The apartment is beautiful, super well located and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Adilson is super nice and attentive, we checked in person and it was great. Only the parking lot that is quite tight and with few spaces, but this was already described in the ad and it still went super well and we were able to park. The staff of the building's lobby also super attentive.

Location holds up to 3 people comfortably, located close to several shops. The host is very kind, and made us very comfortable, we had no problem at all.

All spotless, just like the pictures. Great location, the car stayed in the garage every day, about 5 minutes to the mall and less than 2 minutes walking to the beach. As for security, the street was being monitored 24 hours by police officers. Guilherme was super attentive, he answered all our doubts. We will definitely return!

The building is old, but the apartment is beautiful, organized and smelling. I and my boyfriend spent two days, made lunch and breakfast on site, the kitchen is equipped with enough items. Mr. Luiz was a sweetheart, relaxed our check-in and check-out time, gave us all the necessary guidelines, and left the apt impeccable for our arrival. The people of the building are friendly, the gatekeepers are very receptive, and when leaving the condominium you can already see the beach on the corner. It was an amazing experience that I intend to repeat soon!
