We really enjoyed the time around Christmas at the place. The friendly welcome was great and the house beautifully large and lovingly furnished. We felt comfortable there.

It was very lovely and quiet home. There were 4 rooms and 5 beds. We really loved the stay.

A really wonderful place, warm and cozy, and very spacious at the same time. great kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, everything. easy to park your car. very quiet. nice view over the lake. from the house you can walk to the lake to have a swim if you like or walk around it (approx 5 km). the path around the lake is in good condition which is a plus when the weather is wet.

Scarlett's home is fantastic. There is nothing missing for guests, really everything is present. The house is warm and decorated with an eye for detail. We and our 3 children felt welcome and at home there. Scarlett is super friendly and helpful. She regularly comes to ask if everything is in order. Scarlett, thank you for your hospitality! The house is within walking distance of beautiful sights. If you like hiking, you will see here in the perfect location. Beautiful hiking area! We stayed in a women's group to relax and get down for a weekend in Kathrin and Juliet's beautiful house. We especially liked the homely and cozy atmosphere. It was still a little chilly in the house the first evening, but with fireplace and wool blankets, which were also available, we were still able to enjoy our time wonderfully. Kathrin proactively asked if we needed anything and went out of her way to give us a wonderful time. We stayed in beautiful Göttingen and then relaxed in the sauna in the evening. Everything ample, which was described and everything in great shape. Had a great time! Thank you two!

We stayed 2 nights in the accommodation which is perfectly equipped and very nicely decorated.

We chose the place as a Christmas meeting place for the family. It was really a feel-good place with plenty of space and yet cozy ambiance. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped for cooking together. Due to the underfloor heating, the children (and adults) can use the whole floor as a play area. A fireplace is provided. For a cozy breakfast, deer often maintain company in the garden. The bathroom is a feel-good oasis with walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. The whole house is flooded with light. The beds were all cozy. We slept well. There was no noise at night, no background noise from any street. Not far away are the Externsteine and the Hermannsdenkmal. It was completely sufficient for our short stay. But there's definitely more for those who want to stay longer. The hosts are easy to reach for questions. We'd love to come back.
