Great cost-benefit, Laure and Vande are two dear ones, they brought us to muffin, the place is super quiet, we sleep like stones after the "tiring" days enjoying paradise. It is far enough from the center to have peace and close enough to get to the center and our favorite beaches on foot very quickly. Ah has a place to park the car in the garden with enough space and shade, a rare thing in Bombinhas. Anyway we recommend for sure, simple and super quiet place, with excellent cost benefit!

We stayed in Fabiano's apartment was great. It is well equipped, clean, the double room mattress and air conditioning are great. The location is very close to the beach of Bombinhas, Embrulho, Lagoinha and you can walk to the beach of Sepultura. We only use the car twice to dictate other beaches. The street is calm and very steep. People with limited mobility or elderly people will find it difficult to walk up to go to the beach on a daily basis. I thought the lock with a password is super practical. We didn't have to carry a key when we left. Communication with Fabiano was good, always responding with kindness and speed. The girls loved the pool.

Excellent location to spend a few days in Bombinhas with great comfort and very well located. The condominium of the apartment has an excellent swimming pool and jacuzzi (hot) for use, in addition to a gym that, although small, has a good diversity of appliances and utensils. The apartment itself is very large, with air-conditioning in all rooms, a comfortable and large sofa in the living room, plus a balcony overlooking the main street and the sea. Comfortable beds and gas showers. The check-in service was also very good, being welcomed with sympathy and at a flexible time. They were also flexible at checkout time. The only bad point: Smart TV is old, having only streams such as Netflix and Globoplay, and it is not possible to install others such as Prime, Max, Disney+. As it rained every day, it would have been nice to be able to see series and movies from the platforms we usually watch and the real estate company did not have a Chromecrast to lend/meet the need we pointed out.
