This house has everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. Their guide book is one of the best I've ever seen and includes tons of food, recreation, and tourism recommendations -- so give it a look! The back porch over the water is where I spent most of my time watching birds, fish, crabs, and even a friendly neighborhood dolphin that swam by looking for food. At night, fish and baby crabs can be seen in the green illuminated water beneath the house and it makes for a really magical evening watching the waves and stars. The bar in this house is also a fun little touch that provides a place to eat, drink, and watch TV at the same time. The bed is REALLY great quality, and super comfy which helped us sleep like babies. If you're concerned at all about whether or not this AirBNB will be well stocked...DO NOT WORRY...they have got you covered honey! Just bring a smile and a good attitude, and they have literally got the rest!

Bayview Escape was perfect! Such a cute and cozy place! So peaceful! The fishing pier is heaven for fishing lovers! It is a very short walk from the condo. Condo is so clean and well kept! Swimming pool area was nice and my boys loved it! Everyone was so nice and approachable! I felt safe and that is so important to a momma with anxiety! Michelle was amazing! She checked in on us and answered every question! Patio area was great! Boys played football and corn hole while my husband bbq’d in the main area a few feet away! Great place for a relaxing, quiet, fun vacation! Would definitely book again!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Neal's place. We did not have any issues. The condo complex was very quiet even on the weekend was never overly crowded or noisy. Overall a very nice place to stay, I would definitely recommend it and look forward to staying there again on a future visit to Rockport.

Great as always, only thing I would change is a bigger bed but definitely still worth the price, and the location is on point. Thank you Nora 🙂

Had a nice relaxing time at Barbara's! Sat outside on the back porch and enjoyed the sunset and cool breeze. Plenty of room downstairs and upstairs the beds were comfortable . We will be back again!

Everything was great, nice place and super easy check in. Would definitely stay again!

My 10 year old daughter and I had a great weekend stay. Everything was as described. The RVs on either side were a little closer than I expected but the tranquil view from the front porch more than made up for it. It was all the things I love about camping with the amenities of a hotel. My daughter really wanted me to sleep in the loft with her, which was perfect for her, a little harder for me at 8 months pregnant, haha. It truly is kid size, as described, but still worked fine for us. We had a blast swimming in the pool and driving into Corpus to the Aquarium and time on the beach. Would definitely stay here again!
