Being Americans, finding hosts who speak English can be difficult. However Marine’s understanding of the English language was better than many. Additionally, she was kind, easy-going, responsive, engaging, and had suggestions about where to eat, places to go, and so on. She even helped me a little with my French. We loved the room and the courtyard and would 100% return. Highly recommend!

We had a pleasant stay in this beautiful home, nicely decorated with direct views of the Dordogne. The place is quiet and peaceful and the ideal location for visiting the surrounding towns and vineyards. Highly recommended for all nature lovers and good wine lovers. In addition, the exchanges with Pimprenelle were responsive and cordial. We would love to go back!

The apartment proposed by Pierre-Christophe is in a great location, both on a quiet street and close to shops and transport. The instructions to find the lockbox (or rather remote control ^^) and access the apartment are clearer. The availability of a space in the gated parking lot on the ground floor of the building is undeniably a very nice plus. The apartment is as described and very nice. Spacious, bright, well decorated, very well equipped and furnished. The balcony or rather the small terrace with sofa is really ideal for relaxing after a busy day of work. Bedding and bed linen are of good quality; the bathroom is spacious with plenty of storage. I quickly felt at ease. If I had to come back to the neighborhood, it would be Pierre-Christophe's place without hesitation!

It's a really nice, spacious villa, with plenty of room both inside and outside for the five adults in our party, including space (and all the utensils/pots & pans we needed) to cook. We moved around the garden areas with the sun/shade, depending on our individual preferences and the (heated) pool was great. The villa is in a residential area, about 5 minutes from a tram which runs to the centre of Bordeaux. The nearest supermarket is a 20 minute walk so, if you don't have a car, a Uber would probably be a good idea if you're buying heavy items like water. Anne-Sophie and her family were great hosts - showed us around and answered our messages.

We stayed with our 3 teenagers (a total of 5 people) in Tibo's villa in the month of July 2022. Tibo created a real paradise. A super nice, cozy villa with a lot of attention to detail. Nothing is missing in the house and we felt at home very quickly. The photos definitely show what you get effectively when booking and in real life the villa and the surrounding grounds are even more beautiful! The heated swimming pool was wonderful to stay during the heat wave at the time we stayed there and as an extra you have a super nice tropical garden and also a tiki bar with pizza oven and barbecue. The local supermarket and fresh bakery are easily accessible at 5 to 10min drive and also the station is only a fifteen minute drive from the villa. By train, you can travel very quickly and easily to other beautiful, nice cities such as Arcachon and Bordeaux, both half an hour away by train from Marcheprime. The check-in and check-out was done with us through Tibo's neighbor, a very friendly man, who gave us very clear information for our stay and on our departure. Also, the communication with Tibo itself was very smooth and clear with quick response. For us, the stay was definitely more than successful and we hope to come back again soon!

What a stunning place, beautiful design. Really clever use of the space. Gorgeous finishings and a delightful outdoor space to enjoy breakfast or an evening drink. There was a lovely bottle of wine and a full fridge with soft drinks and beers. The cupboard was full of teas and jam. A great coffee machine. Jean Gabriel couldn't be more helpful and friendly. One of the best Airbnb experiences we've had. Highly recommend. We shall be back. Thank you!

We had wonderful days here with our 2 kids. Monique is very friendly, open and inspiring woman. We really enjoyed the space around the chateau, the river, the garden, the history you can sense. Great base to take trips to the ocean and Bordeaux.
