being immediately re-occupied. Pool was great and the suite was perfect for my needs as I was there on business and its walking distance to both La Punta & Zicatela.

Beautiful calm oasis in puerto! The pool area is stunning with flowers, trees, mix of sun and shade throughout the day. Clean and comfortable. There is even an outdoor shower to rinse off. The room was comfortable. Didn’t need the a/c and honestly if I kept the door closed and the fan on the mosquitos weren’t bad! The shower had great pressure and was hot! A total luxury. They provided enough drinking water for my 4 days which was also so nice. No hot plate if you plan to cook but there is a fridge and blender for smoothies. I ate out don’t wasn’t a problem for me. Lots of great restaurants and beach in easy walking distance but without the noise and crowds of the Main Street! Alejandro and his staff were great! They even helped arrange a taxi to my next spot because my Spanish isn’t very good! Would definitely recommend for someone who wants peace and quiet. The WiFi works great by the pool and was patchy at times in the room. But worked well enough for me to take zoom calls.

Big room, comfy bed, excellent AC, wifi was great and it was nice to have a kitchen. There’s a nice outdoor space with seating and hammock in front of the room. It’s one block from the beach so I caught the sunset a lot. Up the road is a market and restaurants. It’s a short walk in either direction to the busier areas for restaurants and bars. There’s construction in area but I found it quiet. Bea had excellent communication and very fast. Rosy lives on the property and she’s very sweet and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.
