Dana's home was just as described and pictured. There are an array of restaurants and grocery stores just minutes away. Her home is clean equipped with all the necessary items one needs for a comfortable stay. There is plenty of parking available. Dana's home is situated in a beautiful complex. There were times we returned late at night, and felt completely safe. Dana is very responsive and accommodating when available. I definitely will request to have Dana host us during our next stay in Denver.

Anna was an amazing host! Very attentive to detail, clean space, and I was so glad to see the finish result of the amazing statue she had built! Would highly recommend!

Cozy little modern apartment near downtown Denver. The location is great if you want to checkout the surrounding areas. Drivable distance to Colo Spngs, Breckenridge, Boulder, and downtown. The location is nice to walk around, got a lot of nearby parks, and restaurants. Would definitely recommend some pizza at Fat Sully’s (2 min walk from airbnb) and Tacos Jalisco (about a 15 minute walk)

The room is very nice, the kitchen utensils and kitchen utensils are very well equipped, the kitchen and bathroom are also very clean, and it is also very warm to stay in winter. There are supermarkets such as target and walmart in the surroundings, and it is also very easy to drive to the freeway and to park back. Overall felt very good, recommended

This is an awesome property in a great, quiet neighborhood close to a beautiful park. The unit was spotless, well equipped, and nicely decorated. All systems functioned fine - good water pressure, nice lighting, plenty of electrical outlets, and good climate control. Check in was easy. David is a great host who reached out after we checked in to ensure everything was fine. The Airbnb listing and photos describe the unit clearly and accurately. The location is fantastic and very walkable with nearby restaurants, museums, and attractions. We highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Clean and spacious home, spacious kitchen but few utensils although enough for a simple breakfast or dinner. Quiet area, and maybe even a little lonely but good location for Denver attractions.

Super great location and conveniently comes with parking. We had to book this incredibly last minute and the Host team was super responsive and accommodating.

I have stayed with Ivo before and will continue to stay at his wonderful, easy apartment. It is always clean, organized and quiet. It is near walking/biking trails on Coal Creek, so it is easy to get in a morning or evening or anytime walk. Thank you Ivo!

A great private oasis for travelers. If you have a baby or a toddler check this place out crib and small bed are in same bedroom on opposite side of a dividing wall. Kerry routinely checked in on us to see if we needed anything. We’ll be back.

Great place within walking distance of local restaurants. The owners live above the space so response time was minutes. Very friendly and always asked if we needed anything. They do mention you may hear them above and you will. It isn't footsteps but rather the creaking/squeaking of the wood, just so you know what to expect. It was noticeable but workable. There are 2 beds, one of the rooms is open with no door. Again, just so you know what to expect. My daughter slept in that open room and said it was a very comfortable bed. with plenty of room for suitcases. The main bedroom has a queen bed and it is memory foam- firm when you start but you sink in and it was very comfortable and I got great sleep. There is a little backyard that was perfect for morning beverage and chilling in privacy. I will definitely stay here next time I visit!

This place was very nice, comfy and clean. She even left some beer and water in the fridge for us, as always asking how was the stay. There is also a coffee machine in the room, the bathroom was perfectly clean, and the room very clean and comfy. It is easy to find the place with the instructions, self checkin and very easy to get inside. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to stay in Denver. It also has a spot to park your car, as well as it is very near to bus stops if you are using public transportation. Very clean and felt like home.

Very comfortable stay, Chelsea was very responsive and helpful. Easy to get around from the location to anywhere in the city and surrounding areas. Would stay again!

A great basement apartment. Very nice exactly as i expected it to be. Liz is a super responsive and pro active host. The location is excellent for downtown and within walking distance loads of restraunts and amenities. would absolutely stay again.

Meeting Jim and Kaleo was a true joy & gift from life! I so appreciated their kind responsive communications to help with all the details of booking, checking in, settling in, visiting the area & checking out. They're located in a beautiful quiet, safe tree lined neighborhood in easy walking distance from a network of magnificent mountain hiking trails. The unit was sparkling clean, set up with all the fine quality amenities anyone would need in the kitchen, bathroom, living room & bedroom. It felt private, so comfortable, filled with beautiful touches of art & wonderful reading material about the surrounding area throughout the apartment. I highly recommend staying with Jim & Kaleo if you find yourself in the Boulder area. A gem of a find. I look forward to returning again & again staying in their beautiful apartment.

After a few days hiking in the mountains, this was the perfect wind down. We loved the neighborhood and how we could walk to some good spots. We tried Cerebral Brewing and got breakfast at the Denver Biscuit Co. Travis’s small touches and attention to all possible needs were so appreciated-he really thought of it all! We can't wait to come back to Denver and stay here again. He really made this feel like home away from home.

This was a great location for starting at DU. No parking g issues, and a nice quiet spot.

Cannot recommend staying here enough! The home, yard, owners’ hospitality and the rental unit itself were all above our expectations. Everything was beautiful and the owners were so nice. We felt like we were visiting with old friends or family. The rental apartment included anything you could ever need and it was apparent that a lot of thought had gone into every detail. We loved our stay and hope to be back very soon

Excellent experience at this condo in downtown Denver! Very clean, aesthetically pleasing condo with lots of windows and full kitchen & laundry, friendly front desk staff, safe/secure building, responsive hosts. Thank you to Brian and Melissa for this pleasant experience and I’m looking forward to visiting again on my next Denver trip.

Our host was very kind and responsive. The place was beautiful and had everything we could need. Very clean and tastefully decorated. I was very happy there!

Eric and Julie went above and beyond to make our stay really enjoyable. We asked if we could buy/order a crate for our dog for our stay, and they offered to bring and install theirs before our visit, which was very helpful and nice of them. The place was very nice and clean, and the location was perfect. We would definitely stay there again.
