The home was very clean and the neighborhood felt safe and peaceful. Thao was responsive and helpful. I recommend this to any large groups needing a quiet place to stay in Seattle!

Hosts were extremely responsive and friendly! They welcomed us with a bunch of treats catered to our kids and things we liked! They went above and beyond what I’ve experienced before from an out of town stay! Next time we come during the summer we most definitely will book this house! It’s on a beautiful lake with great views! We appreciate everything and had a nice comfortable stay for our holiday vacation! We are only a family of four and the house was huge for us! Could definitely accommodate a larger group or family!

We really loved staying at Tiffany's house. We live in Seattle, but wanted to do a little get-away that's still close to the city, but quiet and quaint. Tiffany's house was perfect for this. The house is so modern, yet very posh and stylish with the thoughtful placement of the furniture and the beautiful original artworks. Tiffany was very accommodating , easy going, and communicative. We wanted to have a little Halloween gathering with some friends, and she was super helpful with our million questions we had to get the gathering ready. Street parking was plenty, and it's pretty close to the airport so it was easy for our guests from out of state to come stay with us. We were all in awe at how artistic her place is! We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that's unique and cozy! We will be back!

Anne sets the bar for short-term rentals. We had a wonderful stay in her very thoughtfully-appointed home. All of our needs were met with grace and style and surpassed our expectations. We were all very glad to have booked this one.

we had another aweso.e stay and felt very welcomed. it was our 2nd time staying there. Michael & his team are awesome with communication and rate them a d the place very high.

Del Mar Chateau was delightfully comfortable for our annual marriage group of 10 couples. We typically travel a couple hours to get away, and now we found a getaway in our backyard. Easy to find, quiet and peaceful, comfortable accommodations and worth the price. Our only issue was running out of hot water after a few successive showers in the morning. But no one took a cold shower, just cool. Easy to coordinate the next day. We'll be back!

We loved how classy this Airbnb was / furniture in good shape, tasteful decor, great amenities (and extras - like additional toiletries in the bathroom), and everything was super clean especially all the bedding (smelled freshly laundered). Beds very comfy! The space is so calming and great for two small parties / couples because each bedroom has their own attached bath. Good space in both bedrooms and huge walk in closets in both, too. Kitchen really well stocked for meal prep! Loved the gas fire place & the view. Loved everything about this place & would definitely stay again! You can hear the traffic from the king bedroom on some nights (and a train in the distance). The wall units were a little noisy - we were able to sleep with them off. Rooms were so comfy & dark - we still slept well.

First off, I have to say, that Deniece was an excellent communicator. She responded quickly to any questions I had and I appreciated that immensely. It gave me great confidence ahead of our stay that she was indeed a super host and that our stay would be lovely. Upon arriving and throughout our stay the home not only met, but exceeded all of our expectations. The home and waterfront property were absolutely beautiful and everyone in our group was extremely happy. There were many nice touches, such as fresh bouquets of flowers, fresh cookies and scones, and wine with chilled glasses. The kitchen was very well equipped. You don't need to bring a thing! There were also plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Our granddaughter especially loved the Children's garden and we spent lots of time playing there. We all loved sitting on the deck and on the porch enjoying the beautiful waterview and sunsets. We will without a doubt, stay there again. Thank you so much Deniece and Rich!

What a perfect spot to soak up the magic of Mercer Island! Aric was an excellent host, he always responded quickly and proactively to ensure that our stay had every luxury of home. Aric’s description of his home was modest, as we found the space to be even more accommodating than described. Every high expectation the photos set of a relaxing vacation lost in the trees was exceeded, thank you Aric and fam for the awesome memories our family will always share of your home!

Our stay was perfect for us! Had everything we needed to stay 3 weeks and even though I thought it might be noisy off that main road, it was very quiet. Well situated for every place we wanted to go.

Such a charming home! We loved it! Traveled with three small kids who loved kayaking, fishing, throwing rocks in the water, running down the big hill to the water, the books in the kids reading nook and exploring the local parks/beaches. It’s very quiet, no road noise. Amazing view of mt. Rainer on a clear day and expansive views from almost all rooms. It’s an old house from the 1930s with a lot of the original old house charm but modern amenities have been updated to make it comfortable. Cathy was very kind and responsive. Thank you!

I woke up this morning wishing I was back at Erin's beach house on Vashon Island. The location is beyond amazing and the sun hits the rooms just perfectly. It was a peaceful weekend getaway, with wildlife to watch on the water and to see in in the lovely walk into town for an amazing coffee, tea and/or bakery items. The house was spotless and everything that I could ask for was there and easy to locate.
