Waterfront vacation rentals in Brickell, Miami

We had a wonderful stay at Jacqueline’s place. Brian was very welcoming, he helped us get settled right away! We were aware of the resort fee, we just didn’t know you didn’t accept credit card for it. Maybe you should let people know cash or cash app. only, just so that guests are prepared when arriving. The pool area was wonderful, the people that worked there were extremely helpful and friendly! We definitely will be back! FYI, when you uber, (food) taxi there, use the name of the hotel and not the address of the location. We ran into a couple of issues when only using the address.

This was the perfect place for an adult weekend away in Miami prior to our week long cruise. The location was amazing, being on the beach was exactly what we were looking for. The beds were very comfortable and we had no complaints at all while we were there! The cute coffee shop in the lobby was definitely a win, they were fast, friendly, and the coffee was amazing!

Amazing stay! The perfect mix of hotel amenities and the freedom afforded by staying at an airbnb. The room was surprisingly spacious (made even better by the floor to ceiling sliders and windows), balcony was expansive with beautifully city and bay views, and the hotel itself was modern and clean with very accommodating and friendly staff. Honestly, one of the best vacations I’ve ever had. The location was so unexpected (I would def recommend Coconut Grove and will certainly make an effort to return!) - scenic, walkable, and everything you need. We loved being out and about (everything is easily accessible by foot or Uber) and were just as excited and happy to return to the beautiful room at night. The views alone made it feel like an event in and of itself. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Great place. Great stay. Everything you need. Communication between owner and property manager was a little confusing but host was let us leave our bags in the apt before it was finished being cleaned (and it was ready before expected). Check out was easy and we were able to get a late check out. Building was very busy. Elevators were a bit slow. But all in all a great stay - would stay again!

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment in Miami! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless—the check-in process was smooth, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the balcony had a lovely view, making it the perfect spot to relax with a coffee in the morning. The location was fantastic—close to great restaurants, shops, and just a short ride to the beach. I truly appreciated the thoughtful touches and attention to detail that made this place feel like a home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Nicole is a phenomenal host who has the most beautiful home and gives precise instructions on how to maintain it. From the beginning, Nicole made it extremely easy to access everything we needed and made sure the home was spotless and accommodating before we had even arrived. If I were in Miami again, I would absolutely book another stay and I recommend anyone else looking for an amazing experience to book as well.

BEAUTIFUL PLACE!!! Private and serene. scenery was beautiful and the host was perfect. I know it says usually responds in 40 mins, more like 10. Very clear instructions about everything. My brothers and I really enjoyed this home.

Had a great time at the river house for my Sister’s Bachelorette trip, the place fit the vibe and what we needed for the group perfectly. Ubering anywhere was easy but the Miami traffic can get bad so expect most drives to hot spots to take 30-40 minutes. The pool is a little smaller than it seems from the pictures and has a little nature debris sometimes but there is a net available to fish out any leafs etc. Also if any snacks were left out in the kitchen we found it would attract a number of tiny ants, so we just kept any food in the fridge and it was fine. Overall we had an amazing time and would definitely book again!

Our stay at this Airbnb in Miami was absolutely perfect! The house was exactly as described (if not better), clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated. The location is ideal — in a quiet neighborhood but very close to all the main attractions, beaches, and great spots to eat and hang out. The space is modern and well-furnished, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We especially loved the outdoor patio — a great place to relax after a day of exploring the city. A big thank you to the host as well, who was always kind, helpful, and super responsive. We truly felt at home during our stay. We would definitely come back in the future. Highly recommended!

Great Host everything went perfectly, would definitely recommend.

The home was perfect and extremely spacious! Perfect location made it easy to walk downtown for morning coffee (El Bagel) and dinners out with our family (Green Street)!! The pool made for a great space to get together and catch the Miami sunshine. Lounge chairs and plenty of towels are provided! Quiet neighborhood made for peaceful walks too.

This cute little place was just so warm and felt just like home.

The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

Alejandro’s apartment was perfect for our first trip to Miami with two teens. It is very hip, has great views and is even better in person. It is close to all of the attractions, restaurants and shopping. He provided us with pool passes, we loved spending time there. We also attended spa and got great massages (Mon-Wed 25% off). We recommend, there is something to do for every age.

Ana was kind and helpful with check-in to the building. We enjoyed the beautiful balcony views and location during our short stay. Great place in the bustling Brickell neighborhood!

The apartment was as described, and had an open airy feeling. The location was convenient to downtown and the views were amazing. The store in the building and nearby convenience store made getting supplies easy. It was a very comfortable stay for my 5 day visit.

Leonie was responsible, giving me details what everything about the place I had a vehicle and I had volleyball parking. It was really convenient. The place was super clean. I really recommend it.

Every year we stay at least once here, and it is a dream every time! I cannot recommend enough!
