Extremely friendly hosts that are easy to work with and nice, clean place that looked as advertised.

Heather's place has everything I needed and then some. She's a thoughtful host that goes above what's needed to make guests feel welcome. The location is perfect for accessing Constitution Trail with a very short walk to Keg Grove Brewery, the beautiful White Place neighborhood, and Illinois Wesleyan campus. I loved the shower, the front and back porches, the comfy couch where I napped more than once, and the decor/style of the home. It very much matched mine. It's a great place to stay in Bloomington/Normal and I'd return in a heartbeat!!

Peoria was halfway for our friends with you families and I to meet up. This house was a wonderful gathering space on a quiet road. It provided a great amount of space for play, visiting, cooking, and eating. Bonus, it has so many extra closets and cupboard spaces that it made the best house ever for a game of hide and seek!

This house is my dream house! I would love to stay there again! Our children loved the house and all the activities they had there

We immediately felt very comfortable; everything was as described (actually, even better!) and we felt like we were staying at an old friends house. Super clean, with everything needed if you want to prepare your own meals. It was just the two of us, so we had plenty of room. I think it would also be perfect for a small family. We felt safe and the area was quiet and convenient. We spent most of our time in Springfield, which was an easy 30 min drive. We loved being able to come back to Petersburg to relax. Highly recommend this property; the owners were a joy to work with!!

Doug and team were amazing and made our stay so great for Christmas. We were all in town to see my grandma for Christmas. Unfortunately she passed the day after we left but we created the best memories with family in this home. I’m sure this will become a tradition for our family now. Really unique home in a beautiful area just outside of Peoria.

The house was perfect! We had family in town for a wedding. The layout of the house was exactly what we were looking for. Mark had everything we could think of and more there set up and ready for us. Every detail of the house was perfect. They anticipated every need we would possibly think of and more. The house was extremely clean. We couldn’t have been happier. We will definitely be renting again!

Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish!

great long term stay, less than 10 minutes to any store and shopping. Close to baseball, hockey and museums. A handful or restaurants and Starbucks within walking distance.

Our stay was very nice and comfortable, a nice place to gather and hang out as a group.

Everything about the listing was accurate and well represented. Place was clean and matched the listing photos. Don't let the fact it's over a business or two deter you. Everything is quiet and feels safe (the town is safe in general). It's about 3 minutes to the interstate for fast access to Champaign-Urbana. There are several restaurants within 60 seconds to 8 minute walks away. Only issue you may have is the entrance to the second floor requires about 20 skinny stairs. So if someone in your group has some issues with stairs it's something to consider.

This is a small, older house, but nicely remodeled. It was clean and we were quite comfortable here. The neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Far better than what we paid - didn't check about the TV not being there but honestly, we didn't need it. The experience staying in this historic home was amazing and the price was perfect. Easy access. It is a home divided into 9 apartments across 4 floors. AMAZING!!! Read up on the history! Thanks guys!
