Stone house in the most trendy place in Bordeaux

Our home is in an exceptional location right on Place des Chartrons, famous for its authentic village life in the heart of the city. The whole house will be yours to enjoy! Wake up in the morning with the natural light coming true the windows ! Fully renovated in 2014, our duplex home is tastefully decorated with a mix of antiques and flea market finds, giving it a chic but relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. It features Bordeaux's typical stone walls, wooden floors, a fireplace and high ceilings. It has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a living room with dining area, and a separate kitchen. One bedroom has a single bed and a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) on the mezzanine. The other two bedrooms each have a large double bed (160 cm x 200 cm). One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The whole house will be yours to enjoy! I will be very happy to communicate with you by email and telephone. And as a Bordelaise myself I can provide you with all the addresses and useful information you need to make your holiday an enjoyable and memorable experience. This house is in Les Chartrons, which used to be the wine merchants' and sailors’ district back in the 18th century. It’s since been transformed into a chic neighborhood, known for its antiques shops and fashion boutiques. If you arrive by car, you can park on the street outside or in a private parking (Parking de la Cité Mondiale) located 4 minutes by feet from the house. The nearest Tram stop is only 2 minutes away: "Place Paul Doumer" Tram C, and "CAPC" Tram A. A direct tram will take you from the train station to the house: take tram C, direction "Les Aubiers" and stop "Place Paul Doumer". A direct tram will take you from the house to the Parc des Expositions . You can rent bicycles at the Vcub station or a car at the Bluecub station. Both stations are very close to your house. The basement has a separate entrance and contains space for bicycles or a moped should you decide to rent one. Please note that during Christmas and New Year’s Eve, the minimum stay is 5 days.

Maison moderne, confortable et cosy. Dans un cadre atypique et tranquille. A 1mn du tram, 10 mn du centre ville de Bordeaux. 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain, cuisine spacieuse entièrement équipée. Proximité toutes commodités, frais de stationnement dans la rue pris en charge, wifi et buanderie. Non fumeur, pas d'animaux, pas de fêtes. Le passage est un endroit très tranquille, nous vous demanderons de respecter la tranquillité de nos voisins et de limiter le bruit à l'extérieur.

Nice 2-story house in a quiet area in the city center, near "Place de la Victoire" where you can do everything on foot. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, very well-equipped kitchen and a small patio allow you to discover Bordeaux in a very comfortable way and without being ruined. Quiet residential area has everything you probably need. Bakery, grocery store and parking not far away. Close to tram B and bus line 1, taking you back from the train station or airport.

The Weekend Getaway.

Enjoy views from the terrace. We offer a quiet place to relax for a few days with wine tasting if you are interested to learn how we make wine. We are an artisan winery, certified bio ( organic) specialising Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc varieties. Bedroom 1 has "a grand largeur" bed, 2 single beds side by side. June 2025 Bedroom 2 has a 140 cm wide double bed. Guests can use the brick wood fired bbq entertaining area that also offers great views.

The geographical location is ideal: you can discover most of the city on foot. Occupancy is 10 people maximum.

Perfect location: close to the docks, the train station and tram stops St Michel/ Porte de Bourgogne and very lively and picturesque neighborhood, two exceptional markets. Quiet, bright house, with terrace, plancha,garden and tree that gives a pleasant shade during hot summers.

Very comfortable and cozy accommodations on the Northern edge of Bordeaux, close to Cité de vin and metro to access city centre. Three good-sized bedrooms and a large back garden, including enclosed sun/living room, very comfortable with no amenities lacking. Garage with room for a medium/small vehicle was a bonus, although ample parking in surrounding streets. Close to Intermarché for small goods and a 5min drive from a large shopping mall. Would recommend in future to others.

Wonderful place to stay. Clean, great location - close to tram/ busses and an easy walk into town through the jardin public. I stayed a month, the neighbourhood was quiet and felt very safe. Great restaurants very close. I met the hosts on arrival, they are a lovely couple who had great communication as needed. If I return to Bordeaux, I would stay there again. Highly recommend!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Benjamin's place! The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained. Its central location was perfect for exploring the town and nearby wine regions like St. Emilion and Pomerol, avoiding Bordeaux's traffic. Parking was a breeze with free spots just 5 minutes away or paid parking next door. Benjamin was an exceptional host—responsive, attentive, and always ready to help. Highly recommend!

House was as described and matched the photos. Lots of ‘fun’ stuff in the house lots of stuff to do, the pool was large enough to swim in but was chilly - what do you expect in April! Kitchen is not a cooks kitchen (small) but it’s great for a short break. Also, there is an excellent pizza place just down the road, a brilliant bakery and some great local restaurants.

I stayed with my sister, brother-in-law and 4-month-old niece in the apartment. The apartment was great, with everything we needed. Magali kindly set up a bed for the little one on request and she had even set up a small sleeping bag. Magali is very responsive, adorable and made our arrival very easy. She is very responsive by message. The accommodation is as described and is in a quiet location close to Moulis-Listrac train station. We'll be happy to go back to this place :) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
