Great Stay! Thanks again! Felt a lot like home!

We didn’t get to use all the amenities, but the place had everything we would have needed. We were there for a short time to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. We enjoyed our stay there and would come back. Host was very responsive.

Our second stay was just as great! Hosts are responsive and helpful. Neighborhood is quiet and close by restaurants and shopping center. Beautiful and comfortable airbnb. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great spot for a short stay in Aggieland! Host was very responsive, and we were grateful to be able to bring our pup with us. Easy checkin, and the door key pad was easy to use. Shower had immediate hot water and good pressure. Kitchen was well stocked and very functional for making small meals. Grateful for a good stay!

This is our second stay at this home and the second time was just as good as the first! The hosts are super thoughtful and responsive. The home is meticulously clean and comfortable. This is now our go to spot in CS!

We LOVED staying here! Janice was very nice, pretty quick to respond and attentive to our needs! We stayed here for a night for graduation and it was a short distance from Reed and Kyle Field! I’d 100% recommend for game weekends, graduations and family weekends! The 4 bedrooms had plenty of space! 2 queen beds and 1 air mattress provided. One empty room but plenty of space for another air mattress! Check in and check out we’re very smooth. We would definitely stay her again!

Cozy and beautiful condo for a quick weekend in CS. Jared was quick to respond to our questions. Everything was as pictured; spotless and nicely decorated. I’d definitely stay here again!

Such a cool spot in downtown Bryan! Easy to find, good host, cute place. We appreciate that they put white noise machines in the rooms - I didn’t hear anything outside!

We had a wonderful stay at Jenn's place! It was exactly what we were looking for-clean, cozy, and in a perfect location. We could walk to dinner and enjoyed being close to great restaurants and antique shops. It's less than 15 minutes away from Texas A&M University, which made it super convenient after dropping our son off. The space felt like home, and we'll definitely be booking Jenn's place again!

We stayed at Marylin and had to previously change our check-in and check-out days, Randy was very flexible and we didn’t have a problem. Instructions to get into the place and check-in instructions where very easy to follow. Randy answered our questions very quickly and was really helpful and kind. The place was cozy and perfect for a family of four members. We will definitely book at Marylin or other Randy & Kelly’s properties when visiting our family at Bryan.

My friends and I stayed here for the A&M & UT game. The location couldn’t be beat, and the stay was perfect for what we needed it for.

The house was exactly as described, but it was a bit uncomfortable due to the noise from passing cars as it is located right next to the road. However, Elena was very responsive and proactive in addressing the inconvenience, which made my stay comfortable.

Great place to stay! Private, clean and really cozy. A small drive from Texas A&M university which is great for games and events!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely stunning. The space itself was very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated. Additionally, the hosts were extremely friendly! Highly recommend for anyone staying in the area!

I saw reviews the place was quiet and peaceful, and they are true!! I felt very welcomed, with clean towels, and the best sparkling water I’ve had. (HEB tropical…changed my life). It was one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve stayed at!

Mandy's place was perfect for our visit to Aggieland! The apartment was much bigger than it looked from the photos. We had pleasant surprises like each bedroom had full walk in closets with shelves. If that was mentioned in the description, I didn't remember. There is a little fenced in courtyard which would have been lovely to have morning coffee but due to the weather we didn't get to use it. Mandy provided perfect and clear check in instructions, which we appreciate since we were delayed flying in and got there later than expected. Check out instructions were super minimal, and that is always appreciated. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. This area is very quiet, and we felt extremely safe. I would definitely recommend it to single female travelers, or moms traveling with children. I will definitely stay again! Thank you

Had a wonderful Thanksgiving at Mandy’s. The location is amazing and so close to everything. The bedrooms and full baths are upstairs and the 1/2 bath is downstairs. The townhome is new construction. Clubhouse is just as pictured. Will stay again!!

Mandy was a fantastic host and had an amazing place. We had a different Airbnb reserved for our stay, but arrived to a very unclean apartment that was obviously someone's semester dorm. At the last minute we found Mandy's cozy apartment and reserved it late in the evening. She was very accommodating and accepted our reservation. Her apartment was immaculate and cozy. Plenty of room for four adults and a toddler and good location to everything. We will be coming back for our next CS trip.

We had the most amazing time! Myke was a wonderful host. She gave us a personal tour of the property and amenities. Everything we needed was provided from smores ingredients to seasonings to laundry soup. Literally anything we needed was there. Myke left us farm fresh eggs from her hen house. The hot tub was the highlight of our stay and we enjoyed both days and nights in the quiet setting surrounded by nature. Pepper the dog was also a highlight and we appreciated Myke sharing her with us. The Pickle bar court, basketball court, boats, and fishing kept us busy and there was no need to even leave for entertainment. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this property.
