We loved our stay at AJ’s home. It was beautiful and spacious. The movie theater was our favorite place to hide out and watch movies/play games. We will definitely think about returning in the warmer months to use the pool! AJ himself was very responsive, kind, and helpful. You can tell he cares about his guests. Couldn’t recommend this home more!

Michael's home was absolutely amazing ! Beautiful, clean , comfortable. You literally feel at home but better ! I absolutely recommend this airbnb . Definitely looking into renting again for the summer to enjoy the pool . Michael is an amazing host , super friendly and very very accommodating. We had a wonderful weekend!

We had a terrific stay at this beautiful home for a girls weekend! We had a group of 8 of us and it was more than enough room for all of us to enjoy comfortably! An amazingly huge kitchen it was so easy to make all meals. So private and spacious, the home is furnished so beautifully and we loved being able to sit together at the gorgeous dining table that could fit all of us. Henry the host was incredibly flexible and accommodating, any of the issues we had were addressed asap. He also included a nice guide on things to do in the area, places to eat and where things are located in the home. The driveway parking instructions were very easy we had 6 cars parked with no issues! Beautiful backyard and patio, we wished it wasn't winter so we could have used the pool because it looked so nice. We would highly recommend a visit in the summer! We loved our stay it was such a nice trip in a great area!

An absolutely incredible stay! The home is very private and everything matched the description to a T. There are plenty of great restaurants right down the street and you’re a stone’s throw from a bunch of shops. This was also the perfect place to bring my dog who had a great time in a spacious and peaceful yard. The neighborhood is very nice and the amenities were top tier. Evenings were quiet and tranquil. Definitely the ideal weekend getaway!

The home was easy to find. The house was clean and relatively well stocked. The one cup coffee maker was slow, maybe clogged. We ended up buying an inexpensive coffee maker because of our big group. A laundry basket with clothes in it was accidentally left in the den. Bathrooms and surfaces were clean. It was a nice space for us to spread out. The patio around the pool was inviting.

What can I say .. this accommodation is absolutely amazing 😍 so peaceful, relaxing and just such amazing views and the house was incredible, everything is exactly how the photos looked , the pool was amazing, the house was so clean , the bbq was spotless, the fire pit was clean , everything was just amazing from start to finish, I would definitely recommend this place to anybody ! John has been an incredible host and so kind and very helpful all week , welcomed me and my family with a beautiful gift basket on arrival to which shows how much he respects and thinks about his guests and even offered up a meal on him 1 of the nights ! Not much more to say apart from this place is 10/10 , the host is 10/10 ! Will definitely be back in the further without a doubt!

This home is top notch!! Esther is truly amazing and everything was excellent. The kitchen is amazing, the basement play area was awesome and the rooms were perfect! I will be staying here again!

Thanks again John. The place is right across from the beach. Nice and roomy, had good parking for the car. Nice area to walk along the beach and close to a few good local restaurants. Easy access to the A train line. Highly recommended.

The apartment met all expectations. I felt very comfortable. The bed was insanely comfortable so I could sleep very well. Of course, the way to Manhattan from Rockaway Beach is not the shortest, but I knew that in advance. Within 75 minutes I was "in the middle" of whether I went by train or boat. Supermarket and the recommended "restaurant" are also within walking distance (5 minutes). Even as a woman traveling alone, I felt safe in the area. The fact that you were on the beach within a few minutes' walk in the most beautiful weather was rounded off.

The inside and outside areas were meticulously maintained. The weather was great, so we were able to really enjoy the pool and deck. Michelle was extremely responsive and did a great job with instructions, recommendations, and communications. One member of our party needed to work a few days, and the office space in the basement was perfect.

Well....this was our 4th stay here, I think - that should speak volumes on a really terrific Airbnb to chose. This, when available on the dates, is our primary 'go-to' when we are in the area, as we know what the house is all about and the great comms we have constantly with Victoria! Many thanks as always for looking after the team, who love staying here!

This place was amazing! I would definitely stay here again. I was in Oceanside to visit family and also wanted to go into Manhattan, the train station was one block away which made it super convenient to go into the city (30min ride). Tomi the host was great. He always responded quick to any questions we had and gave us plenty of recommendations for local bars/breweries and restaurants nearby. If you’re thinking about staying in this area, this is the spot for you.

This Airbnb was absolutely gorgeous. The pictures do not do it justice! It was beautifully decorated and had every possible amenity that a person would have in their own home. The host was very friendly and she thought of every detail to include in the Airbnb for her guests' use. It's right on the water and had stunning grounds... the furniture inside and out were beautiful and could accommodate a very large family. It was like staying in a resort. You can tell that the hostess took great pains to decorate, furnish, and equip the house with everything possible. It was a beautiful, wonderful stay. (and most notably, it was incredibly clean - specifically the linen and towels, and the entire kitchen, refrigerator, oven Etc. I stay in many airbnbs and this place was spotless. Worth every penny!

Kathleen’s place is beautiful, very well maintained and exactly as it looks in the photos. The spacious fenced backyard allowed our dogs to run freely and have fun.There were plenty of towels and plenty of utensils in the kitchen. Kathleen herself is very responsive, friendly and very easy to communicate with. We had lots of fun, made lots of memories and can’t wait to stay here again.

Lydia was very responsive and helpful with any issues we had. Her place was exactly how it was in pictures which was perfect for my husband, 2 year old, and myself.

Quiet and private space that was easy to find from the road. Spacious for two people and had all amenities to feel at home. Convenient location close to Patchogue.
