It is a very lovely caravan, the view from inside is beautiful. Mark and Jodie are very friendly, quick respond and helpful in the communication. Definitely recommend it as me and my boyfriend are planning to return in the summer if we could. ☺️

Thank you Carole for a lovely stay. There were 5 of us from 5years old to 85 years old and we all had a fantastic stay. So nice to come in to a treat basket! Ducks on site which my little boy absolutely loved. Neighbors were friendly and welcoming. A great base for exploring the lakes and surrounding area. Thank you!

Meadowside was a great place to stay. Easy to find and access, private parking with plenty of drive space. Quiet and private. Central to so many places and activities. House was spacious and well laid out. Host was very helpful and communicative. Would stay here again.

The accommodation is immaculate, modern and well equipped. The scenery is beautiful and the hosts were lovely, accommodating and responsive. A great experience from start to finish, thank you for a fantastic break away.

Cathy's place is excellent. I stay at Airbnbs regularly and this was one of the best I've ever stayed in. We used it as a base for my 50th birthday and we could not have been more pleased. The communication was very prompt and Cathy and Graham friendly and very accommodating. we'll definitely be back

Family of 4 stayed 3 nights in October 2024 and it was just what we needed. Had some beautiful long walks along the beach. The caravan was home from home, clean and cosy. It had everything you could want for cooking a simple breakfast to Sunday Roast. Clean and respectful surroundings around the park. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

The house is in a superb position overlooking Ambleside with all shops and amenities close by. Beds were very comfortable and everywhere was warm despite some chilly weather. Kitchen has just about all the pots, pans and utensils that you could ever need so cooking meals in was made a lot easier. Having said that, the delights of Ambleside's pubs and restaurants are an easy walk DOWN into town. Don't forget the hill back home after a big meal with a couple of drinks! We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Great stay at a view from within. David was a great communicator from the start which made things easy, very friendly host. The property is only a short walk from the centre of bowness but is still private and peaceful at the same time. The property itself is huge and probably even better in person than on the photos. Everyone was delighted with their rooms. The living room was a lovely cosy place to sit together at night and the jacuzzi/pool room was amazing, a great place to chill, shoot some pool or even just hang out at the bar area. It is a dog friendly property which meant our 2 Boston terriers were able to enjoy this luxury property with us. The kitchen was well stocked with any utensils you would need and even though the Ice cube maker was out of order during our trip the hosts had even stocked the freezer up with ice for us. Great hosts and great property, highly recommended!

Would 100% recommend staying at the Riverain Coach House. We recently stayed with some friends and enjoyed local walks close to the house, a good selection of local pubs nearby but would recommend pre-booking to avoid disappointment. However with Penrith and shops being only 10 minutes away, it wasn't a problem. The house has been done up beautifully and is really well equipped. Christine was great, providing lots of helpful information before our stay and the welcome hamper went down a treat. Thank you so much, we would 100% stay again.

I booked on behalf of some gentlemen we had working in Barrow, Kelly was fantastic, she was on hand, fast replies, patient and very helpful. She met our needs fantastically and quickly, Managed to get cleaners out to the house asap for us. I cannot fault her. Amazing.

Beautiful house in a great location a short walk from Keswick. Modern and high end finish to the house and had everything we needed for our stay. We visit Keswick on a regular basis and this has been one of our best visits yet!

The house was as described. Very quiet on an evening. Great location for walking in the lakes following our walk up Scarfell Pike and Ennerdale. It’s not particularly a tourist location but a great base! All locals really friendly and Everything was expected and described.

Great place to say and only a short walk to Bowness! Will be back again

I had a wonderful relaxing stay with my elderly parents. Georgie gave me so much information and loads of tips during the week, and generally was super friendly and helpful. Her place was warm, welcoming, and very well kitted out for a family week. The location in Bowness village is ideal, just on the edge of the busy tourist area only a few minutes walk away, and very close to everything. The bus stop is right outside the guest house which is spot on for the 599 which goes around the Windermere and Grasmere area and is a great sight-seeing option. Thanks Georgie for a lovely stay, highly recommend your lovely place and hospitality!

We really enjoyed our stay here. This is our 9th holiday to The Lakes, all staying in and around Windermere. The house was in a great location and very homely. We were made to feel very welcome - easy check in and messages to check we'd arrived safely. We would stay here again. Very close to the pub and then the highstreet and local amenities.

Lovely place to stay for our family . Second time of staying here , had an early Christmas Day with our daughter🎄used the lovely table in the dining room for Christmas dinner! Plenty of space for 8 of us ! Thanks for letting us stay at the ‘ End House’ again 😊

An absolutely amazing place. We found ourselves at home and with all the convenient amenities required for a great holiday. Very spacious and situated in a perfect location. Above all, Brenda was simply amazing, taking time to explain everything and giving us excellent recommendations. She was so helpful and always contactable. We will certainly be returning to this beautiful cottage.

Great location and beautiful home. House is stacked with anything you need for a holiday in Windermere regardless of weather. Kitchen is excellent, Bedrooms are spacious and multiple bathrooms makes it ideal for several families to share the home.

As a native of the area, I will be quite biased but accurate. Ulverston is a small Lakeland market town with character. I was born in the area but moved away 34 years ago. I regularly come up to visit my relations and my brother who still live in the surrounding area. The place has not lost any of its charm, great place to walk, great restaurants and great pubs and bars. I travelled up with some friends to show them around the area and to support the local football teams last game, Barrow AFC. I brought some friends up with me and needed a place to stay. I found Karen's property the perfect place, it sleeps at least eight people, so there was ample room for the four of us. The property is magnificent, modern, and clean with all the amenities that you will need for your stay. It comes with impeccable selected furniture that suits the property that is, in respect, an older property but a very substantial one. All I will say is, it was more than adequate for us.

We had a wonderful long weekend in Windermere! The property was lovely and so well located. Would a 100% recommend it and hope to visit again soon. The Lake District is so very beautiful!

Amazing 300+ years old Grade-2 listed house with fantastic feel still retained. On top Joyce and Lucy are amazing hosts. My 6 year old even struck up a great conversation with Lucy and they started playing a board game of sorts :-) They always kept us informed, and ensured the house is kept warm all time. Easily accessible to some local villages, the beach and also just half an hour away from the Lake districts. Only point I will make is if they can offer a small kitchen facility that will be great for families. Having said that -it wasn't a problem at all as beverage, cutlery and crockeries were all provided. Plus free milk, juice etc. And we actually enjoyed some wonderful takeaways who deliver within 30 mins. Jasmine Palace - the chinese was great.
