Places to stay in Brevort

We really enjoyed our stay with Kim and Floyd. This is an ideal location for quiet relaxation. We stayed busy everyday exploring the area but could easily have spent more time on the property just taking in the scenery. The accommodations were excellent and we hope to return again next summer.

We rented two units for our families during our wedding weekend. The rooftop was excellent for photos. The units are in a great location and makes it fun and easy to walk into town.

Great location…beautiful spot. Simple but comfortable accommodations. Nice touches with coffee bar and Scrabble and some interesting books (you had me at Calvin and Hobbes). The shared bathroom in the main house worked out fine; no awkwardness. The stonework in the bathroom is inspiring and gorgeous…great touch. Good basecamp for fall color. Short drive from Leg’s after a late dinner. We brought the motorcycle and rode the tunnel of trees route from north to south first thing in the morning, which turned out to be a brilliant move. All the traffic was driving north out of Harbor Springs at that hour.

We loved everything about the Bhombay Beach House! It was private, cozy, and super clean. We appreciated the full kitchen (coffeemaker/coffee, full-sized fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, glassware, and utensils), since we like to save $$$ by making breakfast while on vacation. Bob was very responsive without being intrusive. He provided extra amenities without our asking (umbrellas and nighttime snacks!). The large-screen TV included Netflix ... lots of DVDs, too. The views of the beach (Lake Huron) from the living room and kitchen were gorgeous. It was too chilly to use the firepit, but we walked the beach on our last day, which was lovely. LOVED being so close to the water! We were just up the street from the ferry to Mackinac Island. We had never been, and it didn't disappoint. Horse-drawn carriages, the Grand Hotel, funky restaurants, lots of bicycles, fudge! Make sure to visit Bob (and Thom's) store, Cottage UP. Great finds! In short, a perfect stay in every way. This place was such a gem! Stayed for a quick long weekend for some skiing at the highlands which was about a 20 min drive. This place was clean and beds were cozy. The driveway was plowed for us which was super nice. Easy to find with some close and convenient restaurants. No complaints! Would absolutely return

We loved our stay at Lani's place! The location was perfect and the place had everything we needed. I also really loved the bed (I wasn't too hot) and usually have a hard time with beds at other Airbnbs I've stayed in. Also, while the place didn't have wifi we still had great service on our phones (which have Verizon service). If we come back to the area, we'd LOVE to stay here again.

Great stay except for a glitch with the gas fireplace not working. We worked with Cynthia to see if we could figure out the problem to no avail and the fireplace repair guy could not make it there until after we left.

Nick's place was great. Super clean and cozy. Electric fireplace was great to have when coming in from the cold. Beds were comfortable. Had everything we needed. Would like to point out that for a person who needs a fan( other than a ceiling fan) to sleep, it was nice to see that each bedroom had a box/ oscillating fan in the closet. Might seem trivial...but it meant 2 great nights of sleep for me. 😁 . Location was great. Very close to downtown Boyne City. Cute lil up north town. 10-15 drive to Boyne Mountain. Also very easy and relatively close drive to Charlevoix and Petoskey. Great for a 1/2 day or day trip. Nick was responsive in a timely manner. All was very good. Would stay again for sure.
