Vacation rentals in Brantley Lake State Park

We had a great time !

my husband, our friend, our young son and I had a wonderful stay. it was very comfortable and cozy. my son was very excited about the board games. I will warn that if you have any small children keep a close eye on them in the bathroom, especially if floors are slippery, as there is a big step up into the shower. we would happily stay here again.

Nick was accommodating when requesting an hour early check in. The place was clean, tidy and organized. The balcony off the upstairs bedroom views the Pecos River. The backyard slopes down to the river where there's a small dock. The bed was very comfortable with top quality sheets. The bathrooms were well stocked with body wash, shampoo, toilet paper and towels. The kitchen (refrigerator, stove and counters) were pristine. There were snacks waiting for us on the counter. The downstairs tv had Netflix and Parmount+ already logged into. The upstairs TV didn't have any streaming channels logged on. The only requirement for when we left was to take the trash out to the can. My only 2 negatives were the upstairs bedroom is an open loft with no doors or walls for privacy from downstairs and I thought the price was steep for Carlsbad, NM.

Lovely house, close to Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains National Park. Carlsbad itself is a bit run down, but never felt unsafe. The house itself was nice, exactly as described with some lovely, unique decor and furnishings. For those travelers with an EV. There is a free L2 charger exactly 1.5 miles from this house located at a McDonalds. It's walkable if you need to leave it for a while. There is also a paid L3 charger <1 mile from the house. Conveniently, there is also a regular 110V outlet right at the car port capable of 1.7 kW if needed to top off. Definitely would stay here again if passing through the area.

Jenn was great with communication and offered some great advice about Carlsbad Cavern Reservations. The house was very clean. If ever back in the area, I would stay here again.

Great place for big family gatherings.

The house was comfortable, clean, and had everything I could possibly need—truly a home away from home. It was conveniently located in a nice neighborhood, making it easy to get around. Check-in was seamless, and the host was absolutely amazing!

Chris was a great host , he was very responsive to my questions and concerns, We had plenty of room for our family and the game room was perfect a big hit with the kids and adults. My husband and grandson played ping pong all weekend, will definitely reach out again. Thank you for having us!

Cute space close to a lot of restaurants. Exactly as described. We loved the coded front door so we both had access. It was close to a busy street so you will hear some traffic but it didnt interfere with our rest at all. There is a chatty puppy next door but once we got inside, we didnt hear it. Jenn thoughtfully included information on local things to do. Super easy checkout as well. If you have dogs, the back yard is a decent size. We forgot there was WIFI so we didnt check that out but she did include how to access it. Decor was super cute!!
