Our stay in Covington was great with our family. Our kids enjoyed the hottub, ping pong table, views, movies, rooms, etc. A wonderful place outside Cincinnati. Nick was a great communicator as well. We will be back

Had a great time- worked well for our group, including 7 kids. Plenty of space to hang out/eat and cook in the kitchen, kids loved playing games in the basement. They had everything we needed stocked (towels, linens, kitchen supplies etc.). House was very clean! Would definitely stay again.

This place was wonderful for our group! The kids needed space and they got it at this house! It was so nice to have MANY outdoor activities such as basketball courts, kayaking, a hot tub, scooters to roll around on, hiking path, and just lots of room everywhere! The house was great and provided the space we needed to eat, sleep, etc. We were impressed with everything. The showers got cold after awhile, but that is to be expected with that many people showering and doing some laundry. When we planned better, then it wasn’t a problem. The hosts were great to work with and responded right away whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, and I hope to stay there again when I bring a group to Kentucky in the future!

Great stay and location. We visited the ark and creation museum and this was affordable and conveniently located between both. The hot tub and play room was great for our kids! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. Great location between Ark and Creation Museum. We had 6 people and had plenty of space. Our family loved the assortment of games. Play area would have been wonderful for younger kiddos.

Booked this place for my sweetheart's birthday weekend. It caught our interest because it had a hot tub, but when we arrived we both realized the place had a certain charm. It reminded both of us of the family homes we used to visit, like grandparents or relatives. It felt like a home away from home. I've had previous stays where nightfall would make a place feel unfamiliar and foreign, but I felt completely at peace here. We had a heavy storm hit us, so our enjoyment with the hot tub was brief, but Joshua was prompt in communicating with us any time we had questions. He also included a complementary gift for her birthday that we both appreciated. We both agree that we would love to come back here one day and maybe even bring the kids with us next time. Wonderful experience all around!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is spacious and equipped with modern appliances, all set in a beautiful country setting. We loved the wide-open views of the surrounding pastures and the clear night skies, free from light pollution—so peaceful and quiet. The hosts were incredibly responsive, courteous, and communicated everything clearly. During our week-long stay, we became much more aware of our water usage. The property water supply is a 2,000-gallon reserve rainwater collection system, supplemented by water deliveries. We were mindful of our water use and still had more than enough for our needs. We’d definitely consider staying here again!

I’ve stayed in a couple of Airbnb‘s downtown. Paul’s place is by far, the best so far. Excellent location, very clean and full of any amenities you might need. Paul was very responsive and extremely helpful with local recommendations. I consider myself very familiar with the downtown area and he was right on with our recommendation request. Location is perfect for anything you want to do downtown. Whether it’s a sporting event, nightlife or great restaurants you won’t be disappointed. Definitely looking forward to my next downtown adventure at Paul’s place.

Our stay was fantastic! We felt at home, safe and comfortable. Colleen was very responsive and friendly. I stayed the night before my wedding and she even left me a sweet card and chocolates! The home is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. Would definitely stay again!

One of my previous bookings got cancelled last minute due to floods, and I needed a place quick. Lucia's spot was good for my needs, it's in a relatively quiet area, and the neighbours were extra friendly when I went for walks. It's a 10-min drive away from anything you may need in Florence, and Lucia was very responsive and accommodating. We had a great time there.

With the flooding occurring in Aurora, a safe place was needed so I could get to work in Lawrenceburg. I left my home and got through Aurora as the flood waters from the Ohio was rising. I was allowed to check in early. I felt a sense of relief that I was able to do my job and rest well at night. The home was everything it was advertised to be. I had plenty of room. I was able to do relax after a long day of work. I followed the instructions. I now know that many people have enjoyed staying at The Hive. There were restaurants in Lawrenceburg that I hadn’t heard of before and I enjoyed the food. She had many great recommendations. She was flexible to help me out in a very tough situation. Thank you very much!!! It’s a great safe place to stay for a trip to Lawrenceburg. Please consider staying at The Hive!!!

We came in town for a funeral, Rosie and Bill met us as soon as we arrived and gave us a tour. The house has been remodeled and is even more beautiful in person. The house comes equipped with so many everyday amenities for a seamless stay including a steamer in which we needed badly!!! The kitchen has everything you need!! The house also includes a Pac-Man machine with several games along with a shuffle-board table in which we all used to take our minds off of why we were there. The bedrooms are spacious, and the beds are extremely comfortable. Lastly, Rosie and Bill were extremely hospitable and set the standard for what Airbnb owners should be. They really care about their guests and their stay. The next time we come to town, we will be staying here, if available. Thank you for a wonderful stay, my family and I greatly appreciate it. Beautiful peaceful place to stay while visiting the Ark Encounter. Loved the projection tv.

We enjoyed our stayed in Felix house. The house was clean and had everything we needed, from the kitchen to the bathroom. We went for a weekend to visit the Ark Encounter and the Museum of Creation, which was 28 minutes from the house. It has nice restaurants and supermarkets also not that far from Felix house. Check in was very easy.

We needed a place last minute and Austin was absolutely wonderful!!! Also the cleanest Airbnb I have ever been to!

Cyndi’s a great host. The photos accurately portray the space, no surprises. Fit well for my family of 5 and 3 pets. Too bad it wasn’t summer, the pool is right off the primary bedroom. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent location, beautiful pool, clean and cozy home in an upscale neighborhood. Easy access to fine dining and shopping. Kelly is an excellent host and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The pool was large, a perfect temperature and the outside is beautiful with trees, a custom open air gazebo with a cozy bed, lighting etc. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious. Awesome in every aspect.

Charming Home is located in Oak Creek RV Park. Renters have access to the playground, pool, and recreation room with a ping pong table. These amenities are very nice, as you see in the photos. The house is surprisingly spacious and has a cute deck recently added with a nice grill you can use. My family of nine enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this place and would stay again. I would recommend for the manager to check up on the housekeeper because we paid a cleaning fee of $160, but the cleanliness of the house was lacking. Other reviews mentioned that this house is missing good plates, knives, spoons and ice cube trays, so we did bring those items. I would add to that list a working can opener. Otherwise, there were plenty of mugs, glasses, cereal bowls and nice pans, so we were able to cook all of our meals perfectly. There is a washer and dryer if needed, plenty of towels and washcloths, and plenty of hot water for showers!

Secluded area, peaceful, very comfortable bed and couch. We did deal with excessive (like 15-20+) stink bugs in the master bedroom over the course of our stay. Yes, they are harmless, but they are a nuisance and no one wants bugs on the ceiling above the bed or in their suitcase. The host did say she would address the issue. There was also hard water buildup on the shower head so the water pressure wasn’t great. Overall we had a good stay and would recommend the house and the host to others.

The hosts have put a lot of thought into making this space comfortable and welcoming! The house was clean, generously stocked, and a great fit for our family of five. All appliances are brand new, and the availability of a washer/dryer was greatly appreciated. The location of the house is wonderful, with many nearby restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, etc. One thing to note: the upper bunk-bed mattress is very thick, so the built-in safety rail doesn’t extend more than an inch or two above the mattress (the photos of the bunk-room on this listing are accurate). Our nine year old son was uncomfortable with this, so we placed the mattress on the floor. He thought that was fun so it didn’t end up being an issue, but something to consider for visitors with young children. We had a great stay and would book again!
