Anna’s place was just as pictured! We enjoyed all the space the house had to offer. The pool was the highlight for our family. We spent lots of time swimming and soaking up the sun. Lots of pool towels provided and ample shower towels for our family of four. There is a fun game room upstairs for kids/teens. The house was clean and organized. Anna and her team were very responsive and helpful. Thanks again for letting us stay in your beautiful home. -The Hanchetts

This place is just beautiful and is so comfortable. I stayed with my mom, husband and two small kids. What is really special about the unit is how it has sophisticated design and decor but is simultaneously completely kid friendly. When we arrived the hosts had the crib and booster seat set up for us as well as a lovely welcome package. The layout offers privacy for each bedroom and the kitchen and living room are wonderful for group hangouts. The pool is pristine and the neighborhood is super quiet and so nice to walk/bike/scooter around for the kids. We cooked all our meals there and the kitchen has absolutely everything you would need. I had stayed here two years prior and the unit is just as clean as me fresh as it was then. I highly recommend for a family getaway!!

Rachael and Damien were absolutely amazing hosts!! The nicest and most accommodating couple. They were so helpful and their home is so beautiful. It looked exactly like the pictures except it was even better seeing it in person. The house was very clean and beds were so comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here! :)

Booked this place for 2 clients to stay for Coachella. They absolutely LOVED the place! This place was STUNNING super updated and spotless! Very close to coachella, other towns and a bunch of restaurants. Sharona was awesome with her communication check in and everything was very easy and she was amazing to communicate with, always answering me super quickly. I would absolutely book this place again and hope to stay here myself one day! Thank you for everything Sharona you are awesome! Could not recommend this place enough, worth every penny!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The property was absolutely fantastic – the swimming pool was a true highlight(due to its safe height it was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun, it was pretty safe even for the beginners(kids). The kitchen was well-equipped, clean, and spacious, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a cozy retreat. Host(Stephanie) were incredibly responsive and attentive, promptly addressing any requests we had and quickly acting on it. it really made our stay feel stress-free and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with great amenities and top-notch hospitality!

Everything about this place is amazing! The view was amazing when laying out in the sun, swimming in the pool and spending time in the hot tub. All directions were clear and easy, the hosts were quick with communication, and the house was just perfect! I am looking forward to coming again! My whole group had the best time!

I stayed for a weekend getaway and it exceeded all my expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. This is a truly phenomenal home! The photos do not do it justice–our jaws dropped when we stepped inside and made our way to the back patio. What a beautiful location! Mountains, palm trees, lush grass, and a great pond in the center of the gardens. We stayed with our whole family, and only wished we spent more time at the home. Between the pool, hot tub, home speakers, fire pit, and lounge chairs, this truly felt like a private resort. If you're looking for a place to unwind in a peaceful and beautiful setting, this is it. Our only critique is the required check-in time of 4pm, which was a bit later than we would have liked.

We had a wonderful stay in Indio at Drew’s property. The house was perfect for us we enjoyed everything about the place. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The house is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Shops and restaurants are nearby. We went to Joshua Tree one day from Indio and it was an easy drive. The house is so clean and comfortable. It was a great place for our Spring Break.

Darby is a wonderful and very responsive host. We had a wonderful time at their home. We experience some small issues but they were very quick to help and assist. The kids loved the pool and the game room. They had a great spring break! WiFi was also quick and made it possible for me to work at the same time.

Neal is wonderful! Super responsive, solid recommendations, and you can tell he really cares about your experience. Once you get the hang of the gated community thing, it's easy. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood - nice walking within the community; hot tub and pool a few houses away; and access to a fitness center. We liked the location within the valley (not too far from good hikes, groceries and restaurants). The house was clean, bed was comfy (maybe a memory foam of some type?), both the gas grill and gas stove were great for meals, ample kitchen with pretty much all you'd need (including some spices and oils), using the apps on the TV's was easy, and the master bathroom is huge. We'd stay here again!

I'm so glad we decided to spend our family vacation here. The amenities in the house are the most comprehensive I've ever experienced. The surrounding neighborhood is very safe, and the rooms are spotlessly clean. The heated pool and jacuzzi are remotely controlled and require an additional fee, but the host was very responsive, and the process was smooth- so it wasn't an issue. Highly recommended!

Instructions for the entry lock should specify the 4 digits followed by the lower left button to activate the lock. I didn't immediately realize that final button push was needed. Supplies like body wash and shampoo was rather limited. Otherwise, we were very pleased with the condo.

The perfect house for our low key Coachella weekend! The pool was absolutely perfect - there are always parts in the shade! So we loved lounging out there. Inside, it’s perfectly situated with one master suite and two bedrooms that share a hall bath. The kitchen was clean and well stocked and it had an empty, clean garage for us to use. And, this house has THE best beds I’ve ever slept in - so comfortable with soft sheets! A very quiet, peaceful neighborhood, easy access to a Walmart for necessities, etc. Highly recommend!

This was our first time in Indio , Palm Springs area ! Another example of Gods creation! The Villa was perfect , roomy and in a great community ! We loved the private pool and paid for the hot tub/spa so worth it ! So many things to do in the area Badlands canyon trail , Andreas canyon , Palm Springs tram ! All added to an enjoyable trip! Loved staying here. The house was incredible, and had so many amenities. Our group consisted of 11 people, and the house was so big, that it felt like everyone had small private getaway (their rooms), and when we wanted to reconvene the common spaces were large enough to do so! Jennifer was also super proactive, and messaged us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed! Would stay here again! Perfect place for Coachella

This was the finest rental my family has ever had, easily fit my family of 9 (5 adults, 4 children). I paid a bit extra for the pool heat, but definitely worth it. It’s a perfect pool with a nice shallow end for toddlers. Kitchen and extras well equipped, neighborhood quiet. Quite a ways from Palm Springs, but Indio and La Quinta have everything - including 2 In n Outs close by. Thanks for sharing your home !

We took our 4 teenagers here for a few days over their spring break. The kids really loved the pool/hot tub, pool table, ping pong table, AND golf areas! The back yard is very large and pleasant to be in - sun and shade areas and lots of furniture and lounge chairs to choose from. Inside is very comfortable - the kids were excited to have their own rooms since it has 5BDR. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and silverware for really cooking and using the kitchen. We've stayed in the community before and it's very beautiful - it's nice to walk around. The only thing we did not love were the fees. Usually I look more carefully, but when I reviewed everything the cleaning fee was quite high and we also had to pay fees for pool heating and a pet fee. Just something to be mindful of -- make sure the total cost is acceptable before you book. We had a really great stay here and highly recommend it to others!
