Very beautiful place! everything is thought out.. very responsive and helpful hosts. A small but nice surprise - one evening when we returned home, we were greeted by delicious grapes on the terrace - it was very nice! I definitely recommend this hostel!! Everything was just great! :)

A truly magical stay. Dia met up with us upon arrival and made my wife and I feel at home right away. The apartment is amazing and has everything you need, including chairs and umbrella for the beach. Dia sent us countless google map links to attractions such as beaches and restaurants, both locally and some worth a drive. The view from the apartment is truly magnificent with great WiFi allowing me to do a little work on my laptop giving me the best of both worlds. As it is so high up, I would always recommend a hire car though. I'll be going back next year. Get booking !! Nick Nicolaou

We visited Kaiti and Lefteris's home for 1 month and it was amazing! Quiet place at the top of Agii Theodorii with stunning view. House is fully equipped for cooking and long stay, terrace is huge , the hosts were very friendly and we totally recommend to visit the place! Our dog was also really happy and enjoyed his stay ;))

I recently stayed at this apartment and had an amazing experience! George's communication was excellent from start to finish, and he warmly greeted us upon arrival. George even organised a lovely birthday surprise for my fiancé, decorating the apartment with balloons—such a thoughtful touch! The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, and the views were absolutely stunning, definitely the highlight of our stay. The area was lively, adding a fun vibe, and we were close to Athens’ landmarks, with easy taxi access. George's local recommendations for shops and restaurants were perfect, and the huge balcony and pool were great for relaxing. I highly recommend this apartment! If we return to Athens, we’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you, George, for an unforgettable stay!

Our holiday in this house was beyond our expectations. Finding the place clean and all essentials inside, the stay was truly comfortable and easy. The owner of the house was very responsive to all our questions, and kind. Location of the house is also perfect; just a 2-minute walk to the beach, and very convenient to restaurants in which you can find great Greek cousine. I highly recommend this property for anyone who seeks a calm holiday in a well-cared-for home in such a convenient setting as well as a a beautiful beach and the sea. Hope to visit there again !

This was exactly as we wanted, quiet, private and beautiful. The shop and restaurant were quite a walk, so transport would be ideal if you aren’t keen to walk. Maria was very quick to answer texts, and super friendly and helpful. The pool was superb and obviously being on the beach front was perfect. Thank you both!

Villa fairytale is a truly beautiful place with stunning views. We have spend two weeks in the house and had a marvelous time. Argirios is very accommodating and helpful with any question or issue you may have. I can recommend the house and the place a 100%. It is a hidden gem and we are looking forward to come back to Evia soon.

A great location exactly as described. The pool area is clean and has it's own bathroom. It's a short distance from the village centre in a quiet location. While it is walkable a car is essential. The kitchen was well appointed and clean. The view from the terrace is superb. We booked it for six people which meant that the upper floor was unavailable. I retrospect we should have booked the whole house as the view from these rooms must be spectacular!

Our stay at Theologos was amazing. The views do not disappoint and the villa is stunning. Modern, clean and comfortable. The hosts were flexible and helpful, allowing us the best stay possible. Sunrise and sunset through the windows are amazing.

Andreas went above and beyond to make you feel welcome, not only to his wonderful home, but to Greece too. He was very proactive with his communication, providing clear guidance and welcoming advice on local and wider Greek activities. His home is in a fantastic location, with immediate access to the beach and easy access to most parts of Greece. The home itself is perfect if you want to peacefully and privately enjoy the Greek weather by the pool. Would strongly recommend and will likely visit Greece again while staying in his home.

Great house, spaciously, lots of amenities, everything you need in the kitchen, for the beach, in the rooms, and dining room. The host was very easy to contact and communicative, and when we had an issue with internet, he was very involved, calling the provider and fixing the issue in half an hour time. The host advised us regarding the food do not be left out unsealed, and we didn't take this in consideration until our bread or the sugar bag was full of ants. Recommend you keep everything in the fridge, unless sealed. The kitchen and bathroom could use some renovation, and Konstantinos said this is planed already. No markets, stores or facilities closed by, but you can drive 25 min to Lidl, or 10 min to a small store in the village. Very calm, quiet, private space. Huge garden, with lemon trees, orange trees, olive trees and figs. The private beach is a treat, walk down the backyard and through a gate go directly to the beach. Fantastic, we'll come back!

Very friendly reception. Very clean. Quiet safe area. 1 minute walk to bus stop that goes to the metro. Large grocery store close by. Lots of extras in the kitchen for cooking if you wanted to. I would definitely stay here again.

View of the roofs of Delphi, local education facility, and the mountains and olive trees that stretch to the Gulf of Corinth. Spacious apartment with one large bedroom, bathroom/laundry, with large combined kitchen/dining/sitting (sleeping) area. Parking area one street down via stairs. Quiet at night, more active during the day. Patio doors provide scenic view and illumination.

It was a great pleasure to stay at this lovely traditional home. We stayed there together with our friends (4 adults total, 1 kid and 2 toddlers). The house was super clean, warm, spacious, and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay in the village: a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a fireplace and a beautiful view of the mountain. The rooms are also super comfortable. The location is great; just a three minute distance to the Agoriani village center by car or a 10 minute walking distance if you prefer to walk. Last but not least, we valued the always excellent and prompt communication with the host. Thank you so much and we would definitely like to revisit your place!
