Markets etc. The house is impeccable, very clean, has all necessary utensils in the kitchen, the house is bigger than in the photos. My pets have enjoyed a lot! He loves animals, is a differential, because our animals are welcome!! I got a champagne as a gift, because it's my birthday. I loved it! Flexible hours, me and my friends enjoyed the island a lot, it was very worth it, we will definitely be back..

One of my best vacation rental experiences. In addition to the excellent service provided by the host Marcos, who was very helpful in giving us all the information we needed for our best stay, through tips on restaurants and beaches, the house was in excellent condition, clean and very well equipped with all household utensils that we may need and everything in great condition. The pool was also very clean. The place is very quiet and safe because it is a gated community, but it has several shops and restaurants nearby. I also leave here a special thanks to the host who presented us with a delicious welcome cake and who was always concerned about the well-being of the tenants.

Casa mto boa, exactly like description and photos. Mto Beautiful, Decorated, Nova, Well-equipped Mto. 3 floors, 3 suites on the 2 floor and 1 (the largest) on the 3 floor. The 2 air conditioners in the living room and kitchen were great and made a difference.The kitchen is well equipped,with new td, good quality and good taste. Cabem 2 small cars in the garage(but it's quiet to leave another one on the street in front).Casa is almost on the corner of the Costa Azul market, and just over 300m from entrance 2 of the beach! We did everything on foot there,msm c/ 5 children.The tent and chairs he has partnership on the beach was extremely helpful to us. In the house has some beach chairs and tbm cart, boards. The hot pool was amazing tbm! We were super welcome, oriented and served all the time by Igor (homemade), one of the air-conditioners in the room spoiled, and he super struggled, and arranged someone to pack on the same day! Monday of many times I will be back. The house is very delicious, air-conditioning in all rooms, heated pool, super structure for barbecue and kitchen. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms, all suite. The condominium is great, super good location. Gustavo is a super host, always willing. The house is always impeccably clean and needs ZERO maintenance! My favorite place on the North Shore. You can book without fear.

the house exactly the same as the photos, even more comfortable being there, the upper two rooms have air conditioning, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, the pool the 4 days we spent and the water temperature was idealz many games in the house for fun, not to mention that it has a very useful outdoor area near the barbecue. Good space to park. The ideal and take off by car to the beaches and supermarket is 5 minutes by car.

Location close to the center and about 5 min from some good beaches. A Julia (host) always very helpful, a love of person. I highly recommend it. I only missed a cold shower in the backyard to take sand from the beach before entering the pool, and everything else is fantastic.

Karin responds to everything quickly and kindly. She is an excellent host, so much so that this is the second time I've been to the house and I loved the experience again. It is a very special place, with a delightful backyard, barbecue, hammock for resting, all excellent utensils for use. Several other things like salt, sugar, cleaning products, cloths, mop, bedding, great pillows, fans, even medicine to ward off mosquitoes. Wonderful shower, the beach is my favorite place, very safe, my children are free! The water was delicious, warm, super clean. It's a paradise! Thank you Karin again for the great experience. The house is even better than the pictures. Whenever we needed to ask any questions, both Marcel and the chair were super quick to get back to us. The house is super equipped with all possible utensils. Close to the beach and they even provide umbrellas and chairs in good condition for us to use. We loved it and would definitely stay at the house again!

Sobrado with 2 bedrooms on top, excellent mattresses, new air conditioning, both in the 2 bedrooms on top and in the living room/kitchen below. All very clean. 1 bathroom only, good, but it requires caution when going out, because in front of the stairs. Nothing that compromises your stay, unless you have someone with reduced mobility. The kitchen has absolutely everything, new and big TV, in short, the accommodation is small but wonderful. And it also has umbrellas and chairs to take to the beach, as well as a small but cute pool in the common area. Exatos 500 meters walking from the house to step on the water of the sea, on a quiet, flat, busy and safe path. The Praia and the centrinho de Camburi, without words, is well worth it ! Anyway, I highly recommend this hosting.

We were at the Vera residence with our two small children. From the beginning, we were very well oriented and with fast and active communication. The location is good, and the area is quiet, with good options nearby (a few minutes by car). The condominium is wonderful, with an excellent structure to rest and have fun, as well as the house, which offers a lot of comfort. Some small details made our stay even better, such as the total indoor air conditioning,a good barbecue area and the courtesy of the tent assembly service on the beach by the condominium. Very spacious and cozy house. Very quiet place and close to the historic center of the Island, many attractions. Highlight for the spectacular view that can be enjoyed from the deck, the pool or the balconies of the suites. Very kind and correct Hostel. We will, without a doubt.

The place is identical to the photos. Spacious rooms, super-equipped kitchen, the air-conditioning works well (including air in the living room), green area for children to play… the house is very beautiful!! Andrea (our host) always very kind and was flexible with check-in and checked in, that was great for us that we are from afar and we were able to enjoy more. Parking has only one spot, so if you are in more cars, you will have to have some available space or look for parking nearby. I do not recommend that they stop on the street, because it is very narrow. Note: remembering that Andrea warns about the vacancy, so no one was fooled. I recommend and would undoubtedly return to this house!

We had a wonderful and special weekend, we went in a large group and all were very well accommodated received by Gabriela who is a sympathy and super proactive. We hired the kitchen services with Vandré and everything was very good! Everyone loved it, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Communication flows super well. We had no problem and we feel very comfortable. The house has a sensational structure, in harmony with nature, spacious, well cared for, the impeccable bedrooms and bathrooms, towel, sheets, pillows, blankets, all very clean and neat. I thank you for the affection and care you have had with us in these 3 days!

Dona Irene was very receptive to us, she gave us information on what to do, which beach to go to, she always responded quickly. The site was wonderful for us to relax, reconnect with nature, and free our pet. Everything is totally clean and working very well.
