Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Branxholm

4 night stay in an updated basement 1 bedroom apartment. We loved the size of the apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Free street parking right in front of the home. The bed and couch were quite comfortable. The kitchen had all the amenities one would need with a good size dining table. AC in the main living area/kitchen. WIFI worked well. No closets in the bedroom but there was a rack to hang up items along with a table. A small size refrigerator. It was a great addition to have a washing machine and a drying rack available for laundry.

Exactly as advertised, Dianne's home was perfect for our needs. We were a group of 9 friends wanting somewhere to stay, and her house was a comfortable size for all of us. The house itself was clean, tidy and akin to something out of a magazine - all elevating the charm of Launceston. Dianne was a great host, and fantastically communicated prior to check in. I would recommend this place for anyone!

Amanda kept in communication with me at all times. Absolutely lovely home. It was very clean and well-equipped for our stay. There was lots of space and we had everything we needed. Located a short drive from Launceston and there was lots of beautiful wildlife nearby. By far, the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at.

It was my first time to Bridport and I loved every minute! The place was very spacious with three big bedrooms - plenty of room for my friend, my kids and I. We were only a short walk to the caravan park, where our other friends were staying, and even shorter walk to the Main Street cafes, IGA etc. We loved our stay!

The house was very comfortable, very clean, and ideally situated to walk to some great cafes for a breakfast and coffee. It is always a pleasure to walk into a well appointed, stylish holiday stay. Highly recommended!

Ann’s home is beautifully designed and truly feels like a home away from home. It’s a convenient location and communication with Ann is always smooth.

We had a wonderful stay at Julia’s. The house was within walking distance to the hospital, supermarket as well as restaurants. The spacious layout was perfect for our kids, with plenty of room to play, and the well-stocked kitchen made mealtimes a breeze. The host thoughtfully provided a portacot and high chair, which was a huge help. We especially loved the backyard with making it a great choice for families with young children. Highly recommend for a family vacation!

The house is as Bernadette describes and it is a marvellous place to stay. You can feel the history of the place the minute you see it but it has been modernised and made comfortable in a way the original owner's could probably never have imagined. The beds were comfortable and the living space was roomy and also comfortable. When we visited the weather was quite warm so we were thankful of the air conditioning, especially in the top room. The balcony is a treat for sunsets, sunrises and morning coffee! Bernadette's communication made us feel welcomed but also made sure we had all the information we needed before and during our stay. Highly recommend this place for a Launceston stay.

Mum and I had a wonderful week at Dale’s place. We paid extra to have our own spaces upstairs and downstairs, both of which are private and very roomy. As per the photos, the apartment is modern and exceptionally clean, with very comfortable beds and linen, and lots of hanging/storage space. Being inner-city, we loved that we could walk everywhere - the mall, cafes, restaurants, parks - even Cataract Gorge, the Tamar River and Seaport marina. Dale was very responsive to our messages and Mum was especially appreciative of the hobnobs, tea, coffee and milk upon our arrival very late at night! We definitely recommend Dale’s place and hope we’ll have the opportunity to stay again when next we’re in Launceston.

Nadine's Green Room apartment was exceptional and such a niche way to do Airbnb. My partner particularly enjoyed the record player and we jammed out in the lounge room to Michael Jackson. It was so quiet and private even though we were right in the heart of everything. All the little personal touches and additional attention to details were so exciting to find, a lot like finding little Easter eggs all over the apartment. What a fantastic idea and exception I execution of a fantastic Airbnb. There's just so much to say about this apartments warmth and surprises... but I don't want to spoil the surprise for everybody else when they get there so I will just say we were very entertained and love your style. The bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to go home to my own. The only thing we wished for was more time to stay. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful slice of heaven Nardia. What a fantastic find your apartment was for us! Keep creating amazing spaces! You're epic!

Everything was so organised. Clean and precise. The owner was responsive to our questions and requests. Location was so beautiful. Overall we loved the property and the amenities. Would like to go back at some point. Well done to the hosts.

Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended! This place was exactly what I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I could possibly need. From the cozy bedding to the fully equipped kitchen, it felt like a home away from home. The amenities were top-notch, and I loved how quiet and peaceful the environment was. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great spot to unwind and enjoy their trip!

Jane’s place is a hidden gems in west Launceston.Her place is tidy and so cozy. The view from the balcony is breathtaking :) Thank you again for letting us stay over at your place,we will definitely come back!

An oasis of calm. We loved sitting out overlooking the beautiful garden. Amanda was very helpful - definitely recommend
