Kaniya is great! The response is quick and friendly. The instructions for check in/out is very clear. She also informed us beforehand that currently there's a road construction nearby and give alternative way to the place. The place is comfy and looks just like the photos. It has complete cooking utensils in case you want to cook by yourself. And the water dispenser is really helpful. I would love to book the place again for another family gathering.

There are limited restaurants. cooking and eating utensils are complete. there is a refrigerator and microwave.

Perfect place to stay, with a quiet and comfortable house. The host is very responsive and friendly. It would be even better if some appliances, like the smart TV and air conditioning, were updated.

Small & cozy apartment

Really loved this cozy, comfy apartment. Great location close to Breeze which has great restaurants and Aeon mall. bed was super comfy and the water pressure very good in the shower. I would definitely stay here again.

8 nights stay at Mba Tya's unit, before it was a bit scared because it would bring 2 parents over 60 years..but it turns out they fit the unit.. the unit is very clean, fragrant, the equipment available is very good, wifii,netflix are all smooth.. The air conditioning is very cold, because this is the most important thing for our family..Thank you Mba Tya, the unit is sangan rekomen.. will definitely rent again, when we come to depok again..

A very nice and convenient place close to ICE BSD. Very easy to check in. Spacious living room with plenty of beds if you’re traveling in group. Clean rooms and bedrooms with plenty of electrical sockets for everyone to charge their phones.

A good place to stay, I'm staying with my father that use a wheelchair and the access is easy and smooth, and still quite spacious to manoeuvre. Clean and we'll equiped. It's near Aeon mall which a plus point. recommended 👍

Great choice if you are in the area and looking for a small yet functional spot to stay in, have a fairly complete amenities, ample array of spaces to stow away your stuff and one of few that have stable and fast enough internet connection (an important point for those that also need to do work while traveling). Sure will be one of my personal fave spot.

Due to the nature of my work, I have stayed in many hotels and Airbnbs across Indonesia. After moving around to different places, I ended up staying here. Unfortunately, I wasn’t impressed with the overall quality of the apartment. The apartment structure, swimming pool facilities (with poor water quality, making it unusable), and even the attitude and behavior of the security staff were disappointing. However, during my stay, the host’s responsiveness and efforts to address my inquiries and requests stood out. The host always replied promptly and tried to resolve issues quickly, which is why I’m leaving a 5-star review. The location isn’t bad, with restaurants (Korean, Japanese, etc.) within walking distance. When reading reviews, I tend to trust those from Koreans, Japanese, and Westerners more than local reviews. I hope my review helps those planning to stay here!

Very helpful, responsive and easy to coordinate host. Location is easy to access with adequate parking and simple check in process. Highly recommend!
