Cool Frisco One Bedroom Home

BradRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Location! Comfort! Amenities! Communication! First off, the location is perfectly. Very short drive to ski areas/hiking/reservoir. Walking distance to Frisco Main st. Lovely quiet residential neighborhood. The unit itself was very liveable. Didn't feel like a sterile corporate rental property, rather felt like a proper home. Comfortable bedding, comfortable living space. Kitchen was very well stocked with cooking amenities. Lots of dog friendly touches inside the home. Bathroom was well stocked with misc supplies. Host was outstanding with proactive communication, friendly and helpful communication.

JeanetteRating, 5 stars2 months ago
My family and I had a wonderful stay at Ion and Laura’s place. Everything was clean, instructions were clear (and simple) and the be location is prime. We enjoyed a day at the beach just down the road, did some paddle boarding, hiked and rode bikes all over. Great food options near by too! It was wonderful not having to drive much and to be able to unplug and enjoy some nature. Thanks for a fantastic getaway!

★★Center Village Condo-Won't Feel Like a Rental★★

WendyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We loved the ease of booking! Very cozy and Julia was great! Excellent location for skiing in the winter! We are here In the fall to hike. We did get woke up every morning by some sort of vehicle like a street sweeper or something like that. We just used a fan and house maker to help drown out that as best we could. The living room was very relaxing and the parking garage was easy to access! We would def stay here again!

This is a great spot! Walkable to everywhere. We loved the hot tub, and even saw a fox in the parking lot! The beds were very comfortable, the living room and large couch was perfect for our group, and we appreciated having so many bathrooms, extra towels, and games. We'd stay here again in the off season.

Kyle’s place worked well for our group of four. The living space is just spacious enough, the kitchen was well stocked, the deck is large and covered, and the clubhouse was great. It’s walkable to downtown Frisco and walking / biking / and running trails.

NEW! Mountain Escape, Stunning Views, Hottub, Cozy

BrianRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Kristi's place was perfect for our long ski weekend. Close to a lot of resorts and a good home base in Silverthorne, which offers plenty of restaurants and shopping if you forget anything. The home is new, well appointed and left nothing to be desired for four adults, three kids and a dog. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook with, and the towels/linens were plentiful and high quality. The beds were very comfortable and the kids loved the full size bunk beds. The hot tub was great to relax in after a long day of skiing. The heated garage was also a huge plus with some low temps. Kristi was very responsive during our stay and incredibly friendly. We look forward to staying there again.

JessicaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This cozy cabin place had a great mountain vibe. The first night I was there it was extremely quiet. The second day/night not as quite but to be expected with a whole neighborhood of people. It would be a cute place to stay in the winter. If you're looking for a place to stay in between 2 great mountain towns katies place was great. She acommodated my last minute request for me and my dog to stay which was very much appreciated. I would stay again and also recommend to others.

Spacious Mountain Home w/ Hot Tub, Nearby Skiing

RonRating, 5 stars2 months ago
My large family, including grand parents, fit easily in the place. We had 15 people. The property is beautiful and is obviously still a work in progress from old owners. It is seldom that we find a property where we can't see the neighbors. Fairplay is a great spot to visit. We attended multiple events at the 75th Annual Burro Days festival. We also enjoyed horseback riding and ATVs at American Safari Ranch. We made sure we had plenty of time at the house to just enjoy board and card games on the very large\beautiful dining room table. It is worth mentioning that we had great weather where we didn't even need the baseboard heaters. Windows open during the day and some closed at night is all that was needed.

Cozy Cabin-Minutes to downtown Breckenridge

JohnRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This was a perfect space for our family of 4. Everything was cozy. The only thing that was surprising was the volume of the furnace. It kicked on for the first time in the middle of the night and it sounded like a jet taking off. Outside of that, the place and host were perfect.

All About Breckenridge

Located at the base of the Tenmile Range in the Rocky Mountains, Breckenridge is the quintessential, high-altitude Colorado mountain town. Chances are if you’ve heard of Breckenridge, it’s because Breckenridge ranks as one of the best and most popular ski mountains in the world. But Breckenridge is much more than just downhill skiing. Alpine activities extend far beyond the slopes — and beyond the wintertime — with equally acclaimed mountain biking, exceptional hiking, birdwatching, scenic drives, horseback riding, rafting, and kayaking, and just about any outdoor activity you can think of that can be done in mountainous terrain. The town of Breckenridge itself is steeped in history owing to the Pikes Peak Gold Rush of 1859 (and all the mining operations that sprouted up with it), and its historical district is one of the largest and most fascinating in the state.

The best time to stay in a vacation rental in Breckenridge

There really is no bad time of year to visit Breckenridge. Each season offers something for outdoor enthusiasts, alpine aficionados, and committed vacationers alike, though winter is the true superhero season. Once the snow flurries start, skiers, snowboarders, sledders, sleighers, and cross-country alpiners get excited, anticipating yet another stellar season of snowbound fun and activity. Beyond that, spring in the Rockies is beautiful, as the snowmelt begins and the forests and glades become a flurry of natural activity. Summer is a huge draw as well, with all of the countless winter activities traded in for their summertime counterparts. Finally, the fall offers that perfect respite from the frenzy of the summer, as both locals and visitors settle in at various Breckenridge vacation rental homes.
