Great place and peaceful. Plenty of room and nice view. Had a little trouble finding the button to open the last gate in the dark but eventually found it. Everything else was perfect.

Our stay was exceptional. The accommodations more than met our expectations… easy entry, plenty of parking, and the restaurants and bars in walking distance were a huge highlight. We so appreciated the recommendations from the host. And the farmers market Saturday morning a special and unexpected treat. Convenient & free shuttle to the TAMU game was within walking distance. I sometimes forget how neighboring sounds travel at night in apartments/condos, but we still slept comfortably. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

We didn’t get to use all the amenities, but the place had everything we would have needed. We were there for a short time to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. We enjoyed our stay there and would come back. Host was very responsive.

We felt very much at home in Chad and Nicky’s apartment. Everything was exactly as listed and check in was very easy with the clear instructions given. Only thing we would change was the furniture, a coupld regular chairs would have been nice to eat/sit in as we had 5 people in the room. We did have to bring our own paper towels as there was only a very slim roll left for us to use. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and were super close to Santa’s Wonderland which was the reason for our trip!

We LOVED staying here! Janice was very nice, pretty quick to respond and attentive to our needs! We stayed here for a night for graduation and it was a short distance from Reed and Kyle Field! I’d 100% recommend for game weekends, graduations and family weekends! The 4 bedrooms had plenty of space! 2 queen beds and 1 air mattress provided. One empty room but plenty of space for another air mattress! Check in and check out we’re very smooth. We would definitely stay her again!

Our stay was fabulous. We did not to get to spend much time there, but the time we had there was perfect. Extremely clean and it was just perfect. Wish we could have spent more time there. Jenn's communication was perfect and timely. I have already recommended this cute loft to a friend that is going to College Station in May 2025.

I stayed 2 weeks and the apartment has everything you need. It is spacious and well located if you are going to campus.

Great place to stay! Private, clean and really cozy. A small drive from Texas A&M university which is great for games and events!

We were thrilled with the location, location, location! Parking was great even tho there was the First Friday event that night. It was a gorgeous old building and our unit was on the corner upstairs and it was really a great pick for us.

We came to Aggie Land to cross an item off our bucket list and we had a blast! We were very close to campus, bars and restaurants! We took a nice walk to the Bonfire Memorial which was very worth it! Great college town! Highly recommend Steven’s “Nest”!

Jared’s place was such a welcoming respite for us as we visited to help with our parents. Everything was comfortable, clean and well stocked. I could tell they are experienced hosts because of all the little touches provided for guest comfort. I would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed here for a Softball Showcase - location was within 15 minutes of all of our fields. Lots of restaurants nearby as well. Decor was ascetically pleasing. We were only here to sleep so the beds were a great hit with being comfortable!

Great location! Easy to get back & forth to TAMU campus without all the busyness of being too close. The condo is extremely clean & a great size! We will plan to stay here again next time we are in town. Thanks so much!

Had a wonderful Thanksgiving at Mandy’s. The location is amazing and so close to everything. The bedrooms and full baths are upstairs and the 1/2 bath is downstairs. The townhome is new construction. Clubhouse is just as pictured. Will stay again!!

Perfect for a football weekend. Quiet and continently located easy access and parking.

We loved this space! Definitely would look at booking one of these properties again in the future. Super easy to get to, and even more so if you are familiar with College Station.

We had the most amazing time! Myke was a wonderful host. She gave us a personal tour of the property and amenities. Everything we needed was provided from smores ingredients to seasonings to laundry soup. Literally anything we needed was there. Myke left us farm fresh eggs from her hen house. The hot tub was the highlight of our stay and we enjoyed both days and nights in the quiet setting surrounded by nature. Pepper the dog was also a highlight and we appreciated Myke sharing her with us. The Pickle bar court, basketball court, boats, and fishing kept us busy and there was no need to even leave for entertainment. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this property.
