Ms. Nilüfer is a very caring and helpful host. The location of the house is really good, the transportation is very convenient. It is very convenient that there are amenities such as a pool, spa and hammam. The house is clean and comfortable in general. The only criticism I will make may be about the bed. The bed is a bit small and not very comfortable. Other than that, it is preferable.

I got all the experience I wanted plus more. Never had THAT well-furnished apartment. Cleanliness, location, entire building and communications are spot on. Loved Burak's stay so much that decided to come back to another Burak's stay. Recommending 10/10

I spent two weeks in this beautiful apartment in Istanbul and was absolutely delighted! The apartment was extremely clean and beautifully decorated, I felt right at home. The safety of the residence was also outstanding, which gave me a great sense of security. The hosts were incredibly gracious, friendly, and very helpful. If you have any questions or problems, they were always available and responded to messages super quickly. Their commitment and attention made my stay perfect. The apartment wasmatch with photos, only the baby bed was removed from the bedroom to give more room for movement ( by request) . Everything is available in the apartment such as cleaning supplies, kitchen utensils and a vacuum cleaner. There is no room cleaning service available , Free parking was provided for my car in the hotel basement for 10 days. It is easy to get from the parking lot by elevator to the apartment without going to the reception. There is only noise from the street during the day and the call to prayer from the mosque. Mr. Erol is always in touch if you need anything. I will definitely come back and book the apartment again.

The house was well-equipped with all the necessary kitchen items and BBQ accessories. The pool was a major highlight—quite large with cool backlighting, adding to the ambiance. The property itself was also equipped with night lighting, enhancing the outdoor experience further. The large grounds offered a stunning river view and included a viewing platform and a dedicated grill zone. Inside, the villa boasted a large living room, allowing all of us to dine together comfortably. The kitchen was spacious, and air conditioning was available in all rooms, which worked perfectly. There were plenty of bathrooms, making it convenient for everyone to use the facilities at any time without disturbances. Overall, our stay was incredibly satisfying, and I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a spacious and comfortable retreat near Istanbul
