Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Bradford County

Katie was able to accommodate me and my family when our heat went out unexpectedly. This was the perfect cozy home to escape to. Katie and Dean were amazing hosts!

Great space for exactly what my party needed. It was close to restaurants and easy access to the interstate and location we needed to go to. The place was clean and had everything we needed and extra. Omar was very responsive and he had clear instructions on what to do to check in and out. Our kids loved the arcade games and basketball area. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend!

Great place to stay, especially if you’re in town for an event at UF. We came in town for the LSU Florida game and it was super convenient for a game day weekend. Just a short uber ride into the stadium. Lots of restaurants around as well. The home was spacious and would easily accommodate a good size group. The hosts were even so nice as to bring us a bottle of wine before our late arrival. We would definitely stay again!

This is our 3rd. time staying at one of Andrew's places. Each one has its own character. This one very modern and spacious. Wonderful patio and outside spaces. The oak trees are Grand!! Loved the quiet street and also enjoyed the ranch style community. Can not wait for our next trip to either stay here or at one of Andew's other "gems". My sister and I stayed at the cabin for a reunion with our third sister living in Keystone. We especially appreciated the beautiful lake views from the porch, the quiet setting, the several conversation spaces inside and out. Everything we could possibly need was provided including a Keurig coffee maker and a welcome gift basket. I personally loved kayaking with life jacket provided and the outdoor shower with its instant hot water! Thank you for all the thoughtful and decorative touches that made us feel so at home together again.

Lee was a great host! She is very responsive and provided updates for the check in process. I booked the stay due to having car challenges that night and she was hospitable for a last minute booking. The room was very clean and had the towels were folded. The room was spacious with a bathroom attached. The next morning I was still having car challenges and asked to extend the stay a few hours. She granted the request and I am grateful she did. Definitely would recommend this stay!

Larinas place was absolutely excellent it was very clean and felt like a safe space while we were there dealing with our sick kitten at Uf animal hospital and larina herself is an absolutely amazing person we wind out leaving the night before our checkout morning because sadly our kitten did not make it we let larina know and we didn’t even ask for it and she refunded part of our money for the trip just out of the kindness of her heart we will never forget how kind and accommodating larina was and her place was absolutely amazing

I had such a great stay at this Airbnb! So clean and cozy and in a perfect location. I love how spacious it is and really enjoyed sitting out on the little balcony. I would love to stay again during future visits!!
