Comfortable stay. Very peaceful and close to town centre. Enjoyed our visit, great place to stay with family.

This was a fabulous stay. Did all it said on search. bedroom was roomy and bed comfy bathroom was small but everything placed to maximise space. shower easy to use and refreshing. kitchen had everything and more. only thing missing was a freezer and that I got from search. sofa in lounge comfy. tv . building heats up within 15 mins once thermostat in bedroom was put in play. as weather was nice , pulled 2 chairs out of outhouse and sat in patio area. neighbours were chatty. recommended

Great ground floor apartment with a parking space which is a must in Keswick. Very well furnished and laid out and very well equipped. So handy for everything in Keswick, with everything in walking distance. A great place to stay.

This place is absolutely perfect. The interior decor is some of the best I’ve ever seen. Everything has been well thought out, it was such a pleasure to stay. With a chippy (which I highly recommend), a shop, multiple pubs, and plenty of walking routes (Shap abbey is a MUST) the barn was in the most perfect spot. Me and my partner absolutely loved our stay.

Lovely stay at Eden’s Annex. Very peaceful and exactly as described. Karen is a very good host and would recommend the place to anyone staying in the area.

Beautiful place to stay, just a few mins from the train station and centre with plenty of bars, restaurants and takeaways on doorstep. Felt like it was in a safe quiet area too. Lovely place to catch up with friend and explore. Would certainly recommend. The added touch of milk, tea, coffee, choc and bottle were a lovely touch.

Great place, clean, safe. Tann is a great host. Very helpful and responsive. The place is within her house but very private as you have your own key and your own entrance. A note for those of you that like to travel with a lot of luggage, you might struggle as the place is cosy. I very much enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it for a few days and/or if you are planning to be mostly out.

Wow, what a great studio. The ensuite bedroom is fantastic and the bath is so luxurious. The kitchen has everything you need and the lounge is lovely and relaxing. Just a short stroll and you are in the centre of Hexham for bars, cafes and restaurants. It's also a great base for exploring g the wider Northumberland countryside. We will definitely be looking to return again soon. Thanks for hosting us.

Absolutely amazing location, right in the heart of Carlisle. Walking distance to bus stops and also to the local shopping area. We were told it might be noisy due to the location of the property, but to be honest we just heard passers by and no loud noises etc. Very open plan space, comfy couch and bed is really comfy, plenty of room in the shower. Definitely recommend family and friends and also might come back here again in the future. Thank you.

A perfect base for the start of our Hadrian’s Wall Cycle adventure. We did a Solway loop to Silloth, then Carlisle and back to Bowness on Solway (around 56miles)

Accommodation was booked for colleagues for business purposes. Everything was exactly as described, suited our needs perfectly and the location was lovely. Barry and Ivy were very friendly and communicative hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

What an absolute gem of a place! Firstly, Sarah was a great host; perfect level of communication and helpful suggestions re the local area. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, super comfortable and stylish. Sitting in the conservatory, whilst my dog Monty scampered in the garden, was blissful. Finally, the accommodation is in a fab location for accessing the Lake District.

Such a beautiful building and beautifully decorated. Apartment was spotlessly clean, well furnished and the bed was super comfortable, the best nights sleep ive had in ages. Bustling town outside but very quiet at night. Beautiful views from the velux window in the bedroom which over looks penrith and to the lake district hills beyond. Easy to find with suitable parking close by & only 10 mins from the m6. Will definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay here and cannot wait to come back! Jennifer is amazing as a host, quick responses and so helpful. She gave us a list of things we could whilst we were there which was so helpful. The apartment is so cosy and was spotless when we arrived. The holiday village is fantastic for kids. The swimming pool is easy to book online and the playroom is great for the younger ones. The restaurant is a bit on the expensive side but we were able to cook in the apartment, each evening. The double air fryer was super handy! We loved this place and genuinely cannot wait for another visit.

Lovely place to stay. Directions were clear to follow but struggled to know which direction they were from. Outside area was great, lovely little sun trap! BBQ and hot tub were great. Hot tub had quite a bit of grit and dirt in it though which was a shame. Inside the arches was very cosy and had everything we needed for the short stay. Bed and bedding was comfy and clean, loved the thought of outside towels for the hot tub aswell as indoor towels. Not had this elsewhere and made such a difference. Bathroom was quite small but everything in it was great. Only downside was the boiler being noisy on and off during the night, even though heating wasn't on. We look forward to booking again for the apartment or cottage.

We had an amazing week here. The place was lovely and well maintained. Ian was very helpfull when needed questions. I would highly recommend this place for a quite gateway

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at Michael’s place. Lovely scenery and close enough to drive to a lot of great places in the lake district. We had a very comfortable stay and everything was as described. We would definitely come back

Fantastic stay, great location. Jade was a fab host, responded straight away to any questions. Apartment is lovely, we enjoyed the use of all the products available in the bathroom, this was great after a long walk!

A great stay, we particularly enjoyed the hot tub and private garden area. The walk to the water falls behind the property was superb for our dog and the kids loved it. Bellingham is a great location for getting to Kielder. We would love to visit again!

Last minute decision to have a night away and Toms place was spot on! Perfect peaceful location, the annexe is gorgeous with everything we could need. The hot tub was dreamy even in the drizzle as the sun went down over the fields. Tom was a great host firing up the hot tub for us and recommending the fabulous Crown Inn for a great dinner! Thank you!

Absolutely lovely house and in nice little village. Everything that was promised was delivered, we had a lovely little hamper too with tea and coffee which was a lovely touch! The hot tub was stunning and the garden was a very good size. Our only issues were that this was a 4 person hot tub, for a house that sleeps 5 so wasn't the best fit - also the kitchen lacked a couple of pans/equipment if you were wanting to cook each meal. But would definitely return again and would recommend!!! Thank you :)
