Linda’s place was great. It was clean and comfortable and the location was great. A quick walk into the adorable town of Glen Ellen. The backyard is gorgeous and the spa pool was a fun perk to enjoy.

My friends and I had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Jesse’s home. It was perfect for our large group. The neighborhood is peaceful and there is ample parking space. The only thing amiss in the house was that the second bathroom did not have a shower light and the bathroom ceiling was a little dirty. We also didn’t get a chance to get into the pool because it wasn’t clean on the surface but we enjoyed the hot tub thoroughly. Thank you for hosting us!

We really enjoyed our stay, very private and quiet. Great location among the wineries of northern Sonoma County. Kitchen was great, and we enjoyed the fireplace every evening. Thank you!

The house was exactly as described and comfy. Plenty of room for 8, and in a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t use the pool but it looked so inviting for summertime! Great place to stay with a group. Thanks!

A beautiful home with gorgeous landscaping. One suggestion: two bedrooms must share a bathroom and shower.

Stewart's place way very comfortable. It accommodated our group well, and had everything we needed. Relaxing to lounge in the back, enjoy the pool and hot tub. Easy to find, and in a good location. Stewart also reached out with instructions and welcoming reassure if we needed anything.

Griselda was a wonderful host. Our stay was super last minute and she was very accommodating, responsive and flexible. The location was perfect. We came to hike in Armstrong Redwood Park and her place was only about a 3 min drive there. It was also a three minute drive from the downtown so great location. Beautiful house with lots of space and a huge yard. I'd love to come back in the summer when we could use the outdoor space more, but the hot tub was perfect for the winter.

My family had a fantastic time. The house was incredibly well-stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, which is sometimes rare in an Airbnb. The pool and hot tub were the highlights for our family (and my 5 year old, specifically) - it was clean and very well-maintained. Instructions were clear and Steven was very responsive. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you, Steven!

Photos did not do this place justice. The deck was such a nice surprise with so many small moments & touches tucked away to discover. As for the place itself, pitch perfect for a family and absolutely the most fully stocked kitchen I've ever encountered in an airbnb rental. I had absolutely zero reason to interact with the host because their directions were so clear, helpful, and concise! After experiencing a string of extremely disappointing rentals, this location was a perfect reminder of airbnb at it's best. Will definitely put this on the short list for return visits!

Enjoyed a relaxing weekend in a quiet, residential neighborhood. The private yard with flowers and flowering bushes was especially delightful. We arrived to find a bottle of wine waiting for us which set the tone for our weekend of wine tasting.

Julie is an excellent host! We had a fantastic time at the cottage and casita. The pictures and description matched the Airbnb posting and we couldn’t have been more pleased about the picturesque vineyard surroundings. Julie also added the best tiny details like robes in every room, shampoo and conditioner, and additional home supplies. Her guidebook to the surrounding area was also an excellent touch. I would definitely recommend this home for your next getaway!

Jason was a great host and answered all the questions very promptly. Home was clean and had a lemon and other citrus trees in the backyard. We liked it and would highly recommend this place.

The best cozy house to visit Windsor. Our family comes every year for the Pliny celebration, it was just the right distance to the brewery. The house is also short walking distance to a nice, clean park for the kids the let out energy. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or hosts. The attention to detail and thought that went into what a guest would need to have the perfect stay was amazing. 

I was honestly shocked at how nice this place was. It’s so peaceful and quiet, the back space with the hot tub is private with lots of sunshine, and the house was stocked with everything we could need. It’s not too long of a walk to town. Sean was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend for a weekend couples getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were a mixed group of 8 people, ages 1 year to 82 years old. The place was very warm and welcoming, the surrounding area was beautiful. I am always in heaven when surrounded by redwoods. The price was very reasonable for the amount of space, especially for 8 people.

We chose the Novato area to visit relatives who live nearby. We especially appreciated ease of access (no steps) ,the extremely comfortable beds, and the fully equipped and supplied kitchen where we were able to prepare several meals to eat in the lovely dining room which overlooked a beautiful private garden ( with outdoor dining area as well). We flew into and out of SFO. For an early flight out we stayed near the airport due to unpredictable travel time into SF.

This is the second time we had a family Christmas at April's place. It is very roomy, and that table is absolutely amazing!!! Kitchen is fully stocked and easy to work in. Easily accommodates 3 people working together. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great too. There are some goats on the property, was fun to watch them graze. Also, there is a walking / biking trail that passes right by the property. Great to stretch your legs and contemplate the beauty of the area. We had been there before, so had no problem finding the place. The first time was a bit confusing since you need to enter the winery's driveway and drive up to the house. Overall, a great place, which is why we went back!

We had a great time at the Villa and would highly recommend it. The hosts gave lots of helpful advice and were available whenever I had a question. They were very generous hosts, proactively offering us early check-in and providing a home that was full of everything we needed, such as lots of towels and robes, blankets and pillows. The house is an easy walk to river access or downtown Guerneville, in a quiet wooded setting without traffic or neighbor noise. House amenities like the hot tub and grill were top quality. The river was too high for us to use them, but the house also came with a very impressive number of kayaks, canoes and paddles. It was great for a Misty spring retreat, but would be an amazing summer spot too!

Beautiful home! We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The house was spotless and had lovely amenities. They have written a book with instructions for the house and things to do around the area that was very helpful! We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit during our stay! The only thing to be aware of would be to understand that two of the bedrooms are not connected to the main house. There is a covered breezeway to get back and forth though and they have a beautiful sitting room with a desk. It was fine for us though! We really had a great time!!

Great place! My only disappointment was that we couldn't use the pool because it had flooded a few weeks prior and it hadn't been cleaned out. The pool was one of the reasons I booked this home. It would've been nice to have been told we couldn't use it.

Fantastic! Hot tub, pool, river access - what more do you need? The house was well equipped for bigger groups. Kitchen was decent for cooking group meals. Great grill too. River access is a 1 min walk across the road. We saw turtles and a mink on the river

My family and our friends had a great stay at this place- neat, clean and quiet! The house is well maintained, clean and kids friendly. We felt safe and can get good rest at night. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for having us.

Really enjoyed our stay here while visiting wineries in Sonoma and Napa! The place felt like home and was very well appointed with everything we needed. We brought our 1 year old son along and they had many baby items we were able to use and it was easy to keep the main living area pretty baby safe for a kiddo on the move. Location was great, quiet neighborhood but still close to many wineries and downtown Sonoma. Just be aware of strict noise policy at nighttime so don’t plan to use the hot tub/fire pit super late at night. Overall was a great stay and would stay again if we come back!

Great place to stay. Close to many things. House had everything we needed. The hot tub and pool were a nice treat.
