We had a long trip to Varna due to a problem at the border and even if she had a strict policy, she offered to help us with a plus day. We could not stay another but we really appreciated the intention. Alexander was very responsiveand tried to help us with all that he could (info about closest and best beach, best shopping places, where to eat) Place really clean and good wifi, AC works just fine. Nice and clean around the place, quiet and very close to the beach! We'll sure be there again, next year!

The flat was spotless. All amenities needed for a comfortable stay were there. The check in was smooth and easy - clear instructions were sent in advance. The location of the flat was perfect for us - walking distance to all that Varna has to offer but in a quiet and peaceful part of the town. My family and I have stayed in places managed by Konstantin a few times and he has always been very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend him as a host.

A beautiful cottage right on the sea with great sea views. It was very clean and above all, the family runs a small supermarket where you can get everything you need. In addition, Mr. Mar cooks and grills the best Bulgarian food directly on site.

Great place! Has everything you need. Quiet neighbourhood. It was clean and beds were comfortable, including the extendable couch. If driving, it's best to go behind the building, there is parking there. The host is very responsive and helpful.
