This tree house is very cozy, surrounded by trees, ponds and creeks. If you are looking for a place to find peace, harmony and connection with Nature, this is a perfect option. Lauren also went the extra mile to have extra blankets, three fire pits ready, heating, farm raised eggs, coffee, clean water, ice, chips and salsa. The best part was Willow, a beautiful dog who welcomed every time we arrived and showed us the way to the tree house. Willow paid us couple of visits, making our stay even more special. Will come back for sure!

We loved our stay on Lake Somerville. It was the perfect, peaceful retreat to celebrate Thanksgiving with our Aggie. Loved all the deer running around and walking by the lake.

What a beautiful place for a family gathering. Loved everything about the house. The location was so peaceful and enjoyed rocking/swinging on the front porch while watching the cattle. Boys loved fishing in the ponds. Perfect for our family Thanksgiving time together!

Denise & Richard were incredible hosts! The fresh baked cookies and honey jar gift were both such special touches. We really enjoyed the space and it was just perfect for our group of 4 adults. Instructions were clear and the hosts were incredibly communicative and responsive, even helping with local recommendations. Beautiful place! We’ll be back 😁

This is the second time I’ve been to the ranch (first being when our sister-in-law stayed here) and we will never stay anywhere else when we are in town! Not only are the cabins on the lake simple wonderful, John and his team are as well.

We highly recommend the Lexi’s place. It is just as advertised…quiet, comfortable, clean, and convenient. We will stay again on our next visit to College Station.

The place was very peaceful and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Loved going out to the backyard in the mornings with my dogs, just sat, and relaxed with the nice breeze.

The house is exactly as advertised! Loved the decor. The beds and pillows were very comfy and I’m a pillow snob . Had a little issue with figuring out cooling down the house , but Annie promptly responded on settings for units and by the time we got back from Northgate the house had cooled down very quickly and was very comfortable and cool. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
