We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home is centrally located, allowing us to enjoy late afternoon sightseeing and dinner on foot. The accommodation was more spacious than what we had imagined and we really appreciated the fans in the bedrooms, as we had arrived on a very hot day. Checking in was super easy and the instructions provided were very clear. We would be happy to return, hopefully for a longer stay next time.

Lovely spacious secure house with great views over False Bay. 3 minute drive to good shops and restaurants. Lisel was super helpful when needed, and offered us flexible check in and check out times.

Bernette has been such an excellent host. Her place is well taken care of and she has great taste. She communicates well and is super friendly. Definitely worth every cent and I hope to be back here again.

Amazing house, attention to detail (like an ice machine), luxurious, with a touch of old world charm. Loved the outside stoep, the library filled with interesting books, and the aircon when temperatures reached over 40. So central to everything in the valley too.

Beautiful location & surroundings. Spacious on the inside and out. The unit had sufficient tea, coffee, sugar, towels and linen. Our 2 furkids loved the enclosed garden, and were greatly entertained by the goings-on at the farm. We were lucky to get a cloudless night, and enjoyed the stargazing. The aircons and small plunge pool were a welcome amenity during the hot day. We were able to do some birdwatching from the large deck. Matthys was very friendly and clear in his communication and we enjoyed learning more about the almond farm. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing weekend.

We had a great time at Mia’s beautiful house. She was really kind showing us around and was always available when needed. It was awesome for our little daughter to play with all the toys of Mia’s kids. Maybe good to know: The house is not in a gated community, but we felt secure due to the nice neighborhood. We can highly recommend staying at Mia’s beautiful place.

The house is very comfortable and perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. The garden is secure with lovely lawns for the kids to play. Carin is very friendly and showed us around the farm. The setting is wonderfully peaceful and private. The kids loved all the animals!

We had a splendid time at Janine's place. The kitchen was very well equipped. It's a nice, peacefull and quiet neighborhood. It's literally a home away from home, I highly recommend her place.

We only stayed for a short night, but the Foundry was very comfortable, spacious and well kitted out. Communication was very proactive, messaging us to ensure they could meet us on arrival, as well as asking how we wanted the beds to be made up. The patio overlooked a lovely garden space and we only wished we had a bit more time here.

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful location and surroundings. Simon is a great host. The Villa was very well equipped and comfortable with the best views. The icemachine in the entertainment area was a massive bonus. Very good rate for the location and the Villa. The pool area is well protected from the Windy days. Best value for money

WOW! What an incredible stay we had here. It was just perfect. The view with the wine yards and the olive trees were perfectly for a walk. Felt like a princess for one night. If we could, we would marry here instantly. A big thanks to the onsite housemanager owen, he do an absolutely perfect job. We come back.

The Pines is a wonderful venue for a breakaway with a group of friends or family. The old farm-style homestead is in impeccable condition, with the trappings you expect from a much more modern house. Everything was spotless, from the bedroom linens and towels, to the well equipped kitchen, and the outside area. The weather was fantastic, so most time was spent in and around the pool, on the tennis court, and in the cool quiet of the house. Do: 1. spend an early morning with fresh coffee on the stoep, waiting for the sun to start painting the glorious mountains right in front of you; 2. make communal meals and eat under the ancient trees in the afternoon and at the huge dining room table in the evenings, where our stories mingled with those that had come before us; 3. bring your - well behaved - furry friends, they will get as much from the large expanse of lawn and, since the property is fully fenced, the can explore as much as they want to; and 4. braai next to the pool. Enjoy!

Beautifully decorated flat with stunning furnishings. It was a very child friendly space with a big garden, tree house, pool etc, which were shared with the host - our children loved the outside space. We would recommend to stay here.

This place is absolutely amazing. It’s so quiet and private. We could easily stay here for a week and just shut off from the world. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Everything you need. It was just lovely!!!

We had a great stay at Vin’s place with our dogs. The place is clean, peaceful and the garden is beautiful. Vin is super responsive and accommodating, and full of good local recommendations !

What a lovely spot! The cottage is quiet and peaceful and has everything we needed for a weekend stay. The beds were very comfy and there was plenty of extra bedding available when the weather turned rather cold. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped and has a wonderful view of the garden. Great shower, too! Maya was the perfect host - we felt right at home from the start and would love to visit again some time.

A beautiful spot and very tranquil. It is quite out of the way and off the main road but easy to find thanks to the instructions provided. Julian was very friendly and provided us thirsty travelers with some delicious citer too!

Husband and I and two young dogs had a fantastic, relaxing, weekend at Mazwil in early March. We stayed in the downstairs double bedroom which has a nice large bathroom with efficient shower next door. The house has everything one needs for a weekend away. The walk down to the lapa at the dam is easier than it looks in the photos, as you don't have to walk back down the road. The dogs loved the dam, we loved the pool back at the house. Loved the birdlife, the peace and the sunsets.

Clean and quiet. Secure area but easily made arrangements for uber collections and drop offs. Lovely pool and facilities such as braai areas, chairs and sun loungers. Great to have separate pool and bath towels. Appreciated little touches such as salt and pepper, coffee plungers and wash up items to use.

Great stay! Beulah’s place is in a quiet suburb, but close enough to all the nice restaurants. The apartment was clean, bed super comfy and we really appreciated the aircon. Will definitely return.

LOVED our 3day stay, could have stayed a week. Beautiful surroundings, we loved sitting on the grass looking out on the dam. comfortable beds, had all aminities for a weekend away. our dogs loved swimming in the dam. perfect break away for the weekend. we also booked the cottage next door, a perfect group away setting.
