The unit matches the photos. The place is comfortable, clean, and fully equipped. Simon and his assistant were very helpful and made the check-in to check-out process easy. The apartment is in a strategic location, close to the mall and the train station.

I stayed for a total 3 weeks at Vania’s place while I got my home renovated. The apartment was clean, it has everything as described and matched the photos. No issue with water, electricity and cleanliness, however, wifi is not working for the last 2 weeks. May want to work on the wifi since internet network is a bit difficult to obtained there. But overall good experience.

The apartment is very comfortable, safe, clean, and the location is very strategic, close to the supermarket and station. This apartment is highly recommended for those of you who want to see the city view from the room.

Stayed for 2 nights for my business purpose near ICE BSD, very comfy room and strategic location. Furnitures, AC, heat water, supplied item are very good. Just one thing though, there is couple small spiders in room, but understandable in my opinion. Thank you Heru.

Staying with Yulianto was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and Yulianto was always available to answer our questions. We are also allowed to do late checkout because there are no guests that day. Highly recommended!

I've stayed here for 2 times now, the 1st everything was great, clean and homey. But the 2nd time the shower is a bit leaking but overall everything is as good as the 1st stay.
