This cute apartment is located in the basement of a brick villa on the lake and has its own entrance with its own beautiful, sunny, enclosed terrace. For swimming, go directly from the garden door to the forest and lake, eternal terrain for bikers and athletes. The apartment is conveniently located not far from the Avus. The 2 main S-Bahn lines S1 and S7 are a 5-minute walk away. There is a bedroom with bed (1.60 m x 2m) and a sofa bed in the living room.

Your sunny lakeside cottage - come out...

In spring 2020 we acquired the property, it has 5 holiday homes. This one, number 7/1, was just completely renovated last year with a lot of love and now we look forward to seeing you! The sunny cottage is slightly elevated as the first house on the property, catching the sun for you and holding it (hopefully all the time ;) ) for you. The sunny cottage has a living room, the kitchen with dining area, bedroom with double bed and the bathroom with shower.

Accessible apartment with terrace

Our vacation rental is accessible and is located directly at the Adlershof landscape park. A supermarket and a bakery are about 200 m away. The BAB highway can be reached in a few minutes and the airport BER is about 15 minutes away by car. Nevertheless, the apartment is quiet. It's on a play street, and a charging option for electric cars is right outside the door. In our residential area there is always one parking space. High chair and travel cot.

Garden+Terrace Apartment LHJakob

Garden & terrace apartment can rent up to 10 people. The GW loft is cooked, eaten and relaxed together. The terrace apartment has 3 bedrooms and 1 green sofa bed each in the living room and in the gable room. The table can be set on the terrace in summer. The garden apartment has 2 adjoining bedrooms. Therefore, guests of bedroom 2 must be provided by bedroom 1 (ATTENTION! Continuous room!!!) go to the large living area and the bathroom.

Duplex apartment with jacuzzi

At the end of 2023 freshly renovated duplex apartment with up to 8 beds. The high-quality equipment includes a complete kitchen, TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime and in the living room also a Playstation 4 with games. On the private terrace you will find sun loungers, hammock, dining area and a jacuzzi. In addition, you have access to amenities shared with other guests in our house: small gym, sauna, hot tub and garden.
