Beachfront vacation rentals in Brighton Beach

Had an amazing time here and didn’t want to leave! Our favorites were the location (across the street from the beach) and hot tub. I was especially impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was - we never needed to buy coffee or spices for cooking.

Perfect location for a quick get away and so thrilled we could bring our furry loved ones. Eoin was kind and prompt with communication. The location is walking distance to all you could need. It was a quiet and peaceful few days.

Delightful stay at this very clean and comfortable space. During a hot and humid week we felt fortunate to be in this cool house which was well equipped with efficient air conditioning and ceiling fans. Comfy sectional and deep cushion chairs were quite conducive for socializing. All beds were equally wonderful. While there is a beach in walkable distance, we preferred to drive to the more popular Seven Presidents so very happy to have had the beach passes provided. We appreciated not having to bring our own beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and beach towels ! It was also lovely to be able hop on a bike and head to a local coffee shop. House is located in a quite family neighborhood so while not a walkable location to much, everything is a quick drive away. Overall lovely stay. It’s obvious proprietors care deeply about the property and quickly responsive to any questions we had.

Nice, small cozy cottage in a quaint neighborhood. The private access to the beach was a major plus. Place was clean with all the basics needed. Outdoor fire pit was awesome. Walking distance to coffee shops/food spots/ general stores. Rob was very personable and friendly. Perfect for a couple or few friends visiting the beach. Plenty of space for myself and my partner plus our dogs.

My family and I had a great time, our host were very welcoming.

It was cozy yet spacious. It caused an all out homemade hot chocolate w marshmallow, movie night with the whole family. We'd grab a different great breakfast sandwich 3 min away daily. Everything is just an exit or a block away. I would love to stay here again.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour chez Jenna. L’appartement était spacieux et très propre, comme sur les photos. Bien situé, à quelques minutes du boardwalk, quartier tranquille. Nous avons rencontré Jenna et son mari, qui étaient très gentils. Ils se sont assurés que tout se passait bien pour nous et ils nous ont donné des recommandations de restaurants. Je recommande sans hésiter!

super beautiful room with a balcony facing the ocean- both Rosemary and Kevin were wonderful and friendly hosts and it felt very homey. the distance to the beach was a bonus along with beach passes! would definitely recommend and will be staying again in the future!

This is a cozy cottage, perfect abode for one or two people. Kevin and Rosemary are lovely hosts, welcoming and responsive to my needs. Their saltwater pool is an amazing amenity. Of course, being so close to the ocean which I love is ideal! The cottage itself is comfortable and efficient, including a small washer and dryer which made my long-term stay easy to do.

We had a wedding to attend in the Red Bank area and I was looking for a nice place that we could use as a central location. Adams unit was just what we were looking for. It had 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with just about everything we could need. Everything was in working order. The sunset's from the back yard were awesome! The unit was large enough for entertaining family members after the wedding. It was too cold to use the pool and we didn't have time to use the hot tub however it was up and running. Everything considered, Adam's place was nice and convenient . I would certainly book again when in the area and would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a nice 5 bedroom home.

Absolutely beautiful! Clean, quiet and comfortable with a million dollar view of the Atlantic!

The location was great. Walking distance to good restaurants and the beach. Good mountain biking trails not too far away. We visited in October. Maybe too chilly to go swimming, but perfect for sitting on the beach enjoying the surf, sand, sun, and a good book. Chris was an amazing host. The house was very clean and the perfect size for our family get together.

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

This place is awesome for what it is - a large home that can accommodate many people with a ton of space. It also doesn't have the Airbnb special room of 4+ beds that sleeps 8 to pump up the amount that can sleep there. This listing is straightforward. The keyless entry is awesome, everything in the house works, and there is plenty of parking and amenities. It is older and dated, however, and lacks a few finish details but for what it is, this house is very, very worth it. Each room was separated enough to have privacy, the kitchen was functional, and the dining room, living room, and entry/sunroom all offered enough room for everybody in our party to feel comfortable. I would stay here again, especially with a large group. We were 7 adults and 6 children (all under 8) and this was 1000% better than a hotel or other living arrangement. Thank you Ashley! The perfect landing spot for our family (2 adults and a toddler) the week of our beach vacation. The location was fantastic with easy access to Sandy Hook National Recreation area and several restaurants just a short walk away. The property was clean and well stocked. Our host was responsive and extremely thoughtful leaving extra children books for our toddler!

Catherine was a fantastic host! She left us local restaurant menus and activities to do in the area on the table when we arrived! She was also super helpful with any questions we had and quick responses! The house was gorgeous and had a great view of the water! Would 100% book again!!

Pristine studio in Long beach, steps from bars, restaurants, and the beach. Absolutely immaculate! Cozy bed linens and good towels, great water pressure, plenty of hot water. Erica was very informative throughout our stay and the Valentine's cookies were a special touch. would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!!

It was with great pleasure that I visited the prince's house, it is really well presented and clean. It makes me want to come back again. I hope everyone visits Mr. Prince and you will not regret it.
