Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Bocas del Toro District

Very conveniently located at walking distance from the very center with bar, restaurants and taxi boats, but at same time in a quiet and safe location. The apartment is comfortable with two bedrooms and a nice living room. The kitchen is provided with all you need for a longer stay than just a week end. Bocas is an amazing place to discover nature and enjoy an exciting nightlife.

We had an amazing stay with Lucas and Gloria. Communication was easy and quick, and information in the apartment was clearly set out The studio was set in a wildlife haven: as well as the family pets, the array of birds we heard and saw was amazing. There was also a troupe of howler monkeys. For those wanting to experience nature rather than the bustle of Bocas town, this place was fantastic. What really elevated it was Lucas's knowledge of the local birds. As he wasn't running tours on the days we were there, we were able to start every day watching birds in the covered bird blind. Over a couple of hours, we saw over thirty different types, including a stunning pygmy kingfisher. It's a quick journey into Bocas and easy to get up to beautiful beaches like Bocas del Drago. The studio was spotless and well set up with everything we needed to cook and be comfortable. Our 4 days didn't seem long enough. The warmth of the hospitality and the special home made us very sad to leave.

We loved everything about our stay at Tropical Suites. Super comfy beds, great location, friendly helpful staff, good on site restaurant, and loved the ocean front pool. Highly recommend.

The room and view from the room is beautiful. The place was clean, comfortable, and the host communicated well. For me the place was a bit too noisy and lacked some privacy. The room is right next to the communal area where people jump into the ocean and they will be swimming and walking right in front of your room.

Jorge offers a very nice accomodation on a hill (approcimately 400 m above sea level) which means that you have a great view on Bocas del Toro from the top. Make sure to visit his kitchen from where you can enjoy some Cuba Libre with an incredible view. He welcomed us very friendly and made us feel like home. The accomodation is surrounded by jungle, so don't be afraid if you hear monkeys during the night. Also make sure that you have arranged a pick up from him if you do not have a 4x4. To find the way up the hill I recommend to look up the address up in Google maps to have the exact location.

It was our first time in Bocas and there for 2 weeks. It took us a couple of days to get acclimated to island living and island time. Easy to get around and very friendly, helpful locals. We really enjoyed the privacy of the house, great view of morning sunrise and some nice, fun local restaurants. Power outage on the island is the norm so nothing to be concerned about. I worked remote majority of the time and internet was good. But there's also Selina (cowork) in town. Alex was super helpful even before our trip, answering questions about the home and destination. Once we arrived, he was always responsive and helped resolve any issues we had quickly. Amazing destination to visit and beach like Airbnb.

Our family always enjoys the amazing view and home. The convenience of the cook and transportation Andrea sets up is well worth it. We will always want to return.

Nice house on the rustic side, although that is not at all out of character with the surroundings: Bocas del Toro very is laid-back and informal, not pampered luxury. The location was beautiful; beach on one side (but not swimmable for amateurs) and growth/jungle/monkeys/parrots on the other side. House had a nice layout and a well-equipped kitchen; split-level air conditioning worked sufficiently. Note that the upper bedroom loft is open and not very private. Within walking distance of good restaurants/beach joints, which were fun to go to. Taxis are plentiful and cheap, although we rented a car for more flexibility. The on-site people, including Tyson, were gracious, responsive and helpful.

We have in overall an absolutely amazing experience. The staff at the resort are incredibly helpful with directions, tours guidance, info, etc. We just love it and we will go back 200%. Thank you Mr Brett for great experience.

Joanna’s place is lovely. Monkeys, butterflys, and adorable kitties. Her recommendations book was great and the details of the place made us feel right at home, such as cooking oils and spices in the kitchen, local soaps, and breakfast on the first morning. A relaxing stay. Definitely recommend!

My family and I had a fantastic stay! We loved the pool and the outside dining area. The beds were comfortable as well. My kids enjoyed looking for the green tree frogs at night and monkeys during the day. We were fortunate to see sloths along the jungle road. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. During our stay the coffee maker quit functioning and it was replaced that day! I highly recommend staying at this home if you don't mind being isolated from Bocas Town. We had great food and drinks at the S Hotel and nearby Bom Bom restaurant and bar.

We really enjoyed Ron's place. Everyone there was extremely helpful. The property manager, Augusto was extremely helpful in setting up anything we wanted to do. Breakfast was prepared for us by Augusto's wife each morning, and she is a great cook. The pictures do not do the property justice. It is spacious and spotless. Each day while we were out seeing the island, the house was cleaned and our laundry was done for us. The pool is perfect. Bluff beach is by far the prettiest beach on the island, there is no need to go anywhere else if you just want to lounge on the beach. There are local restaurants within walking distance. Be advised, you will need to take taxis to other attractions on the island. Roundtrip taxi to and from town is around $45-$50. That said, I will gladly pay the taxi fee to stay at a place outside all the noise of Bocas Town, especially one as nice as this one. If you are looking for peace and quiet, and a beach all to yourself, this is the place to stay.

As many have already said, this airbnb is AMAZING! We arrived to Bocas del Toro and went straight to this spot and fell in love with the house and the surroundings immediately. It felt so comfortable, safe, artsy, full of jungle life right outside the window! We loved the location near Pipa beach which is one of the only swimmable year-round beaches on the east side of the island! 3 minute walk to a delicious restaurant Pipa’s which is right at the beach, east taxi ride to and from town, (or a nice long walk). Allison and Sergio were incredible hosts and we loved the breakfast makings they shared with us as well! Sitting on that porch listening to the birds in the morning was so wonderful. if you are looking for a nice place that is relaxing but not too far from town, this is your spot! don’t miss this place- it’s so cute and absolutely wonderful value. We hope we will be back some day!
