Great place near Balat. easy to get into the centre of istanbul on the tram , Balat is a great area too with loads of antique/junk shops, has a really nice vibe. the studio is in a quiet area (except the call to prayer but that's all part of being in turkey) it's compact but a great base the terrace is fantastic, it's bright and sunny and well enough equipped for tea coffee and breakfast. the beds comfy and the shower is mostly hot. there's a lot of stairs (60) and not a view of the water, but really that didn't bother us. would deffinately stay there again.

Wonderful stay, fantastic location. Balcony is a bonus. Would stay again.

Ada home is very central for those looking to be close to Taksim square. This hotel is de definitely value for money in a quiet street close to street foods and restaurants! Murat the guy who works here is always available to help and very responsive and friendly especially when he speaks perfect English which is a big plus! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone planning their trip to Istanbul 😎

As usual, brilliant! Kerem's has become like a member of my family in Istanbul; whenever I visit, I make a reservation with Kerem, who is always very pleasant, kind, and helpful. Wonderful homely apartment with fun artistic interior. Amazing balcony for seeing the expansive Istanbul skyline. The call the prayer from the balcony is a site and sound to be seen/heard! Great communication throughout. The flat is quiet and spacious. It is on the 7th floor (top floor) so expect to climb some stairs but totally worth it for the top floor experience. Local area is busy full of nice places to eat and just a short walk into the heart of the city. Superb stay and would return in a heartbeat.

The apartment is clean and beautiful, in a good area, very close to Istiklal. It's a little noisy in the morning from the school, but with the windows closed. Nice terrace and view. Plenty of kitchen appliances for eating at home. Everything is as described. The only downside is the sound of water in the batteries inside, bad for those who sleep sensitively. But it's warm) Otherwise, everything is fine!

Had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space was spotless, well-decorated, and felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, close to local attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. we spent 10 days in the flat (combination of work and holiday). it was just perfect: beautiful and cozy flat (exactly as on the pictures); very nice view; great location in the city. check-in was easy and clear; communication always helpful and fast. it was a real pleasure!

Location is perfect! Communication is on top, Ferit is super helpful. always online, always ready for help, was really glad to meet him! There is no elevator to whom it is important and apartments on the top floor. Besides, place need to be repaired somewhere, some items should be replaced. Floors are old and squeaky. You can hear the neighbors talking.

Cem’s place is just wonderful. I would certainly visit again if it is available. The apartment is fairly large and definitely enough for three people. The neighborhood is a bustling with nightlife but the apartment was quiet during the night. I highly recommend Cem’s place.

Everything was good, very welcome host

I stayed at ugur’s place for 3 days it was absolutely amazing. Very close all mayor attractions. Just a few minutes away from blue mosque square. Where located Hagia Sofia Topkapı palace yerebatan cistern.

The apartment was nice and clean. The street below is a bit noisy at night, but that is to be expected in this location. Erol was helpful and responded quickly.
