Caio was an excellent host, responding promptly to all questions and always willing to help with what we need. Casa with a very nice and cozy space, children and dogs had a lot of fun! I recommend your stay, especially for families with children and pets, for sure!

Cláudio was a great host, we responded on standby, always willing to help and guide in what it took. Now what to say about the house, we reached the house was impeccable with clean, the pool, bathrooms, rooms all very clean and organized, barbecue, grill, all well sanitized. To our surprise, the house has everything it needs, cutlery kitchen utensils, for the barbecue, vasilhame, water filter, all the new appliances, new air conditioning in the rooms and when we thought it could not improve, there comes a commission for a wonderful carrot cake with chocolate from Claudio for us to give us the welcome. We recommend with our eyes closed, Cláudio was super attentive with us from arrival to the exit of the house. I can't thank you enough. We will definitely come back more often, just thank you for the wonderful lodging and weekend we've had. Gratitude 🙏🏻

Great house, well structured and clean, met all the requirements, the only problem is the dirt road to access, unfortunately when it rains it is difficult to access. But everything perfect.

We stayed at Marlon's house and it was an amazing experience! The property is extremely clean, beautiful and very spacious, providing comfort for the entire group. Rafael's house was impeccable, exactly as described, well-equipped and in a perfect location. One of the best courts of Guaeça, with easy access to the beach and the convenience of the gazebo assembly service in the sand. Also, the house being at the end of the court guaranteed us some privacy, which is great. Rafael quickly removed doubts. And put us in contact with Vanessa, who is a wonderful person, dedicated and who cooks deliciously.

We stayed at the house in the first week of January 2025. A family trip very programmed because we are in many people. The house is just like the ad, well located, quiet place, suites with working air conditioning, kitchen well served with utensils. The host and the homemakers helped us in everything we need, always responding with cordiality. Grata for the stay!

We spent amazing days in the house!! Location is great, 5 min walk from the beach. The house is beautiful and very well equipped!! Everything works perfectly and the same as the photos!! Marcel is very kind and answers questions very quickly. Thank you for the attention of Val and Sérgio that welcomed us on arrival. Unspeakable, I highly recommend, one of the best places we stayed.

The accommodation is agrable, very complete for those who want to cook on site. Quiet place and you can go to the trades walking because it is close to everything, including the beach I highly recommend it and plan to come back more often.. With sincerity I have no negative points..

Amazing house!! We were on the holiday and everything was impeccable! Beautiful, well decorated house, all clean, had all the kitchen utensils, towel and bed linen in great condition! Employee Neuma was with us every day and made the experience even more enjoyable! Makes a wonderful caipirinha and a delicious moqueca!! Helped us with everything during the stay! Daniela was super helpful and responded quickly, we had no problem !! The house is in a condominium with tennis court, gym and swimming pool, and in the Dina house we have a Jacuzzi with an amazing view of the sea! The condo is a short walk from the beach, in the quietest corner of Juquehy, great location!

The house is located a few steps from the beach. The rooms are mostly large and well ventilated, with comfortable beds. The house has a rustic and cozy decor, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, appliances and water filter. Great value

Andrea is a very kind host and requests from day one. Your house is very comfortable and beautiful, exactly as described in the ad, in addition to the fact that it is very close to the beach and the condominium is very quiet. The balcony is extremely spacious, the 3 bedrooms are great and very well equipped. Our stay was perfect from beginning to end.

We just love it. First, we were greeted by Dona Irene, very kind and flexible (we went by bus, a young couple traveling together for the first time) and she helped us as she could. Then we were impacted by the sight, it is too much, we are speechless, it is surreal. If you want beautiful views that would give you great photos, it's ideal. The house is at the top, so it has a privileged view of the sea, the boats and the street. The location is good, it is close to the center (by car/bus), there is a market near and is close to the beach (it is improper, but for a walk is great), for the most searching beaches, it is 1h (by bus). For those without a car, close to the house, buses (it is 2.00 reais) that goes to the center and passes in the ferry area to Ilhabela (worth it)(for pedestrians it is free). House negatives: 1- It is up high, if the car is 1.0, it will snore a little, if it is on foot, it prepares kkkk (but it is well worth it); 2- It is not very close to a beach suitable for bathing (intense boat traffic)

This is already the second time that my family and I have stayed at Carol's house and the experience could not be better. All clean and very organized! We spend quiet and fun days, with everything always on hand. I just have to thank you and we will certainly return again!

Michel's home is actually a find in Maresias. Quiet street, easy to reach the beach and very well organized, equipped and cozy house. Great house, very well located with very easy access to the beach! Condominium with a shopping center where it has several services (bakery, market, ice cream, restaurant, pharmacy, etc.) and total safety! If you don't want to stay on the beach all day the pool and barbecue are great! I recommend it!
