This was the perfect rental for our family of 4 for the thanksgiving holiday. The home had everything we needed and wanted, great location within walking distance of so many great places in Rockland, and was clean and comfortable. Alicia went out of her way to provide recommendations for our stay! This is probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at and the most helpful host we’ve encountered. Highly recommend and thank you to Alicia and family for making our week so enjoyable while spending time with our kids on their college break.

We had a wonderful girl's trip staying in Diana's house! We walked to the beach and to Scratch bakery (twice). The house was perfect for the five of us with a great sitting area to hang out and chat. The house was clean and the instructions for cleaning up were easy to follow.

This was absolutely the perfect spot to spend a cozy New Year's visit. The views all around are breathtaking and the house is set far back from the road and very quiet. And the house was absolutely pristine. If you are like me and are picky about your bedding I can assure you that you won't be disappointed! The mattresses and pillows were super comfy and the sheets were lovely! You will rest so well! Also - if you have the opportunity, definitely visit Reid State park. It's about 25 minutes away and absolutely worth the trip.

We had a great time at Beth's property. From check in to check out, everything went by smoothly and met our expectations perfectly. Beth was incredibly informative and responsive and her restaurant recommendations were top notch. We had a wonderful and relaxing time and would love to come back during warmer months. I would definitely recommend Beth's property to anyone who needs a relaxing getaway.

Since this was my frist time staying at a airbnb house I Sent Tim a text an hour before we got here he promptly called me with positive feeling,he told me his plans for the next few days and who I would need to contact should we need something. the house was exactly as he explained the whole group of us were very pleased with everything avaliable,we spent lots of time out by the lake awesome sunrise sitting on the dock with cup of coffee, it was perfect. I will definitely recommend Tim's house to other people. we really didn't want to leave. I hope we can return someday. awesome job Tim keep up the honesty and good work.

We had an amazing stay! Everything was as shown in the pictures. The home was clean, sunny & uncluttered. We were a short drive from downtown Freeport but felt very much away from it all when relaxing in the house. We were pleasantly surprised by the view of the cove when we got up in the morning and the cool ridge behind the house! It was a great family vacation, and we will come again!

My friend and I had a great stay at Susan’s place. We enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood with great food options nearby and it was also quite walkable to the downtown area for us.

Margaret is an extremely pleasant host. Our experience couldn't have been better from booking thru checkout. Our stay completely met our expectations and was perfect for our family of 4 (all grown individuals) and our dog. We only stayed one night because we had to pick up our son from the airport which is about 15 min from the apartment. The apartment was very clean and spacious. It's close to lots of restaurants. Rudi was an excellent host and responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful family staycation! We enjoyed the ability to unplug, without the distraction of a tv in the space we played lots of games. The location is great with quaint shops and various restaurants all within walking distance. Diane was an excellent host! I would definitely stay here again.

We felt instantly at home at Ian’s place. It’s inviting and warm and decor is just the right amount of funky and cool. It was comfortable for four people. It makes a great home base for Portland.

This place was truly amazing. We are from Australia visiting Portland for the first time and it felt as if we had the best place in the whole city!! Great apartment, best location and incredible views. Would definitely recommend and be back if we go back to Portland again!

Our stay at Sameer’s is something we look forward to annually. The condo is right on the beach with beautiful views from the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to stay in and cook. Alternatively, Sameer has provided many local recommendations for going out as well. Sameer is a very responsive and kind host and check in/check out directions were clear. highly recommend staying here!

This was the perfect location. We could walk to everything. Our stay was comfortable and the accommodations were outstanding. Would definitely revisit and recommend to anyone.

Gerry's place was perfect for our stay in Portland. My 3 adult children and I had plenty of room. The house is close to the Old Port, the highway and other Maine points of interest. We were close to our relatives' house for Thanksgiving! I would highly recommend Gerry's place!!

We’ve stayed at Dave’s condo a couple of times now. Each time we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is in such a wonderful location in South Portland and Dave is very communicative and friendly with anything we may need. Definitely recommend a stay if you’re looking to check out the Portland area and enjoy some beach time while you’re at it!
