Elisa and her family were the kindest and most generous hosts we have ever had. From always being available to answer all our questions, to spoiling us with homemade food and wine, they were wonderful. Their home is clean, beautiful and tranquil and we had the best time there. We cannot wait to be back.

An atypical, artistic and unique apartment, a beautiful place in an exceptional village. You can park a few hundred yards away and it's better not to be too busy or a little sporty. Maybe we would have enjoyed it even more on sunny days but Caleb really did everything to make sure everything went smoothly. He is a really thoughtful and very responsive host who will do everything to make your stay perfect. He alone deserves the best recommendations. The village cats are really adorable!

it was the vacation I expected. Absolute tranquility. I recommend it to those who, like me, love to stay away from the chaos of the city and love the countryside. Great location for those who have a dog. Huge stretches of fields where our friends can run without danger. I hope to come back soon

We would recommend anyone to book Rina’s beautiful stay! We can’t say enough great things about the experience. Very nice and well-kept place, the house is in great condition with basic products (shampoo, body soap, salt, etc.) that are very useful. Very kind staff and always available. Located in the greenery and with a large garden and 3 very nice dogs. Great experience

The location of the house is absolutely fabulous, in the middle of the hills surrounding Todi, with splendid views. The condo we stayed in is # 1, one of the 4 that the hostess rents inside her property. The interior space is nicely furnished and has all the utensils and conveniences needed to spend days there. It also has a lovely private terrace to be able to dine in the cool. The whole house is designed for the comfort of the guests, with barbecue and chillout area under a porch, a very well-kept garden, and an ideal swimming pool after turning around the nearby hot summer day of interest. I especially value the landscaping project that links all the outdoor spaces of the house with the natural environment where it is located. Christiane and her daughter were very affable and attentive. We had a great time and will be back there for sure!

January 2023 Elena Surrounded by the greenery of the hazelnuts, the 'Dos Cedri' is an oasis of tranquility, with everything you need to relax(swimming pool, garden, ping pong). Comfortable and well-maintained accommodations. It was a great base for us to see Tuscia. Great hospitality from Rosanna and Marco!!!!

The house is 5 minutes by car from Bevagna, surrounded by greenery in an oasis of peace. The apartment is delicious and furnished with care and taste, and since November we also appreciated it heating up quickly. From the garden you can enjoy a beautiful view of the countryside to Assisi. The owners were very helpful and kind. Absolutely recommended.

A wonderful place, secluded, perfect for those who want to be quiet. The garden in front of the house has sun loungers, a pergola with chairs and tables is a marvel with direct views of the lake. Eating outdoors during the sunset on Lake Bolsena was wonderful. A place I recommend to all couples who want some privacy. Not very suitable for families with small children. Convenient location to visit Viterbo, Orvieto and all the beauty of the surroundings. Hello, the managers who immediately responded to any of our questions and requests. Felt right at home away from home, Claudias place had all what we needed which was easy to find as well as of high quality and healthy kitchen options. Claudia is always available and provided very important tips for the area. There are various shops, café s and Restaurants within close proximity from the area, with options for home delivery. Anyone will feel right at home at Claudias place.

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

It was really like being at home, both for us and for our dog Frida who loved the large garden and the company of the sweet Buddy. Luca and his family are really kind and thoughtful and the location is really great for those looking for tranquility and convenience in reaching the most beautiful points of Lake Bolsena.

Such a perfect place to stay in Pitigliano! Beatrice greeted us promptly and showed us around the apartment, which was comfortable and filled with character. Words can't describe the truly unbeatable view which can be enjoyed from the outdoor terrace (look for sunsets)! The upstairs room is great for coffee, reading, or meditation if that's your style.. the bed is comfortable and 1.5 bathrooms makes for a convenient setup. You'll find tons of restaurants nearby and Beatrice is ready with recommendations if you need them. I would love to stay longer next time but highly recommend this place for anyone!

Lovely place, we stayed for 2 days and took advantage of the location to visit Viterbo and nearby Orvieto. The apartment is spacious, warm and very comfortable. (we also used the fireplace). We'll definitely be back in the spring.

Easy to find and a stone's throw away from the station, my girlfriend and I had a great time. Everything is clean, a coffee maker, and something to eat, more than great to start a day. Valentina was always helpful and friendly, really good. Highly recommended and definitely well spent. ❤️

We stayed 3 days in Nicoletta and Gabriela's house, we were greeted by Gabriela who immediately gave us a series of highly appreciated tips on what to see and where to eat. We really appreciated the attention to so many small details in the house, from the kitchen amenities, to guides written specifically for customers with descriptions of the main monuments to see in Todi and the best places to eat. Great cleanliness, too. Very good location in a quiet place with private parking, which allows you to get to the center comfortably in 10 minutes by car. We felt welcomed into this home by really kind people.

Simona was the kindest and most perfect host I used during my trip to Italy. I met them in person and explained how to park for free and how to get to the location of the accommodation. The accommodation has a really beautiful view, and you can feel the European-style interior and living space. It was a pity that it was so short in Orvieto, and if I come here again, I would like to use the Simona accommodation.👍
