Great little place in a great location, steps away from many restaurants, bars, museums and shops and in the other direction, steps to miles of walking paths along the river. The place has everything you need and big windows with afternoon sun. What a great find! Fabian was super responsive and helpful. I arrived earlier in the day and he was very accommodating, so nice!

The apartment is within walking distance of the city center, which is great! The public transportation options are also not far from the apartment. From the central station you can walk about 5-7 minutes to the apartment. Brilliant! Christian personally welcomed us and gave us 1.2 explanations about the apartment. The apartment has everything you need - no more and no less. It fully matches the photos. However, we imagined the bed wider after the photos, 120 cm is scarce for 2 adults, but feasible. Overall, we had a great stay, straightforward and sunny! Thank you!

We were very happy with the place. The apartment is clean and has everything you need for your stay. The pictures are truthful. The landlord clearly communicated all instructions in advance so that no questions arise. The location is very nice and central. You can easily reach everything by public transport. Unfortunately, we only heard louder in the evening when someone was walking in the stairwell, as it is quite eavesdropping. Otherwise, everything is top notch. We are happy to recommend it and can imagine making another request for our next visit.

We had a wonderful stay! Our travel plans changed last minute, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating, quickly updating the lock combination for us without any hassle. When we initially had trouble getting the heat to work, they responded immediately and even brought portable heaters—though in the end, we didn’t need them. The apartment is stocked with so many useful items—coffee filters, detergent, plenty of bathroom essentials, and even a straightening iron. But the absolute highlight was the beautiful decor. You can tell that the place was furnished with real love and attention to detail, perfectly capturing the style of the time period. From the plate clock above the kitchen door to the heavy wool blanket in the sitting room, every little touch felt intentional. The lamps, chests, dishes—simply amazing! A truly special place. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Lovely flat very well situated for the city centre. Tram only 150 meters away. You are in the city centre in about 20 minutes. Despite being so close to the main road, the flat was very peaceful and quiet. Supermarket and take away/restaurants nearby. The supermarket is open until 22:00hrs and is well stocked. The flat was very clean. We traveled from the UK by car and parking is available outside. It has a lovely balcony which would be lovely in the summer. We would definitely stay again.

Tali is a great host! She was very quick to respond to my questions, even when we arrived a little later than expected. She was already waiting for us when we arrived at the apartment. As a result, we immediately felt very comfortable in a strange city for us. The apartment is compact and beautiful, on the ground floor with entrance via a courtyard. It is located in the hip, alternative district of Lindenau, within walking distance of the incredibly nice Karl Heine strasse, where there are many nice restaurants and separate shops. The tram also stops in this street, so you can be in the beautiful historic center in fifteen to 20 minutes. Despite the proximity to this shopping street, the apartment is very quiet. In the evening it was very quiet in the residential streets behind. We are super happy that we were able to stay in Tali's apartment. If we go back to this beautiful, bustling city, we will definitely stay in her apartment again.

We had a wonderful time at Julia's place! The accommodation was perfectly located in a quiet side street, which allowed us to enjoy a relaxing and relaxing atmosphere. The surroundings are really great and have everything you need. The apartment itself was well decorated and met all our expectations. It was particularly gratifying that the children felt very comfortable. Julia really thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We spent a nice long weekend in Halle to explore the city and nature. Falko's place was ideal for this! Thanks to the central location and good connection to public transport and various shopping opportunities, we were able to reach everything quickly, but also found enough relaxation in the quiet backyard and on the large balcony. The apartment itself was clean and everything was available for a pleasant and carefree stay, including various useful little things (shower gel, oil, spices). For a longer stay, we would only need a dishwasher+microwave. Communication with Falko was always quick and straightforward and he had numerous helpful tips for exploring the city. :) We were also very pleased that we could enter the apartment a little earlier after arrival to store the suitcases and warm up a little. Since we also fell in love with Halle a bit, we will gladly come back to Falko's place on occasion. :)

We had a great time in Leipzig, the apartment leaves nothing to be desired and we would recommend it to everyone. Everything you need is available and for our baby we were even provided with a crib and high chair. The furnishing is modern and clean - without much frills, which came in very handy for us with a baby in the crawling age. There is a small playground right in the courtyard. The apartment is in a very good, quiet area and you can find everything you need in the area. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back. :)

Lutz is a very good host, responded quickly and welcomed us warmly. The place is super located with the ÖNV directly and quickly (about 15 min) to the train station, downtown or Quaterback Immobilien Arena. Ideally suited for two people and very well equipped. Also with dishes, towels, etc. Shopping m outside the front door and 3 bakeries to choose from. We will be happy to come back.

Our stay at the Seglerbogenbande was great! Communication with the hosts was always friendly and smooth. The apartment is beautiful, very clean and designed with a lot of love for detail. The hot tub and sauna were absolute highlights and ensured perfect relaxation. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, better than in many other accommodations, which made cooking on site really pleasant. We would particularly like to emphasize how warmly and dog-friendly we were received – everything was really thought of. The surrounding area is ideal for walks and simply beautiful. We felt completely comfortable and will be happy to come back!
