Vacation rentals with a soaking tub in Brazos River

We had a great stay in Dallas at Jess’ place! It was quaint and clean, and in a really fun neighborhood. Jess was extremely quick to respond to any questions we had. We’ll be back!

My family and I had a wonderful time in Austin and most of that credit I have to give to Adrianne! This house felt like we were right at home and she was so quick to answer every question we had! There is the cutest and most peaceful back porch here and the kitchen was LOADED with every cooking supply and spice we possibly needed. The neighborhood was cute and nice to walk around in, and the park nearby is a great easy walk too. The house was so clean and adorable and there was a nice little book of local recommendations. You can walk to breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bars from this house!! So cool. My family of 7 stayed here and we were a perfect fit, I can't imagine having stayed anywhere else. There was also the cutest Barton springs 'kit' of towels and coolers that just spoke to the wonderful thoughtfulness of this place. I'd give this house a hundred stars if I could! This home is so beautiful! We couldn’t get over all the beautiful details and thoughtfulness that were put into this home. We loved the porch for coffee in the morning, large gathering spaces, and the beds were so comfortable! Kyle also had very clear and reasonable check out instructions.

We loved our stay here! Great for groups as there’s plenty of beds- we had nine people and were able to comfortably fit everyone. The listing is accurate - it’s a quick drive to Baylor and downtown Waco, but feels very private as it’s gated on a large plot of land. Kristi and team were very responsive. We loved the outdoor spaces- well equipped with lots of seating option. Def in the country with the occasional bug, but the home felt very clean. Would stay here again.

Wow! So everything about Amit’s place is as described and totally worth staying here again. What we loved MOST though were the tons of small touches that we wish all AirBnB’s had … an electric kettle! Non-scented laundry detergent used for linens! High-end linens and hand soap and hand lotion! Throw blankets! All the kitchen dishes and utensils were high-end and set up for real cooking! Everything was 5-star. Bravo, Amit, for being the host with the most.

We loved Cathy's home. Check in was easy & the house was just as described on the listing. The beds were comfy, & our family had plenty of space . The community pool was a plus & the kids loved it. It was a quiet neighborhood and felt safe. Cathy was always quick to respond to any questions I had. I would recommend this listing to family & friends and we would stay here again on any future trips here.

Great place to stay if you want to be near medical city. Apartment had everything needed and some. Every small things we needed help with Lilly was extremely fast to respond and communicate. We would absolutely stay again. And if you traveling with kids - that crib is great in One of the bedrooms

We enjoyed staying here. the bathrooms were fully stocked and the shower has great water pressure. Comfy bed and furnishings. kitchen had plenty dishes. Make sure to buy everything you need if you plan on doing any cooking (including spices). There were some instructions the host referred to that were not in the home. Entering the front gate was a bit complicated, so follow the check in instructions closely. There was an industrial fan in the living room that we weren't sure about and the secondary bathroom toilet needed 2 flushes to empty adequately. Minor things. We would stay again!

It was the perfect location for everything to do. They only thing I would say was the driveway was a yucky. And it was raining bad so it was very muddy. Everything that we wanted to go to was within 15 mins so that was amazing! It was very very quiet. New heard any outside noise except the rooster but only heard that when we were on the living room....and the bed were noisy...but comfortable.

Mark and Sofia have a lovely spot beneath their house and it was absolutely perfect for our stay. It was spacious, comfortable, clean, and most of all, very peaceful. We were just a short ride from anything we wanted to do and were always able to return to our peaceful home base without any issuess. The value for this place was just great. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious and tidy home to stay in.
