This apartment is amazing for the price. The views are incredible, and it’s super spacious—you’ll feel right at home. It has everything you need: TV, washing machine, you name it. The spa and gym are great—I used the gym every day. The pool is awesome too, perfect for sunbathing without crowds. Just a heads-up, it’s on a hill, so it’s easier if you have a car. But if not, there are free shuttles to Budva, the pool, and Bečići Beach. Overall, this place is perfect for a comfy and relaxing stay with great amenities. Highly recommend!

The place is in the city center; we walked 5–7 minutes to Kotor Old Town. It has private parking, which was a relief! Nikola is an awesome host, always replying within 5–10 minutes. Everything was clean and organized. We highly suggest this place.

Ivana was a great host, providing lots of help and information about the activities we had planned, giving us insider knowledge on top! The place itself was very nice, clean, and tidy, making it easy to settle in. Ivana was very responsive with info as and when we requested it - Overall, Ivana is a fantastic host- highly recommended!!

Amazing modern flat located with 10-15 min walk from the old town away from the noise. There is a supermarket just next door as well with pekara nearby. Flat had everything I needed for my stay and an amazing shower. Everything was modern and worked fine. The hosts were very helpful with issues that I had and questions were answered quickly. Only thing is parking space a bit tight for larger vehicles like my campervan but there is plenty of free parking available near supermarket so it wasn't an issue. The balcony has nice views of the mountains and you can see the fortress, it's very beautiful:) Would definitely recommend their properties to rent!

We absolutely loved our stay at Tamara’s place. She went above and beyond to help us and made us feel at home! Very welcoming and lovely service, the place was beautiful, peaceful and spotless clean and the views simply breathtaking! We will be back! With love from both of us, Anna& Ryan!

We couldn’t believe that the views from the apartment could be as amazing as the photos, but they really were! We could have stayed on that balcony all day just taking it all in, but we did venture out into Tivat. It was a short walk to the amenities along the coast path. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. As others have mentioned, a shower curtain would have prevented wetting the floor, but it wasn’t a major issue. Sanja had sent us the map location but we couldn’t access it on arrival as our data hadn’t kicked in so she kindly sent her son to find us. She also arranged a taxi for us for our return. It was only a 3 night break and so we would love to return and hire a car to explore a bit further afield. We are just back home and already missing that view! Thank you Sanja.
