Vacation rentals with beach access in Bolsena

We stayed in 4 a whole week. We had a great time. Lovely place 25 minutes by car from the center of Perugia

Our stay at Lake Bolsena , in Marta , was beautiful, Maria and her sister's apartment is impeccable, equipped with everything, the location is incredible, you are right in front of the lake in the fishermen's neighborhoods, a unique experience. The welcome with the local artisanal cookies and the coffee pods offered, with a kitchen equipped with everything and more,nothing was missing and you immediately felt at home. If you had any questions, Maria responded in a timely manner with rich advice. We especially appreciated the books chosen, a small library that allowed us to discover the typical beauty of the place and the surroundings. We are sure that we will return to enjoy this charm of the lake and the richness of history to embrace the people who welcomed us with affection and friendliness.

Me, my husband Matteo and my two children stayed in Giulio's chalet from 26 to 28 May 2023 and we had a great time. The cottage is immersed in beautiful nature, with a well-kept lawn, a stone's throw from the lake. For those traveling with children or children, the place allows children to have fun and parents to relax, there is the possibility to use a very nice pool and soccer doors (my children have spent beautiful days between soccer, lake and pool). It's a place suitable for those who love silence and not crowds, at least now in May there were very few people. You can easily visit the various villages and eat in delicious restaurants. Giulio is a thoughtful and kind guest, we'll definitely be back!

I chose this beautiful farm to get away from the city routine of Rome, all fantastic pure relaxation for me and my two furry ones. Beautiful view, the lake can be reached by a small path,once you arrive there is sun loungers and umbrellas, you can swim quietly without having the muddy bottom, clean water, I am very satisfied. I will be back soon. Thank you Roberto for everything.

Some guests of our wedding have stayed here to avoid tiring back late at night. They were all very satisfied with the accommodation. Recommended.

We had an amazing stay! The place was cozy, had everything we needed and was Perfect to relax. The beach is just a 30 minutes walk away and the supermarket a short car drive. The highlight was Nonna Maria—she was the sweetest, always making sure we felt at home. Her warmth and kindness made the experience even more special. Highly recommend staying here!

the apartment is located on the main street of Marta, very close to the long lake. Very clean apartment in every room. Alessia is a great host, and makes guests feel immediately at ease. The house has everything you need, and I emphasize that I have rarely found in the various apartments where I have been a fire extinguisher and a blanket, this makes you understand how attentive you are to everything. Highly recommended to stay and be able to visit everything in the area. Thank you, and see you soon.

we had a very good time, especially for the enviable location one minute from the lake and the availability of Marta who welcomed us. I would recommend the owners to update the photos of the exteriors to show that the house overlooks a private dirt road. It would also be advisable to fencing the space from the gazebo to the garden, just to prevent animals and/or children from going to the street. It would also be more correct to specify or show from the photos that the house was divided into two apartments with two independent entrances, because those currently uploaded to the property page, erroneously suggest that the house is entirely available to guests.

Spotlessly clean and tidy cottage and garden in a lovely, quiet and beautiful area. Fabulously clean and sparkly swimming pool. Eleanor, our host was friendly, helpful and very responsive, and made good suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. The food at Ripetta restaurant in Gradoli was excellent. Definitely a place we would be happy to return to.

the house is very nice and inside a very quiet residence. the sea, a stone's throw from the house, offers a beach service with sun loungers and umbrellas owned by the residence and therefore free for guests. The residence is quiet although a little isolated but, a few minutes away by car, you can reach the village of Pescia Romana where there are some shops and a well-stocked supermarket. Flavio was a kind and considerate host giving us all the support we needed to make the most of our vacation.

In a fantastic central location, we loved this quirky and charming apartment,that was spacious and homely for our family of four. Any issues we had were promptly addressed and responded to. We loved the little town, and wish we had longer than our two days. Spectacular sunset from local bar Ill Gabbiano.

The place was well stocked. Tiziana left us so much food and a lovely tart. Everywhere was very clean and so comfortable. The location is convenient. We drove to Firenze one day, then Pisa & Lucca and we took the train into Rome for a day. The description lead us to believe we had a detached home, all the photos made it look like a separate residence. It was still a lovely place to stay despite having joining walls with the other residences.

It is a beautiful, very spacious and lovely furnished house surrounded by a delightful and consistently maintained garden with a stunning sunset view. It includes a very clean and modern swimmingpool beloved especially by our children and a nice vegetable garden.We had a great and relaxing time and appreciated highly that we were absolutely not exposed to car traffic at all and to have such a small distance to the beach! Would be great if we repeated our stay there.

Great hospitality, courteous and professional and "warm". The apartment is comfortable, clean and cared for in every detail. The house is in a private area, surrounded by greenery near restaurants and the beaches of Lake Vico. Emilia was available and made the stay really nice.

We stayed a short time in Marta, the place is very nice, close to the lake. Next time we'll stay longer. The apartment is very nice, clean, organized, exactly as described and shown in the photos. Paulo is an excellent host, friendly, thoughtful and helpful. I only have compliments

Antonio and his place are one of the best things you can find in Travignano. He is amazing, great communicating and super helpful about getting around. The place is amazing, with a great backyard where you can find a lot of piece surrounded by lot of plant and green. It's super quiet, close to downtown, super close to the lake, and you can find a tone of restaurant near by.

Paola's house is wonderful and cozy, as a location and also as a structure... Functional to easily reach all the beauties of the Argentario and its surroundings but located in a residential and quiet area, at night you can only hear the sound of the closest sea that can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, and you can admire the stars by swinging on one of the hammocks on the outdoor patio. Paola is a thoughtful and nice host, upon our arrival she provided us with everything we need and even more for breakfast, the essentials for the kitchen and also for the bathroom. Our experience was great, and we'll keep it in mind for our future experiences.

Soraya's appartement is in a perfect position for access to beach, restaurants. It has a marvellous view and is well equipped. There is a local bus that takes you in to Tarquinia/Station.

We stayed a few days after August with my family... what can we say?? A very pleasant stay, the house is very nice, cozy, completely matching the description. Then the sea a stone's throw away is worth the "ticket price"!!! A special mention goes to Mara and her sister Irene, really wonderful people. We'll definitely be back next year.

A perfect apartment for enjoying the beautiful views of lake Bracciano. Clean, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. Tracey was an excellent host - helpful and responsive, even meeting us on arrival at the bus stop, as well as recommending local walks and restaurants.
