This is a great house to stay for a family or two couples. Out of several ABNBs, this one gets the award for most clean. There is a fairly new Italian restaurant, Il Girasole Trattoria, that is walk-able and delicious. You will not be disappointed with your stay.

Nice, clean, upgraded and very well designed and maintained. My guests and I were extremely pleased with the Home warmth, refreshing and pleasant atmosphere. Beyond 5 stars and I commend Bart for an amazing home away from home experience. Definitely my go-to for future stays in Chicago. Bart, keep up the amazing work and kudos from all the guests!

Aaron had great communication throughout our stay. Making sure that everything was up to par. The house was homey and comfortable with very comfortable beds and tv’s in every room.

Extremely responsive hosts and very comfortable stay. The temperature dipped quite suddenly for a few days (we stayed in early December) and the host messaged to make sure we were warm enough and comfortable in the house. This was our 2nd time staying and would stay again if in the area!

Robert's place was a great spot to work remotely for a day in Chicago. The space was clean and easy to access. The outdoor space was beautiful and pleasant! I would definitely book Robert's place again in the future.

I highly recommend Mindy and Tony's apartment. It was incredibly quiet and felt extremely safe. I found parking right out front for all six days I was in town. Bed was super comfy too.

I absolutely loved the home and its aesthetic. The surroundings and neighborhood are wonderful, and the host was very responsive. It was a nice touch to see the Harry Potter and Twilight books in the home—they brought back so many great memories from my childhood. I would definitely recommend this place—it’s perfect for both relaxing and small gatherings.

We had such a great time at Terri’s place. She was very easy to work with and the apartment was perfect.

Overall our stay was really nice! We had everything we needed for a pleasant visit. There were even some extra shampoo bottles, snacks, and other things left that ended up being useful to have. Simple, no frills, but everything was very tidy and comfortable. Quite close to a few grocery stores and other conveniences, as well as UChicago, which was perfect for us. One thing to keep in mind is the beds are a bit close to the doors, so be careful to not get it in the shin walking in at night! Luke was helpful and proactive with clear instructions. We had gone by then, but my in laws got to see the bee farm on the roof with Luke before checking out, and they really enjoyed that. A great place all around to stay that’s safe and comfortable!

Very clean, quiet and nice place to stay. Close to attractions. I was lucky and host was able to offer early check so I could zoom in to a meeting more easily. Three flights of stairs for anyone that needs that info. Would definitely stay again!

This was such a lovely accommodation, very clean, organized, comfortable, and located conveniently to Wicker Park. There was lots of street parking space and the neighborhood felt safe. Would stay here again!

The location was fantastic - just a 10-minute drive from downtown, and there was plenty of space in the house. The check-in process was smooth, and the house was spotless. Alex was really accommodating and let us check in an hour early to fit our flight schedule. The only minor issue was that we had to wash the towels before check-out even though we were being charged a cleaning fee. We never experienced this with other Airbnbs, so we asked the host about it. He said we can skip it, but his tone was a bit passive aggressive. We ended up starting the washing cycle anyway to make sure everything was left clean and on good terms (empty all trash from the rooms, start dish washer, strip the bedding etc). The check-out time was 11:00 AM and we started receiving messages from the host saying to make sure to do the things above and that if our luggage was in the home even 1 minute past 11AM, we would be charged a $150 late fee. It was super close, but we made it just in time, stressfully so.

Stayed here with college buddies to see OSU-NW game at Wrigley. Location cannot be beat. Good communication and easy check in. Thanks!!!

The apartment is very spacious and well-appointed. Comfortable space inside with two fantastic balcony areas (although it was a bit cold to use them). Decorated nicely and very usable space. Excellent kitchen area, big TV with comfortable seating. Bedrooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Bathrooms are very modern and useable. Overall great space. Allan was easy to deal with and very helpful. Great host. Good communication and set up. Neighborhood is easy to get around. Parking was pretty easy with passes provided. Overall excellent stay.

Adrian was a gracious host from the very first message. He was responsive and flexible. He really took the time to make sure our stay was comfortable. The place was accurately portrayed, clean and modern with plenty of room for our family of 4. The shower in the master bath was great and the kitchen had everything you could need to cook. I found it to be in the top 5 of places I’ve stayed through Airbnb.

This was my first time visiting Chicago and my stay at Hans made it a great experience! Hans is extremely responsive and helpful. I let him know that our flights were landing at an earlier time and he worked to let us check in earlier. The listing looks exactly like the photos; spacious apartment and in a great location (super safe and walkable to restaurants + just a short drive from downtown). I would highly recommend this place to friends and loved ones. When I visit Chicago again, I’ll definitely plan to stay here again! 10/10 experience :)
