amazing place, couldn't ask for a better location, host and facilities

We had the most amazing couple of days at Spring Barn. The hosts were so friendly, helpful and responsive. The property was so spacious - inside and out with so many toys for the grandchildren. The tree house was fantastic! We really enjoyed our time in this quiet part of the Cotswolds - just what we needed and a superb place to celebrate my birthday. I’d definitely recommend. We stayed for two nights and felt relaxed and calm. From star gazing to playing garden croquet, we filled our time. The pool was great but be warned it’s cold! Once you’re in you are fine but it takes a few minutes to get submerged. What was really thoughtful, and much appreciated, was the home-made scones on arrival. Maureen and William were very sociable and very kind. We would love to visit again.

We had a lovely stay at Lois place. It's a uniquely tranquil location in the city, perfect for our young kids who could play in the playground outside the house. The house was spacious (large enough for 4 adults and 2 kids) and had absolutely everything you needed. Very helpful, friendly and warm hosts. We felt very lucky to have stayed here.

My family and I had a great stay here. There was lots for my daughters to do. They particularly enjoyed swimming in the indoor swimming pool and with the great rota system we get the pool all to ourselves twice a day. The cottage was lovely, it felt cosy and was clean and tidy and even had a surprise scone, cream & Jam left for us. Jonathan was a great friendly host and the location was so nice and peaceful. Will definitely come and stay here again.

Cath and mike were such lovely people! They make you feel such at home and are so helpful the stay was perfect we couldn’t fault it we will be back! It was spotless we didn’t want to leave! Would recommend to anyone you will not be disappointed the food at the local pub the king Alfred inn was a nice walk from the house was 10/10🌟🩷

We had an a amazing stay. The home was so comfortable. I was visiting with 7 friends so they set all the room as single beds which was perfect for us. The pool was so nice and we enjoyed an evening swim while watching movies on the projector. The area is so peaceful and there are some lovely pubs nearby such as the litton. I would love to visit again!

A gorgeous place, full of character and very comfortable. Sarah was very helpful, explained things very clearly and made everything very easy. She is very fast answering messages as well. We would definitely go back.

Great host and a great house to get around in Porthcawl so central to everything. Dave and Malcolm were the most helpful people and there was always a quick response to any queries. Would definitely stay again 😃

Great stay. The area felt safe, the next door neighbour came out to say hello. The house looked like the photos. If you need a place to stay in that area, I would definitely recommend it def. value for money, thank you to the hosts for making it so.

Richard's home is beyond exceptional and it's an incredible place to stay with your friends/family - my friends and I had a wonderful time re-uniting here. Richard's home has everything you need with 3 bedrooms, each with an ensuite. The garden space is also well equipped with chairs/tables and an ability to have a BBQ! Furthermore - Richard is very pro active with useful local tips and places to checkout and is very communicative. If you're considering to spend time with friends/family, especially if you're from abroad and want to experience an authentic British home - stop looking now, because this is the place for you to be.

We absolutely loved this jem! So convenient to town, just a very short walk to all shops , cafés and pubs! The carriage house is superbly decorated with high end appliances and comfortable beds and linens. The soaking tub is decadent and the walk in shower is spacious and beautifully done. We will absolutely stay again. ( the photos do not do the place justice , it’s just bright and lovely!)

Roz’s home was pristine. Great amenities, great location and very comfortable beds. We had everything we needed for a comfortable week’s stay. Working from home was also super convenient with very fast internet. Would recommend.

We really enjoyed Philip’s place for my sisters hen do in Bath! For some of us it was our first time visiting and the location was perfect to easily reach the city centre. Philip was really responsive when we had an issue with the oven he sorted it within minutes which was great! Our only issue was there was hair left in the drain in the downstairs bathroom, everything else was spotless this was the only issue! Thanks so much Philip the location, space and amenities were perfect for our stay :)

I would go highly recommend this accommodation if you are visiting Bath. The house was lovely and clean with all the amenities we needed. It was perfect for 5 friends visiting Bath for the weekend. Location was perfect and an easy walk into the centre of Bath, the added bonus of a parking space was welcomed. I have stayed in Bath a few times and I will definitely be booking this accommodation again. Check in and out was super easy and communication from the host made our stay smooth with no issues.

Great house as described and matched photographs. Was an ideal place to stay with our friends and their children for a short break & to explore the local area. Had everything we needed for our stay and was good value for money. Thanks for being a fab host.
