Great stay for the price

Sir Godofredo was easy to reach, whenever there was a problem he would acknowledge it the place is cozy and comfortable, worth the price, if i were to book a place again, i would want it there thank you so much sir for accommodating us well!

Location! Location!! Location!!! We celebrated the winter holidays at Millet’s Makati condo. One of the reasons I select Airbnb properties is that I get to meet other amazing hosts - and Millet and her husband were not only responsive hosts but they were friendly and welcoming. They took the time to decorate their condo so we could truly enjoy Christmas. It was such a nice touch. And we were treated to a very spectacular Pinoy New Year's firework show from the property's balcony. This building has exceptional amenities, pool and staffed fitness center, which rival any 5 star hotel. Further, the property is connected to a new mall on floor 2 with several restaurants and a large supermarket. There was a significant issue with roaches in the kitchen. While the hosts came and sprayed immediately upon request, it's obviously a building issue and hard to seal off an individual unit in a large high rise. Regardless - it was a 5 star stay with 5 star service

This place is a well kept older building. I love it. Swimming pool, clean and comfortable room, free breakfast GREAT attention to anything I needed. I already extended my stay. Everyone here is so caring about my needs. If I come back to Manila, I will not hesitate to choose this place

Host was very accomodating. Place is good and near to establishments you need. Worth what you paid for.

I had a great stay at Jae Soong’s place. I was contacted by Riza who is the on site help, she was great and answered all the questions I had, if I had an issue she came round straight away, she was also in contact every day to make sure my stay was comfortable. Thank you guys!

Great place. It’s close to North Edsa Mall. Just take the bridge and you are at the mall in 5 minutes. Myra and Gina are very responsive and will take care of you if you have any issues. Thanks Myra for letting us stay in your property! 😊

Highly recommended. The place is ideal for relaxing, with nearby convenience stores, restaurants, malls, and church. It is also student/reviewee friendly due to its peaceful atmosphere (we could barely hear the severe rain and thunder outside during Typhoon Kristine). Aside from that, the host is quite friendly and accommodating. Thank you, Ms. Bel! We will definitely book again next time.

Love the bed and the coziness of the place. Accessible to grocery store, coffee shops and restos. Host was responsive and friendly.

for not so pricey na price, you could stay in a place na classy and comfy to have staycation. marami din pwede mabilhan sa baba and beside sm north lang so you could literally do a lot of things 💗

Small room but very functional. Great views. Belle was a great host and responded very quickly with an issues or concerns I had, and was very flexible with check in and check out time.

We’ve stayed a couple times in Dynastel’s units and they have always been very friendly and accommodating. Rose was very helpful and answered and addressed all our requests. We look forward to staying in Dynastel’s listings again!

Very reasonable price and great location for people who want to explore Poblacion. Would still advise to be careful with your belongings when walking around the area.

beautiful place, lots of fun things to do there! swimming, billiards,ping pong,darts...great for up to 12. cabins are designed by a famous architect and they are awesome. my only complaint is none of these Phillipines Airbnb have essential items that American Airbnb have...no cookware,no plates or silverware etc.

I had a great stay at Upperstory. Overall it was lovely and I recommend it to all those who need to stay in QC. The place has a great location and the host was easy to talk to. I especially loved how they allowed early check in and check out for us travelers and didn’t ask to pay a hefty amount for extensions. Will definitely book again 😊
