Very comfortable spacing with three levels for sleep accommodations. High ceilings provided a very 'roomy' feel.

Great spot for two couples or couple with children. Two nice size bedrooms, the unit was impeccably clean and with many amenities. Two parking spaces, one in spacious clean garage and the other on parking pad in front of unit. Dollar Store immediately across the street was very convenient. Ziggys walk up/drive through coffee stand within feet of unit, but we used the Keurig in the unit. Just a few blocks from downtown. We could hear the elk buggiling from the golf course a block away. Vince and Hallie were great hosts and very responsive. The unit is just a few blocks from downtown Estes Park. We will highly recommend this property to our friends and family.

We had an issue with getting in but Cameron responded within 5 minutes and helped us out. Upon walking in, we were impressed with the spacious house and design. We also enjoyed all the cooking utensils needed to cook meals in the home. Our favorite aspect of the house was the walking trail near the river and coffee house to feed the ducks (our daughter’s favorite) as well as the close proximity to town and RMNP.

Really nice place. Very centrally located near downtown Estes. Also, wonderful views out the windows, including to the Stanley Hotel. A couple of very minor things: would have liked a few hangers in the downstairs bedrooms and a few of the outlets went out in the kitchen. However, we had a great stay regardless and the hosts were really good at communication. We would definitely stay again!

This space looks exactly like the photos and was perfect for our day use. Such beautiful views! Brad was thorough and proactive in messaging prior to check-in and check-out.

Love this place! We were there for family weekend at CU and this place was perfect. It’s out of the hustle and bustle and traffic of Boulder but close enough to do all the things. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, with wildlife and starry nights, and just steps from a really nice hiking trail. The house is clean and comfortable with everything you need and great deck for grilling and enjoying the quiet. Our host was responsive and helpful and could not have been more accommodating - I had one little inquiry and he called me and we had it sorted immediately. Definitely top notch!

This home is perfect for a weekend getaway! Plenty of space, cozy and has everything you'd need to cook or just relax. Hot tub was perfect! Already talked about booking the space again for another trip!

This is our second stay at this home. It has all of the amenities including a hot tub, fire pit, grill and well stocked kitchen Jess think of all of the items to make one feel welcomed. He has coffee, paper supplies (TP, Paper towels, plastic wrap, foil, laundry detergent and even some bath soap). The home is clean, the beds are comfortable and his instructions are clear and helpful. If there is any problem, he is quick to respond. Plus, he leaves us homemade chocolate chip cookies. You could not have a better location. The area is great for walking or jogging. It is close to Lucille's for a fantastic New Orleans breakfast or lunch. It is about a 10 minute walk to downtown/Old Town which is very convenient. We highly recommend Jess's place and will be back.

The location is simply beautiful and the view from livingroom and deck is breathtaking. Close to Mary’s lake. It was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has all the amenities you would need if you plan on doing any cooking of your own. It has plenty of space for guests to spread out if needed. Would definitely stay there again!!
