We were warmly greeted by Sara, who was incredibly helpful throughout our three-day stay at the Quinta. The cottage is simple—consisitn g a one-bedroom, two-bathroom unit with a basic kitchen—one of four similar units converted from granite walles outbuildings of a grand Quinta. The property is expansive, offering many lovely spots to relax, whether in the vineyard, under a fig tree, or around the generously sized swimming pool. Despite being in a secluded valley, it's just a short drive to Cabeceiras de Basto, where you'll find charming Praia Fluvials, shops, cafes, and restaurants. We quickly became friends with another group occupying the other three properties, enjoying shared meals and drinks while the children played in the pool. Casa de Sestelo is an amazing, relaxing spot to spend a few days.

The house is cozy, well-equipped, and offers stunning views. It’s the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway, close to the Peneda-Gerês National Park. The host was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the tranquil atmosphere and waking up surrounded by nature. Highly recommended! :)

This was our second time staying here and we loved it! Tons of space and storage, plenty of supplies provided too. The places is always spotless. It is a great location for shopping access to major sites. Never a problem with parking! Highly recommend this condo

With the whole, children 7 and 5 years old, family stayed 5 nights. The garden was huge and nice. The cottage was very private.

For those looking for a calm and relaxing space, this is without any doubts the place to choose! The only noise is that of the small stream and the animals, which transports us to a time when life passed more slowly and in a more natural way. As for the hostess, not only was she very responsive and super flexible with the schedules, but she also presented us with a thoughtful gesture, worthy of a 5 star hotel! Regarding space, it was extremely neat and very smelling! Highly recommend and hope to return soon.

We had a lovely stay at this cottage located in the countryside in a relaxing place! José and Aurora were very attentive: tips, fruit and apple juice from the farm, thank you! Supermarket 5 minutes away, rivers for swimming a few minutes away, Amarante and Guimarães 45 minutes away, Porto 1h15.

The site of Helena is fantastic, with an extraordinary garden and surrounded by beautiful landscapes and tranquility. Exactly as described, it was one of my best experiences on the platform. I loved my stay, the very welcoming apartment and very well equipped with everything that is necessary, from the balcony you see the sea... Rui is a super helpful, attentive and excellent communication host, it responds very quickly to messages. We love everything and when we return to Povoa concerteza we will return to hosperdar here.

Very well located villa, near the village of Gerês and numerous trails that make up the National Park. It has a phenomenal view of the river. The photographs correspond to reality, house clean, organized and with basic utilities, hairdryer, toaster, oven, microwave. Impeccable swimming pool. Margarida has always been shown to be available to answer questions or to give suggestions, a very fast one. The only problem we had was the existence of ants in the kitchen and bathroom.

Second time we chose this place and it was great! We feel at home! Enjoy so much nature and animals, the calm and the comfort! It is undoubtedly a very good place to rest and for good times alone or as a family! We'll definitely be back! And Susana is so friendly and helpful! We really liked it!

We were a group of 4 adults, a 9 month old baby, a 2 year old, 2 dogs, and the house was perfect for everybody! Great space inside and outside (dogs enjoyed a lot exploring around, very safe), big bedrooms - each one had its own bathroom (they provided a cot for our little one), and a very well equipped kitchen. Isaque and his mom were very responsive, caring and available, made our stay super comfortable, providing some nice little "gifts" and local treats for us to enjoy along the days. We had a lovely and peaceful time. The pool is amazing, it had nice views as well. Not much to do around the area (I'd recommend to take everything you need for the entire stay), just little walks or hiking (you need a car to reach the closest town or the mini market), so if you are looking to spend some days with family, just enjoying nature and away from the every-day-rush, this is your place.

The house is extremely pleasant, very spacious and comfortable, both inside and outside. With a simple check-in, as described by the host. Multi-car parking space within the property. The kitchen very well equipped with all the utensils necessary to make meals and with many appliances available. When we arrived we found the house warm, as they turned on the fireplace a few hours earlier as we had requested, and with plenty of firewood available for the rest of the stay. Very comfortable bedrooms and spacious and functional bathrooms. Cor made everything very well, and we hope to return. I highly recommend it.

The place is really nice! The kitchen is incredibly equipped. We rarely had so much fun cooking! A lot of Space, a big garden. the cleaning lady also came 2h before check out and started cleaning but we arrived too early so they let us in early and i wont take a star off for that :) balance! so all in all 5 stars!

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing to improve would be the garden chairs . They are really not comfortable. Everything else was perfect.
