We loved our stay. Incredibly beautiful scenery, well appointed and comfortable house. A great base for day trips. A very quiet town with some real gems. Recommend a small suv type car as some of the road is unsealed and there are many hills. Thankyou for a memorable time!

Beautiful house surrounded by nature, quiet, great for families. Feeling of being at home, everything taken care of down to the smallest details, very kind and helpful host. Well-kept and refined furnishings, beautiful spacious kitchen with everything you are looking for, comfortable sofa, two spacious and bright new bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms, well furnished, with beds that are also valid as mattresses, everything very clean and tidy. Beautiful lake view from both the window and the balcony terrace. Easy to reach from there Civita di Bagnoregio, Tarquinia and Tuscania, lake, etc.

Just walking distance from the beautiful old city center. The house was charming and filled with food and everything you need. Elisa’s parents were extremely welcoming and it was a pleasure being their guests. They even cooked us a homemade pasta and wine.

An atypical, artistic and unique apartment, a beautiful place in an exceptional village. You can park a few hundred yards away and it's better not to be too busy or a little sporty. Maybe we would have enjoyed it even more on sunny days but Caleb really did everything to make sure everything went smoothly. He is a really thoughtful and very responsive host who will do everything to make your stay perfect. He alone deserves the best recommendations. The village cats are really adorable!

We were greeted by Rina’s son who was very nice, friendly and prompt in answering any questions. The apartmebt is a stunning renovated Umbrian barn with fine Deruta ceramics inside. Cozy and immersed in the lovely countryside. We would higly recommend this place.

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! Very nice and well-kept place, the house is in great condition with basic products (shampoo, body soap, salt, etc.) that are very useful. Very kind staff and always available. Located in the greenery and with a large garden and 3 very nice dogs. Great experience

The location of the house is absolutely fabulous, in the middle of the hills surrounding Todi, with splendid views. The condo we stayed in is # 1, one of the 4 that the hostess rents inside her property. The interior space is nicely furnished and has all the utensils and conveniences needed to spend days there. It also has a lovely private terrace to be able to dine in the cool. The whole house is designed for the comfort of the guests, with barbecue and chillout area under a porch, a very well-kept garden, and an ideal swimming pool after turning around the nearby hot summer day of interest. I especially value the landscaping project that links all the outdoor spaces of the house with the natural environment where it is located. Christiane and her daughter were very affable and attentive. We had a great time and will be back there for sure!

We had a wonderful staying in Marco’s place, the house was fully equipped, beds very comfortable, we cooked, walked, slept very well surrounded by nature. Marco’s mum made us a crostata the we got to enjoy in a beautiful sunny afternoon. We live in Rome and will definitely go back to this house!

Sometimes it happens, that you read a book and you get the feeling, that the author knows you very well. You sense a relation to somebody you never have seen, maybe even lived centuries before you. A human connection to a friend. We had exactly tgis feeling during our stay in the appartment. Everything was of fine quality. Everything where you supposed it to be. And some things that were a pleasant surprise. An appartment, that maybe you would have bought the same things and put it in the same spots if it were yours. So thank you. We appreciated the stay so much.

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

It was really like being at home, both for us and for our dog who loved the large garden and the company of the very sweet Buddy. Luca and his family are really kind and caring and the location is really great for those looking for tranquility and practicality in reaching the most beautiful points of Lake Bolsena.

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

This is the best airbnb I've ever stayed at! Not only is the villa absolutely stunning, with the most beautiful views, very comfortable living quarters and peace- but the whole visit was elevated by how friendly and helpful Beatrice and Andrea are. I had some trouble with my rental car and they were proactive in helping me to find other transportation which went above and beyond and meant I had a really seamless trip. They also answered any questions I had about how to get around, and what to do. On top of that, when my charger didn't work with the outlets (wrong adaptor) they very kindly let me borrow one for my visit! To pass on some of the helpful info they shared; gas rental cars are best, public transport is very difficult but you may be able to hire a private car/ask a local driver to drop you to the nearest station. Cafe's etc aren't *always* open but there is a grocery store and the kitchen has everything you need! Thank you for a great stay!

Lovely place, we stayed for 2 days and took advantage of the location to visit Viterbo and nearby Orvieto. The apartment is spacious, warm and very comfortable. (we also used the fireplace). We'll definitely be back in the spring.

The apartment was clean, and I especially liked that the parking lot was spacious and comfortable. They prepared simple refreshments, so it was better ^ ^ The owner explained the tourist attractions and provided directions, so I was able to use it well. It was a good accommodation.

Luigi’s place is something that simply cannot be put into words ❤️ The photos you see on the listing do not come even close to portraying the beauty of his home. The view from the terrace is more stunning than you could ever imagine and the interior of the home is incredibly charming. The village of Manciano is so quaint, and full of such friendly people. Every single place we ate was the best meal we’d eaten our entire trip, and all of the local staff and people were incredibly kind. I will recommend Luigi’s home to everyone, and I will probably return!!
